Great spot for a foot massage. It's very affordable. I have been there 4 time in the last 2 months. The females are professional and know what they are doing. I had great experience until I went the last time. They didn't have female available so I got a male . It was disappointed, he seemed like he was in a hurry, the massage was not relaxing or enjoying. Maybe he needs retreating. I will go back but I will wait until one of the females is available. read more

Nestled back on San Fernando Blvd between Sprouts and McDonalds you'll discover this hidden treat. I went there for foot reflexology. A 30 minute session was $20. While you don't walk into a glamorous spa setting, everything is clean and nice and the staff is fantastic! This was my first time trying it out but would go back tomorrow and do a different service. The parking lot is a little tight. I visited Sprouts, parked there and just walked over. In addition to food reflexology they specialize in body massage and chair massage and offer a combination of both massage and foot reflexology. Prices are beyond affordable - so don't forget to tip generously. read more

Canna Foot - Skin Care Near Me - Burbank, California

When I walked into my appointment, the lady at the front seemed bothered that I interrupted the game she was playing on her phone right in front of me. The rest of the experience kept devolving from there: 1. There are just hanging sheets separating you from the next customer so if they're moaning & groaning--you hear it. 2. I clearly communicated that I only wanted my calves and feet worked on yet that only ended up being 5% of the massage for one hour. I even got the lady playing games up front to re-explain that to my masseuse since his English was not strong 3. The masseuse had such dry hands/long fingernails that her cut one of my fingers 4. Instead of massaging me, he aggravatingly rubbed various body parts 5. There is no way he is a trained professional. He did not locate one acupressure point successfully 6. To repeat: THIS WAS NOT A MASSAGE BUT A MANIC RUBBING SESSION 7. When I went to pay the lady playing games was gone and masseuse who just wasted an hour of my day checked me out. He then had the audacity to point out there was no tip and asked me for one. I said no and left. I've had a lot of body treatments over the years at all price points. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I have ex boyfriends who are half asleep give better massages than this. Truly awful. Don't give them your money. That's all they care about, not your well being. read more

This place is a hidden gem! The price for their services are stellar and they know their stuff. Fanny is an amazing masseuse and worked magic on my neck and shoulders. They took me in as a walk in and I specifically asked for a female masseuse and I think Fanny was the only one working and she still took me in. The only downside is the place is super no frills but for what they charge, it's worth it! read more

I went to Canna Spa today because it's next to my nail place. I was very surprised at the level of massage I received when ordering the foot reflexology. I had William and he was very thorough and included the arms and back too. It was well worth the price so this will be a regular part of my routine. read more

I generally go here and recommend this place but today I was shocked when I asked the man to break a $20 bill and he KEPT IT. This never happens when Amy is working the register. If it's only the guys, expect them to take your cash, play dumb, and then not honor your wishes later. I will never use that particular person again. Again, this is AFTER PAYING FOR THE FULL COST MASSAGE, the therapist refused to break a $20 bill. read more

This place is great! Once Fannie knew where my knots she focused on those areas. The price is reasonable too.

I used to come to this place all the time...it's a little hole in the wall but they have great massages for a great price. But I have to say that things have changed a lot and I won't be coming back here. On my last visit a male massage therapist made me very uncomfortable. Part of it was likely due to a language barrier, but his behavior was still inexcusable. After an uncomfortable and painful massage, this man tried to force me into giving him a 40 percent tip when I asked to do the standard 20...all in all it was just an uncomfortable and awful experience. read more

Great place... the 60 minute foot massage was excellent. I plan on going back. This is my new massage place. Ask for Kevin... he was great!

I'm a big woman 5'2 155lbs...big i tell ya...this is my second time here one time way before pandemic and then today... It's clean...they wear masks...i kept mine on the whole time..nothing more extra ...i would of felt more comfortable if they have hand sanitizer around...if they put it on before they started... I'm all in for supporting small places ...i got a man and i like it soft don't get me wrong i didn't say anything but if it's your first time at these places and request a foot massage - oh they do your whole body even your hair - but it's not your normal slow relaxing Swedish massage it's kind of karate chop chop and if you like it rough these places are for you! Again i got a man...i feel they are super strong fighting my knots like it's a war lol but woman are as strong! So yes i am a little whimp...but 40$ for 90 min foot massage i can't go wrong! read more

Massage was $45 for 80 mins. But the guy was forced me to give $20 as a tip! I was really upset.

I have been in here a couple of times, once about two years ago, and once a couple of months ago. The first time I came in was early in the morning when they had just opened. A man gave me half of my massage and then, when a woman arrived, they switched off without an explanation. I was confused, but could tell that their English was limited so I didn't question them about it. I hadn't come back because I found it odd that they switched off, but after a couple of years, and reading some of their more recent Yelp reviews, I decided to give them a try again. Wow, am I glad I did! I came in the afternoon on a weekday and the place was pretty quiet. The woman who massaged me did such a fabulous job that halfway though the massage I asked if she'd be able to give me a 90-minute one instead of a 60-minute one. I think it threw her pacing off a little, but she was free so she told me it was fine. The massage itself was perfect! Her pressure wasn't too weak or too strong. She also asked me to make sure that the pressure was good. That was very considerate! After the massage was over I wanted to buy 10 gift cards so I could get 2 free, like an ad on their counter said I could. The woman was confused though because I was trying to pay with a credit card. After a couple minutes of confusion I discovered that they don't accept credit. She asked if I could bring cash tomorrow. I thought I wouldn't be back in for a while, but I told her that was fine. So, I haven't been back here, but I do want to go back soon! Life gets so busy and I forget to pamper myself like I would like to sometimes. Now that the holidays are coming I will probably try to make it back in soon. This time I will remember to bring cash too! read more

Painful & rough massage! The guy literally dug his nails into my scalp when doing the head massage, threw my body & roughly pulled my shirt up to where my chest became exposed when he tried to rub my back. I had been here a long time ago and now remember why I didn't come back. He seems rude & aggressive. My scalp is raw & I have bruises on other area. Avoid this place. read more

Very unprofessional and dirty place. Not sure if they even wash the towels, hard to cunnunicate as well. Don't recommend.

I've came here multiple times and have had good experiences before, but the massage I had today was horrible. First, we had a group of 3 and my massage started the latest. Then during my massage, the man left for around 3 minutes to talk on the phone and handle upcoming appointments. I thought that he would make up for it by massaging for an additional 3 minutes, but my massage actually ended earlier than the other 2 that I came there with. The man that messaged me was very rough. The towels used felt like sandpaper - wasn't soft or comfortable at all. He also smelled like smoke and that's not a smell that will make me feel relaxed for a massage... read more

Amazing service..... I've been coming here for the last 10 years and I've always had great service yes sometimes are definitely better than others but always good specially for the price.. The employees here do a great job and I highly recommend it.. when I live nearby I would go twice a week this is the kind of place that you love and every now and then you'll pay double or triple the price and you'll get mediocre service at other spots that's why I always come back read more

I come here every week! All have good hands and a great flow of massage. I'm a hairstylist and they allow me to keep doing my job. Thank you! read more

Not a fan. Been here twice. Both times the man massaging me, his hands smelled like straight seafood. Each time was a different guy. My initial experience was much better than my second. Although his hands were smelly, my massage was relatively relaxing. My second visit, omg this man was so aggressive. I left with slight bruising on both arms. I did ask him to take it easy which he complied for a little bit but sure enough he went back to pounding me like a slab of meat. Was not relaxing at all. IF I ever go back I will most certainly request a female masseuse. But it's going to take some time to heal and maybe even a pep talk to get me to back. read more

This place is simply amazing for a daycation in the middle of the day, I chose the foot reflexology which includes feet, shoulder, head and back massage . My good friend and I made an appointment for 2 and upon walking in it already feels calming, you choose which package you'd like to receive. And guided to you're table which is a lower table with two separate pieces one for your upper body and legs, it's a great set up. The music is always just nice and relaxing to take deep breaths to. The woman that helped me was great she applied just the right amount of pressure to find all the knots in your shoulders and neck and legs then down to the feet before turning you over and working on your back placing your face into the convenient hole and breath comfortably as they work on your sciatica and even cracked my middle back. Even did a scalp massage which felt really invigorating. You can't go wrong with the great pricing, as a courtesy to yourself and everyone be sure to TURN OFF YOUR PHONE, and of course wear your mask. Otherwise enjoy the refreshed feeling after read more

After getting my hair cut at Supercuts next door (another 5 star review btw ask for Selina) I got the full body massage here, $40 for 60 minutes, private room, fully nude (covered though and no there was no hankypanky, it's legit). I have no idea who my therapist was, she barely spoke English, but who cares right? Seriously. Communication was fine. I need a serious deep tissue massage when I get one, and boy did I get one. I'm still tingly in some places and my neck is a little sore, BUT that's a GOOD thing, it's where all my tension is stored. I'll definitely be back. read more

If I had a choice, I would leave 0 star because the service was horrendous and the massage itself was painful. I came with my husband because it was the closest massage place to our apartment and our bodies were stiff and sore after driving 2000 miles from across the country and from unloading furnitures. Chinese reflexology spots in most parts of the country are priced at $40-$60/hour, so we were shocked that this place only charged $20/hour (or better yet, $30/90 min!!!) I'm a firm believer of "you get what you paid for", so at this rate, I really wasn't expecting any luxury. But at the minimum, I do expect to be treated with curtesy and professionalism from any for-profit business. As a paying customer, I have chosen to endorse your establishment over your competitors and I believe that any sound business would choose to preserve the integrity of their products and services over below-the-market prices, because regardless of how cheaply they charge, there is no business if the customers' basic needs are not met. The basic needs of a massage customer are simply relaxation and a pleasant exchange. I got the opposite at Canna. Not only did the lady rough over my bones with her elbow, causing me a lot of pain, she also openly complained that I was the most difficult type of customer upon the ONE TIME that I politely asked her to go softer. More importantly, she was openly discussing her immigration status with another therapist as they worked, revealing that she is an unauthorized worker. I thought people keep quiet about something like this?! Understand that I don't personally have any issue with her working status and I'm not going to reference politics on a review platform. I get that you need to do what you need to do to provide for your family. Whatever the reason that brought you here, I applaud you for your hard work. But I do mind paying (even if it's cheap) for unlicensed "professional" service on my body that's causing me a lot of discomfort, and would be more concerned for someone with chronic health issues which is actually quite common among our general population. Furthermore, I wonder if this place is so cheap because they exploit undocumented workers, in which I want no part. My instinct tells me to stay the hell away when something hurts and when ethics are in question. read more

2nd time here and the massage felt even better. My sister and I initially went for a 60 min. massage ($20) but told them before we started that we wanted to extend to a 90 min. massage ($30) and they were fine with that. We went on a holiday so they were a bit busy but were able to accept an appointment when we called a few hours before. The massage itself was great and it was so relaxing that I fell asleep during the foot massage. They also include a foot scrub after the foot massage which kind of hurts but it's exfoliating so I just bear with it :) However, one thing I was unhappy about during this experience was that the guy massaging me was eating at the beginning of my massage. He was chewing his food while massaging my head and his hands smelled like rice cakes. It would've been a great experience if I went to experience food ASMR, but I just wanted a nice, quiet massage. I understand that they get tired and hungry, so breaks should be made available for them before the next appointment, especially since we made an appointment and they knew at least a few hours in advance. I noticed that he went to massage another customer immediately after massaging me. In addition, the massage therapists massaging my sister and me were both loud and constantly talking and laughing throughout the massage. Lastly, we were willing to give a 18% tip after all of this, but the lady at the front said "You should give $10 tip because it was a long massage." $10 tip is more than 30% of the massage price and was definitely not deserved after an experience like that, and I was shocked that she even asked for more tip which isn't mandatory in the first place. Overall, the massage was great and service was bad, but it could definitely be improved. read more

If you value your body do not got here. My girlfriend was violated and mishandled. Her male masseuse kept pulling her cloths down then scoffed at her when she raised her voice to stop. He made her very uncomfortable and got way to close to areas she did not want touched. Also, her body is now covered in bruises from him being to rough. She repeatedly told him he was to rough and he did not listen and continued. She is now in pain days later and left feeling violated. She was given a full refund and in guessing because this is not the first time. DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

Great great back massage. I had a bad kink in my neck I could barely move. I got a chair massage and it was so good. The masseuse really focused on the areas I asked for and was very good. Honestly it was one of my best massages!! I will definitely go back! read more

I have been coming here for years, but last night will have me thinking twice. First, I had made an appointment 2 days prior. They did not start on me until 15 minutes later. Taking walk ins when you know you have an appointment is bad customer service in my opinion. Second, the masseuses were acting strange. Mine was extremely rough and seemed very rushed. Third, we were chased down by one of them for her tip when we had already walked out. We had given it to another to give it to her. Tipping is discretionary - not mandatory by the way. I'm not sure if it was an off night there, but it was not acceptable. read more

Love to get the message here. Get deep tissue quality massage and staff are very professional.

I have been looking for a great foot reflexology place since moving to Burbank and have hit quite a few duds. Canna was everything I wanted! Their $20 60 minute foot reflexology was everything I expected and more. I am an avid foot reflexology customer and have frequented many foot reflexology places but this one is close to home and takes the cake. So here is a few insights: 1. This is a typical Foot Reflexology place in terms of - group chairs where they soak your feet and foot reflexology that is head to toe. It is not just a foot massage. Tip expectation is in the $7-$15 range and that is normal for these places. Don't expect to tip any less. 2. They do some things different like - they have you sit straight up before laying down and for 5-10 mins they work out your shoulders and back. I love this! I felt like it didn't deter from the overall experience and they still did head to toe massage for the entire hour. It also helped to work out all my knots and kinks. 3. They will lift / remove your shirt for an oil massage for the last 10 mins. If you do not like oil/ don't want to remove or lift up your shirt, just let them know before they start. Overall, I will be back and Tracy was amazing. One of the best for reflexology places I have been to! read more

I was just here for a simple 60 minute foot massage. I usually tip 20+% however, not only did he give me a rushed 45 minute massage when I asked if they shorten their 60 minutes he pulled me back to the area abrasively to add a few more minutes which still did not add up to a full 60 minutes massage....at checkout he asked me for a $10 tip although I gave him an undeserved 20% tip already. He showed me how others had given $10, $20 tips. I told him if he hadn't shortened AND rushed my 60 minutes massage a $10 tip would have sufficed. He basically told me goodbye. The service should match the expectation. Period. I won't be back. read more
