I especially have to shout out Candace at the front desk. She's always friendly, helpful, and just really good at making you feel taken care of from the second you walk in. Overall, Spa Pura is an easy recommendation if you're looking for a good spa in Montrose. Great atmosphere, great service, and Candace is awesome.

Five star to TONY for my amazing first experience here at Spa Pura for a facial~…read moreShe had a very kind demeanor and was very gentle on my face and informative about the products. She was so specific with her application of the cleansers, and creams etc that I realize I need to tone down the way I treat my own face by aggressively taking off my make up and cleansing and hopefully, helps keep my skin amazing. My skin feels super clean, and has been glowing all day! Ill definitely be back monthly for a facial here. I dont think Ill be a monthly member however (even if I have to pay more for certain up grades like green light or diamond facial) as the spa itself needs a facelift and does not give off 'high end spa' vibes. (chandelier at front desk had many globes with bulbs out, bathrooms were dull and NO clean or bespoke scent common with spa's)

I definitely came out of there feeling rejuvenated. When I asked her to apply more pressure, she did exactly that. $50 for 60 mins and $80 for 90 mins. There are also 30 minute options. There are up charges if you'd like CBD oil or coconut oil, so I went with the standard option and that worked just fine. Their menu is very simple which is good if you're not a massage expert and don't want to be overwhelmed. Plenty of parking. On a December weekday, the place was quiet and thankfully there were no interruptions during my hour long massage. There is an area with various seats for those who want a foot massage. The full body massages take place in private rooms with hooks and a basket for your items. The place felt clean. This is my opinion as someone who doesn't get massaged often so Im not an expert, but from my experience, I do recommend this place.

Once you have your stuff, you got the locker room (shoes off) to get changed~ you can either go for the pools and the wet saunas etc or go upstairs on the shirt/shorts to enjoy the heated rooms. I hit the second floor first and spent a good 30 minutes relaxing and sweating it out. There are three heated rooms and one cold room. After that, I headed downstairs to enjoy a good rinse before heading into the heated pool. There was only one heated pool and one cool pool. There were plenty of areas to sit and bathe or stand and shower. This is also the area you can book services for body scrubs etc. there are also a couple of saunas in this area. The pool shower areas also have plastic baskets to hold your stuff, as well as complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors.
