1 Star because zero is not an option. The help at this place exemplifies the fact that "good help is hard to find" I walked out of there for the 3rd and Last time. 5 people working, all standing around trying to figure out where someone' pizza was. It's take out only, but even that is a challenge for Perri 's in Penfield, Here is a tip for the staff- try greeting customers when they come in, at least then they will know that you know that they are there. Or, go to Marks Pizza across the street to see how they do it. Good customer service is not Rocket Science. read more

I want to give a huge shout out to Ava and the owners of Perri's in Penfield. I made a mistake with my order for my son while I was out of town meeting my first born grand daughter. I ordered a large pie and dozen wings for pick up at 5pm on the 13th of June for the UFC fights. Needless to say it was the wrong day and I called them an hour and a half after they had already made the pizza and wings. By all means I was not expecting nor anticipating them to ask me if I'd like them to make a new order for the filling day at the same time, but that's what they did. The costumer care on top of the quality of product have made me a loyal customer for life. Thank you again Perri's of Penfield and Ava. read more

Go elsewhere. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time. I've had very good pizzas consistently. I didn't run into any issues until I recently placed a large order for 5 pies that I ordered 4 hours in advance, so the had plenty of time to prepare it. Well, I've now experienced what happens when you have an issue. Their staff is beyond rude and the owner apparently doesn't care as I submitted feedback directly through the website with zero response. If you don't mind being told that you have an attitude, and if you don't mind that your advanced order is more than 15 mins late to be told it's not even that late, like an hour would be, then you'll be a happy customer. There are plenty of choices for good pizzas in this town where your patronage is actually appreciated. read more

We had a group (family) that came in around 2pm. We were seated quickly. The restaurant was not too loud and the service was great! We had two kids with us who LOVED the fire station aesthetic. So, the food. Food was great! I got the chicken sandwich, it was good but not sure I would get it again. I also got the sweet potato fries which were great! The table shared fried dill pickles, very good! Another popular item at our table was the backdraft hamburger. I had a bite of my husbands and the flavors went together perfectly! Would recommend! read more

I've been to Perri's before, but it was the first time to this location. I love pizza, but I don't get it very often, so I wanted some really good pizza. This definitely delivered!!! I got the pan crust with white garlic sauce, and the garlic cheese sticks. Both were incredible! The sticks were possibly better than the pizza. It was super greasy and really garlicky, but really good! The leftovers (which was a ton) were also great in the air fryer! Their large is very big, with very big slices. We had pizza for 3 days! Perfect! read more

Especially like their sauce. Crust on the round pizza was kinda "fluffy," thicker than anticipated. Overall, delicious pizza. Especially nice people, too. Convenient pickup. read more

Great pizza I I've never had pizza with honey in it and Bee Sting is definitely going to be one of my favorite pizzas of all time! It was spicy due to the garlic, but very tasty and they did not scrimp on ingredients! The crust was perfect a little crispy but not too crispy and not too limp ! The other pizza we ordered was the Popeye it had spinach and artichoke. II would've liked more spinach and artichoke and it was still tasty! Definitely will return to this pizza place because it's some of the best pizza I've had in a long time! read more

Not this store, but Canadaguia was very good- very tasty- reasonably priced not much else to say

Ordered a large cheese pizza and it was very good. Pizza ready for pickup at time quoted. Good service and very good pizza.

Always love getting their massive slice, ends up being 2 really large slices of pizza for cheap. Card only!

Placed an order at 8:03 for two big slices and some fried dough, and turns out the employees didn't even make it even though they were open for another hour. We left the store with no food and no refund because we have to wait for the manager to call us apparently. Extremely disappointed with the horrid customer service here. read more

We were staying with family in the area when we picked up pizza from Perri's. It was reminiscent of some of the best Brooklyn pizza. Yum!

I haven't been to Perri's, since the Canandaigua days! But we were in the July 4 Penfield parade and stopped for pizza afterwards. I couldn't believe how delicious the slices were, and boy did they live up to their HUGE name! So fresh and tasty, making you want more than you were able to eat. I have noticed in Rochester lately the pizza is really going downhill. Not Perri's!!! Will definitely be coming back here more and more. Oh by the way, the gal who served us on July 4 (sorry I don't remember her name) was the best and most friendly ever. You really need to come here. A++++ read more

Customer service is really bad for pizza that is not great. And if they reply to this review, I say do not. Your Penfield store manager had a chance to fix it and blew it. No worries, you will not see me again. Keep your offer for a 10% savings on my next order. read more

If you are looking for a slice of heaven (pizza that is), you need not look too far or any further than Perri's Pizzeria, located at 1837 Penfield Rd, Penfield, it's close by and an easy drive. My husband and I don't eat meat or poultry so we've had their Traditional Cheese, Garlic 4 Cheese & The Landmark (loaded with vegetables). There are several other meatless specialty pizzas as well to choose from. Every slice and/or pie we've ordered has been delicious, totally satisfying and HUGE! So if you like plain, are a vegetarian or meat lover, Perri's in Penfield has a slice or pie for you to enjoy as well as calzones, wings and more to select for your tastings. When we've ordered a pie, we end up savoring it for two days and it makes my "cooking & planning" that much easier! If you haven't given it a try, I suggest you do. You won't be disappointed, I haven't and look forward to my next slice/pie! That's how delicious & HUGE the slices are! BTW, if you have young kids and you want some quiet time, give them a slice and you won't hear a peep for a long time! Oh, and if you have college kids at home & you have a left over pie, the slices are good cold...better than what my husband and I had when we were in college for breakfast! Updated review: Okay, this is a five start pizza joint. What very minor complaints I had at opening have been worked out, and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. There are three pizza joints at this intersection, and these guys are far and away the best of them now. read more

Food might be good but I wouldn't know. Hours listed showed they closed at 9pm. I called up at 8:35pm but the lady said the were closed. Mainly out of curiosity I said, "Oh, what time do you close.?" To which she replied "9pm...uhhh, I mean 8:30". Apparently their staff just doesn't want to work. read more

a good amount of food for what you pay! gigantic slices are their thing--but subpar quality :( the pizza itself is not that great, and even arriving immediately after ordering, it's been cold every time read more

Opened early enough for breakfast pizza which was scrumptious! Since we loved that, we decided to try a white PAN pizza with artichoke and spinach, and a red pan pizza with a few of the usual toppings. Both were delish! I loved the texture and flavor of the crust. We can't wait to try everything else on the menu! read more
