I had my 5th massage today with Armond. It was amazing-as always!!! Just what I needed. He is very professional, made me feel comfortable, and as always asked me what ailments I have been suffering from lately, so that he could specialize the session to target the problem areas. The massage, as always, was very thorough. Armond spent a long time on each problem area, including using hot coals. The hot coals were heavenly!!! Armond's massages are not superficial, like I have had at many other places calling themselves "massage parlors/centers." Unlike those places, Armond clearly has experience and training on how to provide proper massages, targeting specific areas with targeted massage techniques. I wish I had found him sooner. I started with a groupon a little over a year ago with a deep tissue massage from Armand. I started going and haven't stopped. I'm there every 2 weeks, it's so worth it! For me, I need hard and deep massages and he is a master! He manages a good hard massage while still being gentle, it's not rough or painful. He is really good about asking if you have areas you are having trouble with or need work on. He also checks to make sure his amount of pressure is what you need. He's helped with my back, neck, shoulders and even my jaw. I also get frequent migraines and he's great at focusing on the head and neck so I come out of there headache free. 100% recommendation from me! I don't go anywhere else now. I now have had 3 massages with Armond over the last month and a half. I have had many massages by a lot of different massage therapists in my life. Armond by far is one of the best. He can tell without a verbal request that he should increase or decrease pressure based on what he feels during the massage and by the reaction of the client. My wife and teenage daughter both have appointments to see him. I have had massages from both men and women therapists. I dont have a preference as long as they are good therapists. If I could give 1/2 a star I would. The woman that gave my massage. Didn't ask me what kind of massage I wanted even though I paid for either a Swedish or deep tissue she decided it would be deep tissue. Then she was talking quite a bit during the massage, that was mainly focused on my back not shoulders hands or anything. Before I knew it she was finished in 30 minutes and left. OMG, I just paid for a 60 minute massage, arrived early, started late because she took her time to copy the Groupon number and have me undress. Only to find that I was done by no later than 45 minutes after the hour! I was so confused and a little dehydrated, I went home and called and was told that I should have asked for them to come back. Umm really?? Okay, naked or put my clothes on and chase them... because obviously they were in a rush. The receptionist was no help and said that there was nothing, they could do. Yea I bet, except continue to hustle people for the full massage. No wonder the Groupon is always valid. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! read more

My friend recommended this massage. I generally spend about 40-50 dollars at a Thai massage spot, but after the Thai place made my neck and shoulder issues much worse, I decided to give Armond a try. I wasn't sure what to expect but, I purchased 5 massages at a discounted rate of about 60 dollars each - which is a steal.. and after 3 sessions, most of my pain is gone. It's hard to believe that someone finally helped me after being in pain for so long. Don't even think twice - don't go to Thai for a 10 dollar discount and end up feeling worse because they don't know what they are doing. Go to someone with experience who you know will take care of you. PS as a women who always chooses women masseuses, Armond makes you feel very very comfortable. Also listen to his advice, if he tells you that you need to come in before the end of the next week, do it - he knows how the body works - he has been doing this for 10+ years!!! read more

I bought a Groupon for a $22 60-minute massage. Sounded too good to be true. I guess I should have known that you get what you pay for. The masseuse did a passable job, but he talked throughout my massage. What really turned me off was that he complained that the girl before me didn't tip him and that he only gets paid $10 for the massage, since Groupon takes the rest. I was going to tip him well anyway (I'm a waitress, I get it!) Whatever, that's not my fault. Your business should have charged more if Groupon takes SO much. He also mentioned that he used to drive a cab and pointed out the different ethnicities that don't tip. Classy! read more

I dropped in on a Monday morning to see if I could schedule an appointment and instead they were able to fit me in right away. Ada was my masseuse and gave me an excellent combination deep tissue and hot stone massage. I find most Thai massage places to be too intense and have too much stretching and pulling to be relaxing. The style at PerfecTouch is a better fit for me. Ada worked on my back and shoulders and it was still relaxing while being therapeutic. There is a parking lot and the space was clean and welcoming. I just visited this place and I thought it was great. I bought their groupon deal. I gave it 5 stars because the staff was great, friendly and attentive. The Masseur was awesome! Did a great job, thank you Lucy! Asked me the pressure I wanted and were very professional. The place is not a fancy spa, but its a nice and clean place. There was plenty of parking. The only thing I can say I didn't like, is that they cut me the massage off 5 minutes short....maybe I am being petty but hey its 5 minutes I like to get massaged. Other than that, it was great. I bought the groupon "One 60-Minute Swedish or Deep Tissue Couples Massage" for a friends birthday. When my friend tried to redeem the Groupon by calling the location and making an appointment, they refused to accept a groupon for any weekend appointment dates. Which would be ok, if they had put that in the fine print of the groupon. It was no where to be found and i checked a second time to make sure that i hadn't missed it. This is the full fine print copy and pasted from groupon itself. "Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Not valid for clients active within the past 12 month(s). Appointment required. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed Groupon price). Limit 1 per person. Valid only for option purchased. 24-Hour cancellation policy applies. Not valid February 14th. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services." Also on the call where they informed my friend that the groupon could only be used on weekdays, the receptionist said they were closed on Sunday's. This doesn't reflect the information posted on their own website or Yelp. The receptionist was also pretty aggravated and kind of mean during the phone call. She flat out refused to make any accommodations for the groupon even though this was not a restriction made public when it was purchased. In the end my friend was unable to make a weekday appointment; as she does not get off work in time to make the drive over to their location before they close. I was able to resolve this at least to some degree; Groupon was able to refund my purchase. It is unfortunate for my friend and embarrassing for myself. having this happen to yourself is one thing, but for a birthday present... adds another level of "why?!" to the whole thing. So ultimately buyer beware for their Groupon purchases for this business, it might not all be what you lead to believe via the fine print or summary of services. read more
