I really appreciate their complimentary services outside of the quarterly ones if it's a particularly bad season for pests. Their technicians are great, and they try to send the same person every time, which I appreciate. My current tech, Kevin, really goes above and beyond. He noticed an area near my front door where rodents were potentially hiding, so he put down some wiring to protect the area without me asking. He also gives me at-home spider traps I can use and even disposes of them during his visits since it rather grosses me out to do so :) Also, during my most recent appointment, I was totally frazzled due to meetings happening at work, and I told Kevin to go ahead and spray my garage area, and that I'd close the garage door later when I could. What I discovered later is that Kevin actually closed the door himself without me asking, which just shows that he actually thinks about the customer and what's best for them. That defines good service. Finally, their customer service folks are also great. Whenever I've had to reschedule or have questions, they are always easy to get a hold of, prompt, and friendly. Parker Eco is the kind of company where you don't have to think too hard about using their services because they're really good at what they do. We respect mother nature and care for our natural environment - we love our PNW beneficial insects and as long as the critters stay outside, I don't have an issue with them. Even doing any amount of pest control is hard for me to swallow. However, we need to protect our property against rodent intrusions and ants and things like wasps nests. She felt my fear of rodents so that is a plus. They sent in the Punisher , Alex. I made that name up by the way but his name was Alex and he didn't come to play around. Got right down to business and showed me what I need to do to get my house back in shape from rodents. He pointed out the holes from my crawl space which I would never ever go in. He saw a new hole created underneath my crawlspace from another animal which he sealed up for me. Alex also flashed lights at the wall to see any light bleed through it . If there were any that's where the rodents would be entering in. Now Alex set up massive amount of traps under my crawlspace and outside the house. TLDR It was a rat colony but it's all gone. I placed 6 ring camera all over my place and there has been zero activity. 14 rats were taken out and even the mother rat. That was huge! I couldn't get the mother rat with my own traps . It was destroyed in the crawl space. I even have videos of it getting out my sticky traps. Alex annihilated the rats so bad I found a few dead behind my siding wall which lead to a new hole discovery. You can tell it's behind the wall by the smell. Like something is dead but you don't know where. I volunteer to buy myself an endoscope and I saw piles of dead rats behind my wall. It was massive. Alex not only showed me the holes where the rats were coming in ( 8 holes) but also educated me that bird feeders is the reason why my area has rat issues. I don't own any bird feeders but the neighbor 3 house down just spill entire bag of bird seeds all over the floor. My god. I will be using Pest solutions in the future. Heck once every 3 months I will call them to come do a routine check. After seeing my neighbor bird seeds all over the damn floor, I have to get pest control .

I was being kept awake at night because the scratching was so loud. I was given numerous excuses as to why he couldn't go into my crawl space and attic. His son is the one that would show up to refill the traps but everything else needed to be done by the his father. The majority of the time was out of work with either a shoulder or hip injury. By month 7 I was fed up and needed someone to do something other than refilling bait stations. When I called him to tell him, he yelled at me and called me impatient. Now I'm paying $5000 to have my entire crawl space cleaned, sanitized, and reinsulated. I had just done a remodel a year prior so the damage was done in the time waiting for him to figure out how to take care of the issue. I had Insight Pest Control come in and they were able to take care of the mice in a matter of weeks. They also looked at the bait stations that were left by him (which he never picked up and are still at my house) and told me they were not set up correctly. Ha also told me the entrance that I saw a possum go in was not possible to access my crawl space. The people doing the clean out confirmed that was the entrance the possum was using to get in and sealed it. I'm all for working with small businesses but he crossed the line when he raised his voice at me. I was willing to give many passes. Like having to remind him multiple times to install my crawl space door after already paying for it. He also charged me for a month of service and didn't show up for. Three months later and I'm still getting emails for appointments and follow ups saying that the appointment has been completed. I've checked my account and thankfully I'm not being charged but now I'm wondering how many times did he not show up to my house and I was just paying for empty bait traps.

(oh & their business address is in mt vernon but they seem to serve all over western washington.)

Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance. If you want a pest control company that will keep you informed of what's going on and will contact and communicate with you, I suggest calling someone else. This is not a "customer first" company.
