I requested 2 70-minute massages and asked for strong massages. She reminded us to bring cash for tips and that there was an extra dollar surcharge for using card (and that they did not accept Amex). She also asked us what we wanted to focus on that session and we let her know, but I felt like the therapists didn't necessarily focus on those areas too much ultimately. The massages themselves were fine. Mine started off strong during the foot massage with a nice shoulder rub. But my partner said his started off less strong during the foot massage. He also said that much of his body massage entailed massaging a lot of bone but not necessarily tissue, although the person was strong. My body massage was just okay. There was a lot of rubbing and pressure point massages but not necessarily getting out knots. Overall it was just fine and the massages themselves were more like 3 stars. For the price, it is a solid massage place -- $50 for a 70-minute combination massage (30-minute foot and 40-minute body). But it's nothing special.

And continued to shame me and asked me to tip her more via card as I had no more cash in which I refused. This is NOT how you treat a paying customer who is willingly tipping a decent amount for a mid grade Thai massage. This is not massage envy or Brooke Williams in which the masseuses there would have probably been content with a $20 tip. I don't care how much they get paid nor is it my responsibility to pay their wages if they're not getting paid enough. $60 base ans $20 tip is more than sufficient for the service provided. If you're going to be paying 90-100$ for a massage, do yourself a favor and go to a legit massage spot like Massage Envy and get your moneys worth in service & customer service as well. My massage was completely useless as I was overcame with anger and became more irritated than when I had walked in.

I finally was able to come here on my day off to enjoy a day at the Korean style spa. Upon entry,…read moreyou check in and get towels, a shirt and shorts set, and a locker key. Once you have your stuff, you got the locker room (shoes off) to get changed~ you can either go for the pools and the wet saunas etc or go upstairs on the shirt/shorts to enjoy the heated rooms. I hit the second floor first and spent a good 30 minutes relaxing and sweating it out. There are three heated rooms and one cold room. After that, I headed downstairs to enjoy a good rinse before heading into the heated pool. There was only one heated pool and one cool pool. There were plenty of areas to sit and bathe or stand and shower. This is also the area you can book services for body scrubs etc. there are also a couple of saunas in this area. The pool shower areas also have plastic baskets to hold your stuff, as well as complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors. Each shower or bathing section also has complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The locker room has lockers where you can store your stuff with your assigned locker number. There are also areas to get read with hair dryers and qtips and lotion. Overall, a lovely experience and hope to come back.
