We contacted Norpac to inspect a home for one of our homeowners. Our company manages home services for many thousands of homeowners across the United States and we are successful because we partner with quality service providers who represent professional work of integrity we can count on. The Norpac website claims the business "values honesty, integrity..and guarantee your satisfaction" This was far from the experience we had with Norpac. The business owner was dismissive and abrasive of our employee's communication along with the homeowner's specific needs and requests. This resulted in an exhaustive exchange where in the end no work was completed, but a full charge to our homeowner by Norpac. We lost communication with the business owner while working to resolve the matter, yet continued receiving invoices. Of course, we took care of our homeowner to their satisfaction by covering the unjust costs, but we will not be working with Norpac and would recommend avoid working with them as well.

She felt my fear of rodents so that is a plus. They sent in the Punisher , Alex. I made that name up by the way but his name was Alex and he didn't come to play around. Got right down to business and showed me what I need to do to get my house back in shape from rodents. He pointed out the holes from my crawl space which I would never ever go in. He saw a new hole created underneath my crawlspace from another animal which he sealed up for me. Alex also flashed lights at the wall to see any light bleed through it . If there were any that's where the rodents would be entering in. Now Alex set up massive amount of traps under my crawlspace and outside the house. TLDR It was a rat colony but it's all gone. I placed 6 ring camera all over my place and there has been zero activity. 14 rats were taken out and even the mother rat. That was huge! I couldn't get the mother rat with my own traps . It was destroyed in the crawl space. I even have videos of it getting out my sticky traps. Alex annihilated the rats so bad I found a few dead behind my siding wall which lead to a new hole discovery. You can tell it's behind the wall by the smell. Like something is dead but you don't know where. I volunteer to buy myself an endoscope and I saw piles of dead rats behind my wall. It was massive. Alex not only showed me the holes where the rats were coming in ( 8 holes) but also educated me that bird feeders is the reason why my area has rat issues. I don't own any bird feeders but the neighbor 3 house down just spill entire bag of bird seeds all over the floor. My god. I will be using Pest solutions in the future. Heck once every 3 months I will call them to come do a routine check. After seeing my neighbor bird seeds all over the damn floor, I have to get pest control .

The rep arrived on date scheduled and after going in the crawl space informed there are mouses. Given an option to leave traps in crawl space and they would secure any openings into the home. I was informed they can't get into the walls as the house underneath was covered leaving no access to the walls. They charged me $500 to leave the traps and would return at a later date to retrieve the traps. They failed to set up follow up in a timely manner as I had to call back several times inquiring about the follow up. Yes, I agreed to the charges but felt the price seemed high for the work they did. Still scratching noises behind the walls.

He has good knowledge of little pests. He looked behind my stove and blocked some of the entrances, looked under my fireplace and found tiny little footsteps where they had been. Turns out in the winter they like the warmth under the fireplace. He set about three or four traps; one in my garage, one by the outside of the fireplace and one in the backyard. Jonas would come every couple of weeks to check them and show me how much they'd eaten. It's been a couple of months now and I haven't seen any little pests around. Hopefully they won't return. The technician who came out was very thorough in checking to see how the mice were entering our garage & basement. He sealed up any access points he could find & set traps. Of course, getting all the mice takes some effort on the homeowners' part (eeeek!), but this co. came out 2 weeks later to see how it was going. (We ended up getting grossed out by mousetraps & instead bought a Rat Zapper ratzapper.com, but that's for another review.) Anyway, let's just say that, through our teamwork, we got rid of the mice. For now. ;) The second time I used Integrity was when we were finding a lot of those BIG spiders in our basement. Eeeks again! the same tech came to our house & sprayed. He told me to get some spider traps, too (why didn't HE bring any?). But a week later, we didn't see any more spiders. And there were just 2 caught in the traps I set up. Oh, BTW, we had a contract w/ Orkin. I cancelled them because they never notified me when they were coming, so I could let them in to spray. But I'll post that review in the appropriate place. besides, I prefer smaller companies to large corporations.
