Long version: We had a persistent carpenter ant issue that two other companies had come over to "estimate". They basically walked around the property and both said the same thing: "We'll spray outside around the house and inside around the baseboard". This wasn't good enough. I have a toddler and spraying chemicals along the baseboard was a no-go. Roger came over and found a nest in our attic after a thorough inspection. He treated the nest and gave us a timeline in which he expected them to disappear. He promised that he would return until they were gone. He came back twice more at no extra cost. No more ants. He has good knowledge of little pests. He looked behind my stove and blocked some of the entrances, looked under my fireplace and found tiny little footsteps where they had been. Turns out in the winter they like the warmth under the fireplace. He set about three or four traps; one in my garage, one by the outside of the fireplace and one in the backyard.
