Dont be too quick about recommending this place after you hire them to do work. They dont warranty their work unless you do monthly maintenance.. Are you kidding me? First off, if there are paths that mice or any rodents that can get into your crawl space and you hire Pest Fighter to make a "fix" you except it to hold up. They are able to get into the kitchen. Did they really fix the problem? No. In my case they were hired to fix it but we are still having problems. When I called, Kevin said that they dont WARRANTY their work unless there is monthly maintenance on the pest problem. If you sealed the crawl space up why would I need to hire you for monthly maintenance? Why are they still getting into the kitchen?????? Mine being mice getting into the kitchen. Now if they seal up a hole ect, why are they still getting into the house?! This is crazy talk. Save your money and call another pest control. Their business model is a JOKE! My tenants are frustrated and so am I!. I expect them to be some what reliable! read more

After having an inspection done on our house, we learned that we needed to have the following things done to get it up to code and clean it up. We had Pest Fighter do the following: -Rodent trapping and exclusion in our attic -Find and seal any holes from the outside where pests were coming in -Complete attic clean out -A vent put in our master bathroom to the outside of our house -Complete crawl space clean out -Beams in our crawl space treated as there had been some beetle activity in them. -Install of an extra support beam in our crawl space. -Insulated all missing sections in the house After having some mild anxiety of getting all these things accomplished we called Adam from Pest Fighter (who had been referred to us). He was super knowledgeable and eased my mind that he did this stuff all the time and it could all be accomplished. All in all, it was about a week process that seemed like nothing compared to this long list of things to get done. His crew was friendly and accommodating and did a good job of keeping us informed of what they were doing. They were really a pleasure to work with. Also, as a mom, he was very informative about certain chemicals that he used (to treat the old beams) and made me feel at ease that they weren't dangerous, especially with a toddler running around. On another note, Adam was aware that my daughter napped during the day and managed the work around that. I didn't expect that, but it was a big bonus as if she doesn't get a nap, it is World war 3 around here. The work that he did turned out great. Our crawl space looks great and we are very pleased with the outcome. Also, it is nice knowing their aren't rats in our attic, nor can they get into the house since the holes have all been covered up. Also, he made sure that all the work he did was up to code, which will make selling our house so much easier. Also, it was obvious that he takes pride in the work that he does and is honest. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to make sure I did for Pest Fighter because my husband and I were super impressed. My parents have a chronic ant problem at their house and they are going to Pest Fighter once the ants show their faces around there place. We will use him from any work we need in the future. read more

We had an ant problem that took several applications and at first, this company did great. They came out, did the spraying but never really had answers for us about what we could do to keep this problem under control ourselves. Several weeks later the ants were back so they came back and sprayed again for no extra charge as the services is guaranteed for three months. This time it worked, though the second guy left puddles of spray on the hardwood floor where he sprayed along the walls. I had to go mop it up myself so it didn't do damage. Three months later, on the dot, the ants were back so had to pay for another round of spraying. They were too busy to keep tise second appointment, but called about it to reschedule. Then on that day, they didn't show and didn't call. We called, and the scheduler took the call though she wasn't in the office and they finally sent a man out. They sprayed again, but again, no input was given to us about what we could do in yard or house to prevent this from happening over and over. A week after the second spraying, we saw some ants. We called and were told the spray takes about 3 weeks to get back to the nest so please wait. Two days later, more ants. We tried to leave a message and the mailbox was full so we couldn't get hold of anyone. After several more attempts to call and daily incursions of ants, we got on the schedule again, and again he didn't even show up or call to tell us why. We never called them back. I went out with a can of Raid and did it myself. We're pretty mad. The service is about 250.00 and while they were great the first time, they totally failed us on the second. If we have this problem again and Raid won't work, we'll be calling someone else. read more

Wanted $125 just to come look at the situation. Call around, there are a LOT of other exterminators who will be happy to inspect for free and charge about the same price if you opt for treatment. read more

We called pest fighter as we had Carpenter ants in our house. We are entirely remodeling it. Pest fighter sprayed once on the siding in the exterior as we saw them coming out of there. The pest fighter guy who is also the owner of Pest Fighter told us that his poison would be brought back to the nest and kill all the other ants if any left. The workers started to took the window out on that wall a few weeks later and they found more carpenter ants alive and kicking, they ate the whole wood in that part under the window, it looked like paper sheets. So we called him again to spray before we touch anything. Last week I was at the house checking on progress, and we saw ants (including queens with their wings still attached) here and there in the house again! We tried to find the source, which we did, when one of the workers was working on leveling out the floors in that room near the wall that was infested. He was nailing it down, so the ants started to stress and came out of the floor because of the banging, a real nightmare. We cut out the floors, and found tunnels inside the plywood with nests (ants, queens, and eggs) a real nightmare! We just killed them the old fashioned way and made sure they were all dead. So instead of spending 500$ of unefficient professional treatment, I'd rather recommand you get a nice pair of boot, with a thick wide sole. read more

Don't pay Adam till he has delivered on all his promises because once he's got your money he's gone. He's real sweet and friendly till he figures he's got your last check. He said I had rats because of a hole in the roof. I asked him to take a picture so I could get the homeowners assn. to pay for the work. He told me he took a picture but once he had my money he wouldn't return phone calls. When you have rats you're desperate. You tend to see the exterminator as your savior. He's overcharging. NOT honest. Don't fall for his dog! read more

I highly recommend pest fighter for your pest control needs! My husband and I have been working with Adam for a few years off an on at our rental property and now our home. We had been working with Redi-National for over a year and spent over a thousand dollars to get rid of both ants and rats and the problems never got better the entire time. We decided to call Adam and it was the best decision ever. Adam worked hard to get rid of the problem and it worked! Quickly! We now just do once a year maintenance so they don't come back. He identified entry points for the rats and was persistent in keeping them out. He worked well with our tenants, has great communication skills, follows-up, shows-up and is pretty much a hero. read more

Over the summer my house became infested with ants. With one phone call Adam got right to it and I never saw a single ant again. He was very courteous and just a fun guy to chat with. I highly recommend his service to anyone who is having pest problems. read more

Although the workers themselves do fine work, they are completely incompetent in the accounting department. My invoice was wrong, and I called and was told that it would be fixed. I even emailed in pictures from my bank of the canceled checks. After months of asking them to correct my statement, I finally cancelled their services along with the pictures of months of canceled checks to prove I was up to date. Three months later, they resumed their services as if nothing was wrong. And my invoice is STILL incorrect. read more

We discovered to have bed bugs, in the very early stage a few months (3) ago. There were no where to be found but we were experiencing bites. We contacted Adam - based on the awesome reviews on Yelp - and he came to assist as soon as he could. Upon arrival he examined the whole house (we also had rats problems coming into the basement) and told us about both issues (the bugs & rats) and how we can resolve the problem. For the bugs he used a spray that is safe for humans but kills the bugs. You have to leave the chemical around for a while as the bugs eat it and then they die. Don't wash your floors or anywhere he has sprayed or don't use any other chemicals that you may buy as they interfere with what he is using and may not be effective. And for the rats he set up traps. We saw the difference for the bugs a few days later, so right away, as he said they need to eat the poison and die. He came back weeks later to spray again - per my requests. You have to monitor your home completely. I washed all of my clothes (dried them as the heat kills the bugs after 20 min (Again I saw a few but not many so early stage is better) and reviewed any spots that I usually may not pay attention to. Adam is super professional and keeps his word. I would highly recommend him. And Poor us to have to deal with such a nasty problems but he makes the process easy and less frustrating. I really appreciate his work and prices. Call him today! read more

We had a carpenter ant problem. I tried to remedy it myself...foolish perhaps, but thought I'd give it a try. Nothing seemed to work. Called Adam at Pest Fighter....he was quick to respond, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He even drove quite a distance to our house. Less than a week after his visit, no ants. One month later....still no ants. We will use him again if we need to! read more

Wife started hearing some scratching noises in the attic above our bedroom. Being a do it yourselfer on a lot of household things I went up to the attic to see what the sound was.. Shined a light around and in the corner I thought I saw the largest rat ever blended with the insulation. As it did not move maybe because it was stunned by the light I banged my fist on a beam to see if I was hallucinating. Still no movement. Came to realize the rat was in a part of the attic that was not too advantageous for me to try to catch him. Also rabies and disease were on my mind. I closed up the hatch to the attic and started the Internet search for a good exterminator. Adam and Pest Fighters came up on yelp with great reviews. Call and set up an appointment for two days later. After hanging up the phone I went to home depot and bought a couple of rat traps to set in the attic until the exterminater came. Adam showed up 2 days later and went up to the attic. Quickly assessing the problem( rats from the poop they left) ( up to 3 from the amount). Adam told me his course of action would be to seal the entrance/exits and then set new traps in the attic. He pointed out the traps I had set were useless. Too small compared to the ones he would set. Adam then went around the house and on top of the roof to seal any holes a rat could get in. This is where a trained eye is better than a do it yourselfer. He sealed holes under eaves, around chimneys and vents that I would never think a rat can access. He then set new traps(3 times the size of the ones I got from home depot) in the attic. Adam said he would do a few follow up visits to check the traps until the rat problem was eliminated. After 2 follow up visits over a months time we are rat free. Btw no rats were found in the traps. They ranout before Adam sealed the access points and now are on the outside looking in. Adams expertise was really worth the money! read more
