Within minutes I felt limber and loosened up. I could legit feel my muscles get looser and hear my joints pop! I went in, she took the time to see me fast and was extremely punctual. She operates very professionally and is honestly very funny. Her sense of humor and jokes are what helped get me through the pain. To those bashing on her, I don't see what she does wrong. She tells you to be on time, be on time. She tells you it's gonna hurt, so it's gonna hurt. I feel like the reviews that bash her ignore what she tells you to do. If you don't like the way she conducts business go somewhere else. If you're ready to take the pain but feel amazing afterwards go see Naomi. Thank you Naomi for the massage and laughs, maybe next time you can give me a massage on Venus :)

She checked with me before and during about preferred pressure and she kept it right where I like it - light to medium. Her hands are strong and magical and I felt completely "cured" of my stress at the end and into the next few days. She really released so much tension out of my neck and shoulders, legs and feet. And definitely do the scalp massage! I had a tension headache and omg that scalp massage was a divine cure. That brought my relaxation to 110%! My only suggestion is her hands move fast which makes it a little harder to get into a "zen" state than with slow hands. But Maria has her system and I like it ! So I would most definitely see her again when I am back in the area. Wonderful rejuvenating experience!

Let's just say I have seen a lot of places.. one which was so bad, I couldn't wait to leave (the cigarette stench was so bad). So I'm happy to say I found a 5 star place! It is a bit different in the sense that you sit in a chair for your foot massage and then get moved to a room. I thought this would break the zen, but it didn't bother me too much. The place is clean and small, so it was very quiet since they can't take too many clients (finally a place where they don't stuff people inside). The massage room is private which is great and my masseuse was amazing. He took his time and didn't just use his forearms, but was deep pressure throughout the whole massage.

I have to preface this by saying I am not familiar with Thai massages or their logic. Nor do I…read moreunderstand why. Why would anyone subject themselves to an hour or more of horrifying pain? I don't know what giving birth, having my finger nails pulled from my fingers, forced amputation of body parts or being lit on fire feel like...but I know what a Thai massage feels like. It feels worse. Everytime I thought I would actually feel a massage, the torture got worse. Everytime they started on new body parts, the torture got worse. Asking for less pressure or any expression of pain resulted in worse pain. I can't give this one star because it might be the greatest Thai massage in the world, but I wouldn't know it because it was my first Thai massage. I also can't give this more than three stars because it's just pain. An hour of endurance of pain on pressure points, spines, joints, muscles and the grinding of elbows on bones. God help you if they find a knot, because they will not stop attacking it, without any mercy, until they get that knot or you fall off the table with seizures. But the hot rocks felt really nice. Until they started the Thai massage again. Then the rocks came crashing down on the floor, along with my hopes of relaxation and tranquility. The horror and pain returned with a vengeance, this time on my legs. Then my hands. And then they remembered the knot in my shoulder, and for the 4th time, they attacked it, like my knot was Poland in 1939 and they were the German Wehrmacht, bent on deadly merciless conquest. In conclusion Thai massages are not for me.

As an active dancer, roller…read moreskater, swimmer, hiker, and cyclist, who doesn't always do the best job of stretching, my body is always tight. I used to think getting massages was something I shouldn't spend money on b/c of the cost, but the more active I am, the more I realize how I truly need it for my body to keep going and remain as active as I want it to be. For me, it is a worthy investment. Especially as a mid-40-year-old man, the older I get, it's so much easier for me to prioritize my health and body, as opposed to a night or two out of drinking in which you can easily spend the same amount of money but feel WAY worse. One of the things I love about Willia's care is her truly unique intuitive ability. When she gets down to working on my body, her hands are remarkable at pinpointing all my problem areas; and I'm not just talking about knots, anyone can do that. She is fantastic at identifying areas that are extremely tight, overworked, and holding extra tension, pain, and trauma. She knows how to get in there and offer relaxation, release, and rejuvenation. As someone who has been going to Gratitude Healing for some time now, I would highly recommend this place to newbies. Book a 90-minute session, it's the best way to get the full experience! Lastly, as someone who has an inconsistent work schedule, booking with Willia has also been super easy and flexible. Often I can get in to see her within a day or two!
