I specifically requested Jenny before coming, but she left me before the massage even started to take another client. No explanation was given, and someone else stepped in instead. What made it worse was that both Jenny and the other girl pressured me to tip more, even before the massage began. That's completely unprofessional. It's my first in this place and I am disappointed. I called to make an appointment and they were able to booked me the time that I want. When I walked it no one is at front, I saw price..I think the price was decent at first however when I got the massage I did not feel relax. I got the full body massage for $50, if you use credit card there's a $2 extra charge. During my massage I have my own room, the lady who massage me has soft/gentle hand. Unfortunately they did not massage my hands, my arms and my feet. They only massage my back, my lower back legs and head. That's it for $50 I'm not satisfy. Tina gives an excellent massage. I always sleep like a baby after her massage. You need to be specific as to the type of pressure you like and if you have specific areas of pain. Typically it s hard for me because I have pain throughout my body. Generally I trust the expertise of the therapist. Ive been receiving massages for over 30 years and know the good from the not so good. Tina knows her skill well. The cost is cheaper than if you went through a therapist office. Usually my experience with therapist is a short 10 or 15 minute area massage. Here you can get 90 minutes for a fraction of the cost. This is all I have to say about this. no because this was actually the worst place i've ever been too... for starters i asked for a full body massage , she did not touch my feet not once , during the appointment she had left the room FOUR times... and not for a few seconds , it got to a point where i started counting because each time she was gone for a couple of minutes. Then during the remainder of the appointment , she was talking to her coworkers through the walls borderline yelling to the point where it became a little ridiculous. And just to tie the knot at the end of the appointment as i was walking out and she stopped me and pointed me in the direction of the cash register and said " your tip " i figured alright she still did her job i'll tip her something . the total was $62 and i tipped her $8 to make it an even 70. after i wrote down the 8 she looked at me and said " 8? you meant to put 10 right ? " i told her no 8 ti make an even 70. she literally looked at me and LAUGHED.... i said thank you and i walked out as she continued laughing and started speaking to her coworker again. Honestly the service was not great itself then entitlement of wanting MORE of a tip is ridiculous. so sad how some people can be so ungrateful. definitely the first and LAST time i will ever give that place my money. side note , it's hilarious after reading these reviews most of the issues are about the employees demanding tips. so entitled and so disgustingly ungrateful. if you don't wanna get peer pressured into leaving a tip don't come here. absolutely ridiculous. read more

I liked how he placed a towel then a tissue paper over the hole where your face goes when you turn over. He had very strong fingers but extremely effective on my knots. I almost fell asleep when my feet were being massaged! There are two rooms with curtains if you want to get a massage in private. One of the best massages i've had in a while! I just ran a half marathon and been sore all day. My usual place didn't have availability so i figured to give this place a try since it's near my house. I called at 6:45 to make a 7pm appt and they took me in right away! The lady in the front didn't speak good English but she was very nice. This place is not fancy in any way but it is clean and i felt comfortable during the massage. I got the 60 min full body massage for $40 and let me tell you -- i'm willing to pay double cuz that massage felt good!!! The lady even offered a free hot stone treatment! I asked for hard pressure and she delivered. I'm typing this review as i sit outside their parking lot cuz i really want to give this place the 5 star it deserves (and don't want to forget later lol). I did the full body massage. Not a satisfactory experience. They make you pay upfront, which no other massage place I have been to has required. I asked beforehand if they walk on your back, they told me yes and then that didn't happen. They didn't even have the capability to do it because there was no pole on the ceiling. The massage overall was very amateur compared to other places I have been to in the area, and more expensive than those better quality places. During my massage I could hear one of the employees snoring, who had fallen asleep (it was not another customer because my boyfriend and I were the only two customers there). We were in separate room because they did not have a couples room. That is fine. I was in my underwear which is normal, and they offered and used hot stones on me. My boyfriend didn't have a similar experience. They took his underwear off of him without asking if that would be ok (that is NOT ok!) and they did not offer him the hot stones I was offered. We had bought the same exact massage package. Upon leaving, they asked me to run my card again separately for a tip. And then when I told them how much I wanted them to charge for the tip they required me to increase the tip! That is ridiculous!!! Do yourself a favor a find another place to go to. read more

I got the full body this time. He really worked on my shoulders and neck areas. He did a great job. I like my massage really hard and that's exactly what I got. So good! The place isn't really fancy at all but it's clean and I felt comfortable there. I tipped $20 and he freaked out - in a good way. I don't mind paying if I get good service and am satisfied. I was not feeling well today and finally my husband and I walked through the neighborhood. We stumbled on Moon and went in. The place was small and lovely. I looked at the sign it said $40 for a swedish massage for 60 minutes. Wow that was amazing. We were charged 42 on our visa card still low. The massage was amazing. The female massage person was amazing and took perfect care and found my especially tight spots. It was amazing...no frills but excellent . The only thoughts I have that threw me off was that her cell phone was buzzing but I could tune that out. Lastly we offered a reasonable cash tip and were told that the tip was $10 .
