She had never done…read moreany type of spa treatment before, I stumbled upon their Groupon for a 60-min couples massage / scrub. Making an appointment was very easy as I called the facility to tell them what I wanted & about my groupon, told them the date & time I was looking at, then received confirmation that my appointment was set up! A whole week before & we were excited to find out what this was all about. The place itself is not that small but not very spacious. We arrived promptly and were asked to wait a few minutes for them to finish with the clients before us. While waiting, we were shown the different scrubs and asked to choose 1; I decided on rejuvenate. Once ready, they asked us to undress, put on the robes & shower shoes, then head over to their "scrub room." It was located next to the facility's laundry station. The actual room itself is a shower room, but felt nothing different like a shower at the gym. That sort of icky musty feeling. My friend & I sat side by side while each lady scrubbed us down from neck down to our feet (they don't go into any private areas) After rinsing off the scrub, we were brought to our massage room for the quickest 10 minutes. Apparently the 60 minutes INCLUDED the time it would take us to rinse, change, what have you.. that we were not aware of! Sigh, maybe it was a good thing as my friend was very sensitive to any pressure her lady applied to her neck & back. Mine was decent, but like I said 10 minutes isn't enough to even relax. The ladies tending to us were awesome, they chatted with us throughout our time and we had a good couple laughs all 4 of us. I'd be willing to raise their star count if they were less clustered, done a better job of maintaining their scrub room, & advise their clients AHEAD OF TIME about their timing structure.

Called in and they were able to get me and my mom in pretty quick. My mom did 60 min foot massage and i did 60 min fully body. We both had an amazing experience, it's not your bouji fancy place. I think the lady that did mine her name was Nina and she used hot stone and went each body part throughly. I paid $60 for one hour full body and my mom paid $40 for her foot massage. For sure go if you need a good deep work done on your body.

I arrived five minutes early, only to be told that they could not accommodate us and that we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes. I declined because I had already planned around the appointment time and had turned down other establishments specifically to come here. They did offer a discount if I was willing to wait the extra 30 minutes, but at that point, the issue wasn't the price--it was the lack of respect for my time and the fact that the appointment time they gave me was not honored. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place.

WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!!!…read more I call on a Friday to make a couples massage appointment for Sunday morning. The lady says EMPHATICALLY 9:00 - 10:00 am several times on the phone. I'm not thrilled about an early time for a Sunday morning, but I take it because I understand they have to fit 2 of us. We show up on Sunday to the janky ass operation, and the lady says the other masseuse is not here yet, come back in 40 minutes. I'm already irked cause I could've slept in, but just try to roll with it. We come back and they have separate rooms for us. Not ideal, but we've encountered this elsewhere before. They ask for cash (no cards) up front before they start. They don't ask us what areas to focus on, any previous injuries, or even what level of pressure to use - just cash. I go to lay down and I see there's only HALF a sheet available for cover...??? The lady comes in and starts rubbing me and you can tell that she's on autopilot for most of it. There's a bunch of commotion going on; the ladies are shouting at each other from room to room, someone's phone rings and they let the wacky ringtone go for a whole minute - basically the exact opposite of a relaxing ambiance. At one point my masseuse walks out and starts arguing with the other ladies. It's like she was mad that she had to work on me for some reason. She pretty much rubbed my back for like half an hour and once I turned around she just ran out the clock by rubbing my head. Didn't even touch my problem areas. Then she says "ok done!", and walks out. I look at the clock and it's been barely 45 mins since we started (including the interruptions) when we already paid them for a whole hour plus a much too generous 25% tip. I somehow feel more tense than before I walked in there and hoodwinked and bamboozled out of $150. I didn't argue and just left. My husband told me he had an equally terrible experience. I've been to dozens of massage places and I never had the urge to leave a bad review for a single one, because no matter how mediocre the work, I still appreciate that someone would take the time to give me healing touches. But these ladies were not happy about us being there. I get the feeling that they're not interested in what we came in for and that we were not their typical clientele (wink, wink). So yeah, I mean if that's what you're into, by all means go there. But if you want an honest-to-god massage, there are plenty of other places that'll do a better job for the same price.

This post won't be any different All I have to say is I paid this chick to perform an hour massage and she tried to pass 17 minutes for 60 minutes . 17 damn minutes at the price of an hour massage? Foooooools! I'm quite wily when it comes to spending any money - especially at these kinds of places - so yes - if you go to these places without timing the experience to make sure you're getting your moneys worth - you're a sucker, but I digress. When I complained, the lady feigned ignorance - and tried to dismiss my point - despite my proof. Then, her partner came in to correct the issue - saying she would complete the hour - but the damage was done. I think what bothered me the most was they refused to allow me to confirm my final amount on my receipt I literally had to snatch it from their hand and threaten to leave this review - which I've decided to leave since Yelp! consistently encourages me to do so I left this spot and genuinely hope all you fellas reading this avoid it, too. Honestly, there are much better places that "offer" what they tried to persuade me with any damn way if you catch my meaning... If you're looking to get taken care of - so you can go back and battle life - this place ain't for you. Factos.

Since the change in ownership, communication has been nearly nonexistent, and when responses do occur, they are consistently rude, dismissive, and condescending. This does not feel accidental, it feels intentional, as though customers are being pushed away rather than welcomed. What is most concerning is that the business no longer operates in a way that resembles a legitimate, professionally run massage practice. The lack of responsiveness, transparency, and basic customer care has reached a point where it raises serious questions about the purpose of the business at all. As a former loyal client, I now genuinely question whether this establishment is being run as a real massage business, or whether it is serving as a cover for something else entirely. That is not a conclusion I come to lightly, it is based on repeated experiences and a clear pattern of behavior. This place used to be excellent. The current operation has destroyed that trust completely. I am sharing this directly because what is happening now is not normal, not professional, and deeply concerning.

Why is the open sign on but there is consistently misinformation online about when they're open? I think the Better Business Bureau needs to investigate this further.
