Well this was an experience! Our friends brought us here and it was more than expected for sure. I was just expecting a tame Winery. It was so much more! They had wine tastings but also beer which was great because the weather was hot and a cold beer was perfect in the late afternoon. While the main indoor wine tasting place was a bit crowded on a Saturday afternoon in late September, we were able to find a table for 6 of us. Right outside there were also tables to sit at and a stage where a band played music. There were also food trucks outside that enabled us to get some yummy food. After all this, there is a whole other section that is mainly for families with kids (there was a pumpkin patch, go cart tractors for kids to ride, gem panning and a petting zoo). We also got to watch pig races! This is a great place if parents want to drink but also have their children entertained. I'm sure this isn't a usual thing, but the only reason I'm taking a star away is because in the main indoor location one of the bathroom stalls was broken in the woman's restroom and the line was super long due to there only being one stall available (it took 40 minutes in line waiting to use the restroom; some females went in the men's bathroom but for such a big place, this should not have been happening) There are 3 porta potties outside but down further by the family/kid area, however, we were inside and didn't know that. read more

We were looking for somewhere that had live music and have been here a few times for the pumpkin patch and love it, so we gave it a try. It's February so the music was in the Crush House. The Crush House has high ceilings and concrete floors which amplifies all of the people having conversations to the point you can't hear the music. We ended up leaving after about 20 minutes. We will give it a try again, once the music moves to their outdoor stage. read more

We have been members here for years and this is long overdue. There are constantly food trucks and the winery takes note on any feedback you have. The people who work here are amazing and you will always meet people with a great smile. Dillon was amazing today and provide excellent service, which is always expected from this fantastic crew. Their wine is top notch and everyone is knowledgeable, which comes in handy when you are ordering food and want a solid pairing. Make sure that you drink some of the wax bottles wines as they are on another level. They have seasonal events for the family, but if you are like myself with no kids, they do have Sundays which are adults only. read more

This cowboy themed winery has The BEST sangria I have ever had! Not super sweet. It's super refreshing on a hot summer day! Sangria options are red or white. The large comes in a mason jar that you can keep or turn in for a discount. They do offer beer and wine slushes also. No kids on Fridays and Saturday's. And no scrollers in the tasting room. I've been a member for a year and a half. The recent (2026) changes with no outside food/snacks and only the provisions food truck availability on Saturday wasn't useful. Great atmosphere, great staff, great experience as usual. The food changes definitely was a surprise as I didn't know and don't come that often. The menu was very minimal and mostly sandwiches, or a hot dog and chips for $10 (cheapest thing on the menu). It would be nice to have small snack provisions, i.e., chips/salsa, nachos, pretzel bites, etc. Our couples and hubby/me decided to go to a local brewery (Bareknuckle) to have drinks and grab some food there for the remainder of the day/night. This review is for the ice rink. We went on a Saturday night before Christmas and had an amazing time! We bought our tickets online the day before so check in was super easy. We paid a little less than $100 for 5 skaters. After we checked in we got our rental skates and headed to a picnic table to put them on. The rink was clean and well maintained and we appreciated the pvc gliders for our children to use. I do wish the music was more festive to the holidays but overall it was a great time and we hope to make it a family tradition. I currently have a memberships with peltzer and was so excited to go on Mother's Day. My husband stood in line for an hour trying to get food only to find out they ran out of food and closed. We instantly left I wasn't even able to get one drink since we wanted to eat first. I find the wine average at best. They generally have a nice food truck. It is NOT kid friendly as they do not allow toddlers to play on outdoor wine drinking area and will constantly remind you to not let the kids play outdoor, even if supervised. If you sign up to monthly membership, understand they charge $75 for cancelling within 12 months, which they did NOT let me know when signing the paperwork. read more

Peltzer Winery has a great atmosphere and is definitely kid-friendly, which we really appreciated. There was live music during our visit, but it wasn't too loud -- we were still able to enjoy our conversation without shouting, which isn't always the case at busy wineries. We went in the afternoon when it was nice and cool, but I don't recall seeing much shaded outdoor seating, which might be something to keep in mind on hotter days. As for the wine, it just wasn't our favorite -- most of the options we tried were a bit too sweet for our taste. I've been to Peltzer many times and always had a great experience in the past. I currently live in Northern California but grew up nearby, and anytime I'm home for a holiday or celebration, Peltzer is my go-to spot. So when it came time to plan a retirement celebration for my mom, I thought of Peltzer right away. Jordan, who's helped me before, was amazing as always. Even though they don't usually reserve tables, she kindly made an exception which I was so grateful for! Jordan let me know where we'd be sitting ahead of time as she was unable to be at the winery that day and made me feel so taken care of leading into our visit. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was no reserved sign and another group was already sitting where we were told we'd be. I politely explained the situation and they kindly moved but moments after a staff member, I believed named Danae (she was a shorter female who always wears a brimmed hat and has drastic eye makeup) came out and was incredibly rude, insisting it was first come first serve and if I wanted to reserve the space I would have had to pay a $1,000 deposit, despite it being 10 minutes before our "reservation" and the other group had already moved with plenty of open tables around since it was only 20 minutes after they had opened. This totally caught me off guard and really dampened the mood. She made us feel unwelcome and frankly embarrassed me in front of our guests. I didn't want to make a scene during my mom's special day, so I let it go, but Danae's attitude, and everything about how she handled the whole situation was really off-putting. To make it worse, she ignored me inside when I tried to order more wine bottles for the group, having another staff member help instead, which felt petty and unprofessional. As someone who works in the wine industry, I was really disappointed. Thankfully, the other staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. Peltzer is a beautiful place with great wine, but sadly, after this experience, I'm hesitant to return or recommend it to others. read more

We have been here multiple times for Nashville Nights and a Toby Keith tribute band and a wedding so we knew we already loved the rustic/country look. We Googled Family Friendly wineries and Peltzer was one of the first ones that came up. We arrived before 3pm Saturday and read signs that read, "21+ after 6pm". We were immediately kicked out as we entered the tasting room. We thought we did our research, but their website and signs were out of date. So we have been members for a little over two years. We love Peltzer, their wines are great and we love the ambiance. Abby is a huge asset to this place, she is so friendly and builds great rapport with members. We have brought a lot of our friends here and have enjoyed events such as the pumpkin patch and Christmas Markets. But since having a baby 6 months ago it is challenging for us to continue our membership. Strollers are not allowed in the crush house, nor are children (other than Sundays) but it is a zoo on Sundays. They recently opened an area below for families on Saturdays but with the hot weather it is hard to sit out there for a long time with a baby. I am hoping that the policy on children changes and families are allowed in the crush house on Saturdays. I think having the 21 and over patio is a good place for those who want the kid free environment. read more

I am beyond shocked at the lack of professionalism of this winery and venue. We were searching for a venue for one of our wedding events and decided to come into this location for a tour l, we spoke with the female guide and i followed up with her via email because she had not followed up with me after the tour like she said she would. We went back-and-forth with some questions because we were seriously considering this location, every response was incredibly delayed. I kept having to call and reply via email and start adding other employee emails to the chain that I could find on the website hoping someone would reach out. We live hours away and were unable to show up and speak to someone easily so we really would have appreciated some communication and follow through on what they said they would provide us with. Just keep it 21 and up or keep it open to all. We came and automatically felt we don't belong. Very much a white people place to go to. Too many big American flags for decor. The old lady that helped us was nice but gave us an odd vibe at the end. We bought one bottle and were willing to get more to try but she was like $60 divided by 4.... What do you mean by that?? We felt she's implying she wants more tip. We aren't splitting the check or anything. It is the one tip on the one card and it's only $5 we are tipping. You don't deserve shit lady.
