Walked in on a Friday morning, got an appointment for an eye exam in the next half hour or so. Got the eye exam for 40 and lenses for 70 plus some more for the frames I picked out ( which were discounted ). Better yet, I get my glasses the same day in which I was in dire need of. My go to place to get my glasses, and the service here is always on point. Went to go pick up my new glasses, but had so many choices to choose from. My boy Joon hooked it up and helped me get my new Gucci glasses that look fire. He was very patient and kept it entertaining as I was choosing and trying on different pairs. I'm not a customer here but walked in to fix my bent Ray-Ban sunglasses. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful in providing immediate assistance without trying to sell me anything or asking if I was an existing customer (which I'm not). The sales person ensured that the fixed sunglasses fit perfectly and only asked if there's anything I need in the future to come back. Nothing like great customer service with a smile. Come here for the best customer service of your life!  They are SO helpful and nice. I came in looking to spend  around what my insurance would cover and was  shown several options, even pairs I would never consider but leave it to the experts! They are out of network but no problem- can you believe they filled out the form for reimbursement for me AND gave me an addressed envelope?!! they make life so easy.   When I came to pick up my glasses they were showing this guy how to put in contacts for the first time and they are so incredibly patient. I also love how they took the time to really fit my glasses to my face, not just a "here are your glasses, hope they fit". What a place. I've only ever been either very, very happy with my visits to people optical or extremely happy with my visits to people optical. Joon has been incredibly helpful and thoughtful to me as I've had one glasses and sunglasses ordered from there; even if they don't have the frame you like in stock, they'll take care of you very well, and in a hurry. Joon does a fantastic job. I live in new york, but make a point to settle all my optical related needs here when i am back in town. I see myself going back quite frequently. read more

Amazing selection of glasses and sunglasses! I went in to get a pair of new glasses because I lost mine. I saw the optometrist first and she was very nice, professional, and quick. The owner helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I was going for a cheap pair, but OF COURSE I ended up falling in love with a pricey pair. Excellent service here! Employees are extremely helpful about recommending frames and giving positive input. Their selection of frames is large and very fashionable, and they keep them in stock at the store, which means fast service! Normally I go to places that will send my new glasses in a week, but here the entire process of choosing glasses, having my vision checked, and receiving new prescription glasses took only around an hour. This is a gem hidden in plain sight. I visit the plaza almost every week for groceries and didn't think much about this shop. I'm thoroughly impressed by the selection and customer service. The store carries a huge range that includes top brands. The prices are very fair, and everyone is knowledgeable. The only issue is that they are out of network for most (all?) insurers, but their pricing made it worthwhile for me. read more
