I've ordered three different times here so far and each has been a good experience- from friendly customer service to delicious food. This pizza style is more on the doughy side (thicker side) and I don't mind. We've had regular pepperoni , plain cheese, veggie, and chicken wing pizza. Satisfied with all. Nothing fancy- just a great pizza place that has been consistently good. Not overly greasy, not undercooked, not burned. Happy to be a returning customer. I usually don't write reviews unless service is extremely bad or above and beyond expectations. I've been a customer since this place was in it's original location. Service has always been good, the food is always delicious, and the price point is very reasonable. Today I ordered a slice of pizza and the gentlemen who always works in the morning informed me that the slice was not up to par and that he had a new pizza coming out in a few minutes. I said that it was ok, since I didn't really eat the crust anyways. I appreciate his concern and honesty and will continue to eat here. Great option to grab some tasty pizza in Henrietta. Been here a few times because of the location to work. Small is 9" cut into 4 slices for $9, perfect for lunch... medium 14" cut in 8 slices for $12.50, perfect for sharing or leftovers. Pizza is really good, fresh ingredients and cooked well. I've always experienced friendly staff and fast service. My go to is extra cheese and pepperoni but once in awhile onions and green peppers hits the spot. Tried this pizza spot for the first time tonight. If it were out of 10 I would have rated the pizza a 6.3 so a little above average. They have many toppings so you can really make whatever pizza to your liking. The crust is average not to thin or thick and they put the average amount of all ingredients on it. read more

I got a large pizza for takeout, so can't say anything about the restaurant itself. The pizza was ready when it said it would be. It was pretty big and I'm still munching on leftover slices three days later, so don't worry about the size. I felt like the crust was a little dry, but the sauce was flavorful and the cheese was deliciously melty. Sausage and peppers were both good as well. It was a bit on the pricy side for takeout: $25 for a large two-topping pizza, plus a $5 tip and a $2 sales tax left me at $32 for one item. I ordered online using a coupon. It was for a large pizza and 18 wings. I was allowed to order two different sauces for the wings. When I got there I was told I could only have one sauce with the deal. I was told they could give them to me plain and the sauces on the side but I would have to pay for the second sauce. I chose one sauce because I didn't believe they would give me enough sauce for 18 wings. When I got home I realized they only gave me 12 wings though I paid for 18. On top of all of that, the pizza and the wings were undercooked. We will no longer be ordering here anymore. If you order from here, I would open everything up before leaving to make sure your order is correct and cooked thoroughly. read more

My friend and I ordered a large: half Buffalo chicken, half spinach and artichoke. The pie had a thicker almost bread like crust. I believe a good crust is the soul of pizza and I was not disappointed. I ate the whole slice and didn't leave the base crust behind. The slices were larger than I expected, and I quickly felt full after one slice. The amount of toppings was generous but not excessive. We also got jalapeno poppers, which were just okay: somewhat greasy exterior, and peppers kinda overcooked. The leftover pizza held up pretty well after reheating. I recommend you to use a hot pan, put the slice in, spray some water all over, close with a lid, and turn down the heat to low. Wait for a few minutes until the top feels hot to touch, and it's ready! The person who answered the phone to take our order was polite and friendly. We're told to wait for 40-50 min on a Friday around 4:30 pm. The delivery fee is 2.99. read more

Under NO circumstances should you order on line!!! We ordered & paid for the pizza, hubby drove to pick it up and walked into the establishment to see the only employee sitting there. He said, "I'm here to pick up an order" and gave his name. The employee looked at him and said, "No, no order." And argued with him. My husband had to produce the screenshot of the receipt before she would look at the computer. Her only response, "Oh. It'll be 10 minutes." No apology. Nothing. I repeat: do not order online. What else: Make sure you ask for it to be heated up. The slice here set me back somewhere between 3 and 4 dollars. It was big, thick, doughy, and tasty, so I didn't mind the price. However I can't give it a 5-star rating because: (a) Starlight didn't like it. She gets the final say on ratings. (b) The service was really bad. Like, the kid had disdain for me or something. Or his job. (c) I was kind of rushed even though I was the only person in the place. (d) He didn't specify that if I got it "to go" it wouldn't be heated. The pizza was literally cold and congealed. I had to wait until I got back to Buffalo and heat it up myself. (e) The pizza was really dry. Doughy, crusty, crispy, thick, I don't mind, but it was dry. It was still the closest "4" to a 5-star pizza in town, because it did taste really good, but considering the above problems, I can't possibly give it more than a 4. By the way Walter Pandiani was a soccer player, for Uruguay I think, years ago. If he was making the pizza, I think it would have scored a higher rating. My review is strictly for their breakfast pizza but if their regular pizza is as good as their breakfast pizza I will certainly be back for more and more and more and even more. Finally a place that has the type of crust I like!!!!! I am so excited. After picking up my small big daddy and medium bacon and eggs pizzas I flew home because the smell that was taking over my car was so amazing that I wasn't sure I was even going to make it home to eat the pizza. I got home got some plates opened the box and fell in love. The pizzas were thick but not too thick and every topping was perfectly in place on the pizzas. The pizzas had just the right amount of everything to satisfy your palate and the crust was just amazing. I took a bite and had something to sink my teeth into as well as amazing flavors. I seriously thought I died and went to heaven. There wasn't much talking to be had during that meal because we were so focused on the amazingness of our pizza. We had some left over and they were just as good the next day after being warmed up in the oven. I feel like I can't even properly describe to anyone how amazing this pizza was. I seriously don't think that I have ever had breakfast pizza as good as here. The only downsides - The building is a bit rundown and seems to be a little dirty inside but since I brought my pizza home I didn't care. Fantastic pizza! Huge slices! Crust is craggie and crisp! Toppings are plentiful and plump! Honestly... You will be pleased! Great for a quick weekday lunch... Huge variety of slices. Today's gelato flavors were Banana and Chocolate (wonder if they'd mix those 2 flavors for ya??) I took one star off for comfort. The seats/tables are rickety, think bowling alley snack bar style! Don't let the small unassuming building fool you; the pizza they make inside is very good. Brandani's sells pizza, wings, gelato, and a handful of goodies. They have plenty of different pizza by the slice varieties available in-store. I ordered a small thick crust pepperoni and sausage pizza with extra sauce, and six bbq wings. The pizza was very good; tasty and filling. The crust was quite thick, as you can see in my photo. The bbq sauce on the wings seemed to be of the honey bbq variety, and tastes identical to Wegmans' bbq wings (for a point of reference). The wings were standard size and cooked right. A nice little pizzeria that's worth your patronage. The prices are average to below-average for the area. read more

Instead they just made it the way they wanted and delivered my order incorrect. I have owned and operated several businesses. I understand mistakes happen. For whatever reason, I really took a liking to this place. Salvatore's never did it for me, and Mark's was just too heavy. Brandani's has the perfect balance. What really brought me here in the first place was the fact that they sell italian ice. Outside of NYC, few pizza places carry ices and that is what puts Brandani's at the top of my list. read more
