For the longest time, I avoided going to this theater because the seats were not as comfortable compared to other theaters. It appears they have upgraded and everything is much better. Even the line process has changed. Instead of multiple chaotic lines, they have changed it to one main line. Definitely overdue. The seats were upgraded and spacious. It seems to be better managed and maintained now. I'm looking forward to watching more movies here. read more

Five stars every time for the Regal Theater at the Promenade Mall! The staff here is consistently friendly and super helpful--especially when it comes to using my Regal points to get the best possible deals. It really makes the experience feel easy and welcoming. The theater itself is great: clean, comfortable, and the reclining chairs are a huge win. I especially love the trays on the seats--no more balancing snacks on our laps or worrying about spilling on clothes. Such a small detail, but it makes a big difference. Bathrooms are another plus--plenty of stalls and always clean, which I really appreciate. Parking at the mall can be a little tough at times, but overall there are usually enough options if you're willing to look around. We went to watch the movie " obsession," and boy I have to say the lobby is pretty dirty fill of popcorn and trash. The counter where we order food is super stick with random soda drinks residue. So that was quite filthy. As we found our seats, not sure what happened, but the whole room was quite warm and my bf was actually sweating. I thought usually movie theater are blasting off the ac? Overall, I give a 3 stars . Other than being dirty on the lobby I didn't stop by the bathroom at all. Oh the food, pretty decent . The chicken strips and friends are pretty good. read more

I bought tickets for our anniversary to have a day date at the mall while our kiddos were in school. I was so excited to see that they remodeled the theaters with new luxury recliners and everything from the front of the theater to the actual rooms to the restrooms, everything was clean and immaculate. My husband and I were the ONLY ones in the theater for this movie and it was completely AKWARD and DISTRACTING that one of your elderly employees continued to walk in and across the front (where we were sitting in the front row in back of the handicap seating) her entire head passed over the screen each time. She didn't even do this once or twice, but SIX times throughout the entire movie of walking back and forth. It took away from the experience and it made me quite annoyed as movie tickets are not cheap. Not even sure what the purpose of doing this was as we were the only ones in there! Please be respectful and courteous of your patrons who are paying good money to have a certain relaxing experience that we didn't get to fully enjoy due to this weird encounter. read more

We switched over from AMC to Regal to see if we liked it better. There is pros/cons to each and we are pretty happy at this point with Regal. The Temecula location is big and most theatres have the recliners, so I am very happy with that because I will not go back to non-recliner haha! The concession lines aren't usually very long and the bathrooms are kept nice and clean. They have one main butter machine so would like to see more, but its never too busy. Wish they had a freestyle or regular soda machine like AMC. They have lots of snacks and popcorn flavors. Great location too right at the promenade. read more

Alright so where do I start? The theaters stink... really bad. Smells like nobody bothers to clean them and there's feet-scented rotting food under the seats. It's also really hot inside once you get past the lobby. My girlfriends, who love suntanning, were complaining about the temperature. The air conditioning in 90F days on summer only kicks in for about 10-20% of the movie duration. Another complaint is that the staff come in the theater 2-3 times per movie, and it's incredibly distracting. I can presume it's to make sure that nobody snuck into a movie they didn't pay for, but we paid 30$ per seat and it takes me right out of the movie to see people walking up and down the isles every 30 minutes. It's just a good experience at all except for the chairs being more comfortable than your standard theater. It used to be a lot better. read more

The family an I attend a showing in Theater #3 for a Andre Rieu's 2024 Christmas Concert movie. We have never been to this Regal Edwards location: we normally frequent the one located in Corona's Dos Logos shopping center. Parking on a Dec. Saturday afternoon was a bit of a challenge which was probably due to everybody hitting the Promenade Mall for their Christmas gift shopping. I typically avoid the parking structure during this time of year, due to all the crazy drivers in there all jockeying for the closest space to the stairs/elevators. While Edwards Regal is adjacent to the parking structure, it was much less stressful (for our son who volunteered to drive the family) to park by Dick's Sporting Goods (upper level) and walk thru the mall to get to Edwards Regal. Once there, our pre-purchased tickets were scanned by a friendly and efficient gentleman at the entrance. We skipped the snack bar since we just finished eating lunch at The Hat and were going to eat dinner at the Goat & Vine after the movie. The movie theater lobby was clean as well as the concession stand areas. Can't say the same when we exited the theatre around 1730 hours. The theater were were in was reasonably clean: no sticky floors or garbage left by previous patrons. The seats were one of the more comfortable ones I have sat in, that rocked but do not partially recline like other theater brands do. Restrooms seem to be a bit sparse here. The ladies is on one side of the concession stand and the men's on the other. For this sized cineplex, I would have expected more restrooms scattered down the hallways like I have seen at other Cinema brands. read more

Regal recently remodeled with reclining seats, which are comfortable--but the design is absolutely flawed. They built literal walls in front of every row that block the bottom portion of the screen. We had to grab booster seats--for adults--just to see the full picture. It's a terrible viewing experience and clearly no one tested sightlines before finalizing the layout. Honestly, we'll stick with Temeku Cinemas across the street next time. At least you can see the whole screen without needing a workaround. read more

So I went to this movie theater for the first time with my daughters. I must warn that the concession stand is nothing but false advertisement. I paid $90 for a horrible tasting, super thin pizza that seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. The girl at the concession stand told me I had to tell her ahead of time if I wanted combos. I did! She charged me for each icee. Other movie theaters allow me to replace a regular drink for an icee and we get free refills. Or they will charge me a little extra, but not the full price of an icee! Not here. That's quite ridiculous! I asked for the pizza combo because it showed a pizza with a drink. I paid $25.00 and was told it came separate. Candy is $6.99. Also, she poored very little cheese on the duo nachos, which also was false advertisement. $20 for a drink and nachos that didn't have enough cheese on either one (there were 2) is quite pricey. She didn't even ask if we wanted the cheese on the side. She just assumed we wanted it on top. She also told us we would only have to wait 5 minutes for the pizza. It was longer and again, the pizza was not fresh. The seats were comfortable, but that was the only good thing, honestly. The movie started late. We will definitely not be returning. read more

I have never been a big fan of Regal, but I went there on New Years Eve for a late afternoon movie and had the opportunity to see the manager at work. I had forgotten my phone with my ticket on it and he was extremely nice, understanding professional and helpful. In addition, I saw him help a large family with their tickets. I was very very impressed and will definitely be coming back to this establishment. Treating people right is not something you see very often these days. PS.... The best thing about this movie theater is that it is close to our home and at the mall. The movies have gone up in price and the standard theaters definitely need an upgrade. The 4D and iMax theaters are much nicer, but more expensive. They used to offer plant based options but it looks like that no longer exists. Workers do their job. Definitely needs a facelift. You can tell this theater is quite old because they still have velour fabric seats and not the leather reclining ones. Considering how many people come in every day and sit in the same chair, I think it's a pretty important upgrade to get. The interior design is also outdated, but the place was pretty clean. The theater room was pretty small considering our film was in IMAX. After leaving, I noticed that they moved the windows where you order tickets outside to inside. One of the only redeeming qualities about this location is that it's in the mall plaza so you can just walk across the street into the mall. Could use a lot of work. read more

Went to Regal Edwards Temecula to watch Fantastic Four and had a mostly good experience. The concessions line moved quickly and the staff was friendly and chatty. The biggest downside was the temperature inside the theater. To offset the 90-degree heat outside, they seemed to crank the AC to the max, and it was freezing for the entire movie. I left with goosebumps that had nothing to do with the plot. read more

I haven't been here in over a decade due to I was an A-List member at AMC theaters. I've recently joined Regal Unlimited, and this cinema remains to be decent. The 2d screen was adequate, the sound was crisp, and the retro seats were comfortable enough. The facility was clean, and the staff was welcoming. The bar here is a nice touch. The majority of Regal Cinemas need to update their seats to cushion recliners. Nonetheless, I'd watch another flick here when I'm in the area. read more

Last year we signed up for the Monthly Ultimate Pass, and it's easily the best purchase we've ever made. I bought tickets to see a movie at 3:35pm, arrived on time, and movie didn't roll until 4:05. A single bag of Reese's Pieces costing about 7$. Line for snacks was long no matter what time I saw it. I could understand the prices and lines, but enduring 40 minutes of commercials and trailers made the rest of the experience completely unpleasant. What is the point of scheduling a movie at any time only for it to really start 40mins later. Really lame. read more

Went to this Cinema on Wilnchester Road in Temecula. My first time here. I didn't feel safe having to park in a parking structure. I don't like the menu board that changes ever 3 or 4 minutes. Elderly cannot read that fast. Huge entry and restrooms and theaters were spread out. The elderly gentleman in front of me asked about prices-he too can't read those revolving menus. He ended up buying a soda for $8. Lucky I asked about combo deals-I was able to get a small popcorn, soda and fruit gummies for just a $1 more. When I went into the theater area it was kinda dark. I was afraid of falling. I was disappointed that there was no tray to set my snack down. read more
