Yikes! Auditorium 3 is a hot mess express. The seats are torn to crap. I took a video to show how bad the seats look. I will say, the seats are ugly but the mechanics still work. My chair reclined just fine. The heater functions work as well. The seats are not uncomfortable. Cosmetically, they are just really beat up and they need to replace them. Aside from that, the theater was a bit on the warm side. Where's the air conditioning? I know it's rough out there for movie theaters with the option to order and watch at home. That's why movie theaters really need to up their game and make people want to go to the movies versus staying at home in their pajamas. Good morning, I've been an A-List member with AMC Theatres for over five years, and I've always had a great experience--until today. Around 10:20 AM, my wife attempted to use tickets that were purchased through my account, something we've never had an issue with before. However, she was told she could not use them simply because the tickets were under my name. We share the same last name, and this has never been a problem in the past, which makes this situation very confusing and frustrating. As a result, she was forced to purchase additional tickets separately, which should not have been necessary. This experience has left me disappointed, and it's making me reconsider continuing my A-List membership. I would appreciate clarification on this policy and an explanation as to why this issue occurred today when it has not been enforced previously. Located in the Tower Plaza Center (right off the 15 FWY, off Racho California Rd exit) with plenty of parking, surrounded by shops and close to Old Town. I loved the intimate feel of the theater... clean, great sound/picture, and the temperature was spot on. While the spacious recliners are comfy, they're showing some wear and could use some TLC. Service at the door was cold, but the concession staff made up for it as they were super friendly and happy to assist. You can grab your tickets via the app or at the concession stand since the box office in front is decommissioned. There's a cocktail bar for those who want more options. Chose a Wednesday to watch a movie here. They now have deals on Wednesdays as well as Tuesdays so that's a super plus!! It was less than $14 for 2 of us for matinee 3:45p. We purchased tickets at the theatre rather than online to avoid the surcharge. There were only 2 other people in the theatre with us so it's like we had entire place to ourselves. It was an older movie. The sound and screen is really good. Now for the seats.... comfortable but really bad! They recline and that is great but just so run down. The coating on arm rests were really faded. Check them out in picture u uploaded. Women's restroom was decent. I used it before and after long movie. The employees were very nice and friendly. Willing to help. The crazy thing is I do not know how this theatre even makes money anymore. Maybe, I always end up here when it's a non-busy day? I don't know. I don't mind coming here. I'm a little torn on this one. On one hand you would expect a lot of an AMC theater. It's a huge chain and it should be held up to higher standards but it's not. The seats are kinda run down. The leather is peeling on a lot of the seats. The seats don't fully recline. They're a little small. But one good thing about the seats is that they have heater which is great for people like me who have back issues. But on the other hand, it's a smaller theater and it's a little more private which is always great. There's less crowds and I love that. read more

We tried this theater for the first time this past weekend. It was easy to buy our tickets and select our seats and get the 3D glasses. The seats can recline and there's an option to heat the seat which I like because I have a bad back and the heat helped my pain. The staff was really nice. We had their caramel popcorn which was oddly salty I would skip the salt and just have it sweet. Not sure why they added salt to it. The regular popcorn was really good. It wasn't overly salty. Definitely recommend their regular popcorn. They had about 20-25 minutes of previews which was long but nice so people can get their food and seats before the movie started. read more

AMC Temecula 10 This theater is very dated on the outside. The former ticket booth is abandoned and is currently an eyesore. The inside lobby is a bit more upbeat. Lots of items being sold at the concession counter including the usual candy, drinks, popcorn & merch. The soda machines have tons of choices. They also have a cocktail bar. Carley helped us with our popcorn and soda. She was very patient & sweet - she's an asset to this theater! "Rental Family" was being shown in cute little theater 6 with 37 seats. We sat in the last row -E. The reclining seats were comfortable, but they were very worn & battered. The seats and the theater really need a refresh. It felt a little gross sitting on these seats. The screen and sound quality were very good, but honestly, this was kind of a depressing experience. This is an extremely outdated AMC. The recliner chairs are peeling and don't recline all the way. They also squeak when adjusting which makes it terribly awkward to adjust in the middle of the movie. read more

We came here yesterday to relax for a few hours, over some mindless superhero fantasy. Surprisingly it was my better-half's suggestion. The film wasn't bad, but when the lights came on, we noticed that a good many of the seats were worn and in need of some TLC. One of my spots to watch a flick when I'm in the area. The surround sound hits, the screens pop, and the recliner seats are comfy. The service here has always been adequate. And they keep the facility clean. As for the food, I've only had popcorn here and it was freshly made. The movies are always better on the big screen! read more

The family and I love coming here to watch movies for the value. Watching early showing movies here on Tuesday as an AMC member are a better value than going to the mall. It costs us around $30 for a family of 5 for movie tickets when ordering on the app. The theater does need somewhat of an upgrade as the recliner chairs in the standard theaters have wear and tear. Workers are nice and helpful. Lines at the concession stand can be confusing. I thought the members/A list line gets served first, but it doesn't always seem to be the case. Moved to Perris recently and thought I'd drive to Temecula to see a movie because I heard it was a beautiful city. I've never had a worst experience at a movie theater. This is my go-to movie theater with the main draw being the affordability of AMC A-List. Being a subscriber, I am at AMC usually once or twice a week. The employees are always welcoming and helpful and the concessions are pretty consistent in quality. My only knock on this AMC is that it feels slightly outdated. As many others have pointed on, some of the seats are peeling or malfunction at times; however, I am more disappointed in the fact that there are no premium screens at this location. Adding either an IMAX or Dolby screen here would go a long way. read more

Have you compared the cost of this theater to other glamorous AMC theaters? Personally, I'd consider visiting those if I were in the mood for upscale service and attention--especially for the A-listers! And yes, I'd definitely remember my hat on the way out and avoid leaving a negative review due to my own oversight. That said, I've frequented this theater multiple times, and it delivers what you pay for. Bought tickets via Fandango, this theater was the cheapest in the area for a new movie (Inside Out 2). Customer service was quick and friendly, AC was on full blast, seats were comfy, the only complaint we would have which isn't the theater's fault is that there were families with screaming kids and one dad letting his kids run amuck during the entire movie. This theater wasn't busy at all which made the whole experience more enjoyable, parking directly out front is minimal (like a dozen stalls), but we would definitely return to save some money and avoid the more crowded theaters! read more

Super solid experience at AMC Temecula! Friendly service from the employees on duty. Tons of parking. While it might not be the largest theater, the screens use Laser projection, which makes the image quality great. The audio is good too. We enjoyed the leather, heated, and reclining chairs. Just moved to the area and I've already been here twice. The bathrooms are clean compared to many theaters I've been to, the seats in the movie rooms are a bit worn out but I love that they recline and are spacious. They have the best ticket prices in the area in my opinion, however, the food is all quite pricey. read more

I love that you can kick your feet up, turn on the seat warmers, and enjoy your snacks...however, as mentioned before, this place is beat to ####. We do not frequently visit the cinema due to the expense, but there are certain films that are well worth seeing on the big screen. The theaters are spotless, the lobby is quite spacious, and the staff is friendly and eager to assist. You can no longer purchase tickets outside; you must now do so online or inside. I would return to that location to see another movie. The seating is one area that could be improved. If your movie is in one of the smaller theaters, you will be seated quite close to the screen. Although the seats recline, you are still quite close to the screen. Here are a few pointers: To save money on ticket prices, see the movie early, and in the smaller theaters, choose the seats in the very back. read more

This is my closest AMC and I go a lot as an A-List member. There are some worn out chairs but I haven't been to a theatre that hasn't had worn seats. There are buttons to recline and heat your chair. I quite like the theatre bc it's small. It's not busy and a very relaxed environment. The staff cleans as well as they should. They are all nice and the theatre rooms suffice. Most rooms are small. That is my only qualm. The screen is so huge so when you get a small thestre room, you're VERY close to the screen. If they made the room longer so the seats are a but further, that'd be nice. I like that they have 2 soda machines. I can drink Fanta orange zero! Usually the popcorn is really good. Moat times they have butter and condiments. I don't remember a time when they ran out of butter. This is my go to place when I do see a movie. I prefer amc over Edward's bc of amc rewards stub system. You get points and I've already used over 100$ in credits this year. Definitely worth the 15$ I paid for the whole year. read more
