And I love the peaceful vibe you experience when you're in there. You have the option of private rooms or in a safe open space . I love the open space areas as those beds are soo comfortable! I have been going to New massage Glendale for a year, for the people that leave a 5 or 10$ tip seriously, do you know how much work this is, I work in the industry so maybe that's why I know better. I usually get 2 hrs massage( I save my tips to pay for it) 110$ and I leave 40$ tip because I know by the time Kandi's done with me she's ready to go home, by the way, she knows how to "read " my body, how much pressure to use in each part and she does an amazing job so if you're too cheap to leave more than 5$ dollars just stay home. I would go to zero starts but the app won't let me. I can in the other day and there was nobody working the counter. A few moments later this lady came in h front door who I saw sitting in her car. All I wanted was a foot and hand massage. She told me full body go to the room. When I got in here she stated the massage and it was not good just pushed a bunch of pressure. We she finally started massaging she got to my hands and I told her keep going on the hands they need it. She stopped 5 seconds later. As someone who gets a massage a few times a month this was the worst massage I've ever had. To start she wasn't really massaging me she was just digging her elbow and knuckles into me to the point she started putting her elbow in my spine which really hurt. Honestly everything she did hurt and it had nothing to do with the pressure it was as if she didn't know the anatomy of the body. During the hot stone portion she didn't put any barrier such as oil or lotion between the stone and my skin. The hot stone is usually my favorite part but it was the worst part. She also burned my back. To add to the horrible massage she kept yawning and breathing very heavily which ruined the relaxing vibe of the experience. When i went to pay for the $85 massage I left her only a $10 tip because I really didn't enjoy the massage but still felt I should leave her a tip to be polite. The lady at the front desk told me tip is a minimum of $15. In my opinion, a tip should be based off your experience there should not be a minimum. I definitely will not be returning here. read more

I've been coming here for years and overall I haven't had issues until yesterday. I know this place has many bad reviews and complains because they want a lot of tip. However, because I'm usually generous with tip, so far it's been fine. When I arrived, they asked me to pay before the treatment so I did. Then I asked them to stamp my rewards card, the lady who took my payment said after the massage. I thought it was weird since I had already paid but I left it at that. When the service used to be $45, I used to tip $15. Now the full body massage is $50 but I decided to still give $15 tip since it's 30%. Very reasonable right? After my massage, I handed $20 to my masseuse and asked her to give me back $5. She asked me "you want $5 back?" And when I told her "yes" she got upset and reluctantly gave me $5. I come here regularly and have always gotten a pretty good massage. Most of the masseurs here have really strong hands so if you are used to a deep massage, I recommended this place. They're sometimes pretty busy and have to turn people away, so calling ahead is something I always do. A downside is sometimes they'll ask you to prepay, not sure why.
