My chair reclined just fine. The heater functions work as well. The seats are not uncomfortable. Cosmetically, they are just really beat up and they need to replace them. Aside from that, the theater was a bit on the warm side. Where's the air conditioning? I know it's rough out there for movie theaters with the option to order and watch at home. That's why movie theaters really need to up their game and make people want to go to the movies versus staying at home in their pajamas. But it appears tough times have hit this theater or perhaps whoever used to make the food has moved on. Idk if you can tell from the pics, but the food quality has gone down. When I placed my order -in person and not over the app, not over the site- I asked about the nachos specifically: "are they dry?Or is there plenty of cheese?" 'Cus last visit, they were stingy with the cheese and toppings-the complete opposite of what I first experienced when I found this place. The cashier sounded unsure so I asked if I could order extra cheese. He assured, asking if I meant shredded cheese or nacho cheese. I said nacho cheese. I noticed the price didn't go up, so I thought perhaps he entered it in the notes or something. Well when I got my order, I noticed the chips were layered like cookies in a tray. The location is great since it's right at the mall, so there's plenty of parking and lots of food spots nearby before or after a movie. The leather recliner seats are super comfortable, the AC is usually nice and not too cold, and the staff has always been friendly whenever I've gone. My friends and I are obsessed with the $5 Mystery Movie Mondays and the discounted Tuesday tickets. I also really like the Regal app because it's easy to use and the rewards actually add up. I've redeemed points for free movie tickets and snacks a bunch of times already, and this month I even got a free small popcorn for my birthday. The only downside is that the concession lines can get ridiculously long and slow sometimes, especially on busy nights. Other than that, I definitely recommend this theater.

I've been going to Regal Edwards for decades and it's always been a solid theater for me. The…read morelocation is really convenient with plenty of parking, and there's even a food court in the same lot, which makes it easy to grab something before or after a movie. I really like when they do Mystery Movie Mondays, it's such a fun deal and something my friends and I actually look forward to. The theater itself usually feels clean and well air conditioned, which makes for a comfortable experience overall. My only small complaint is that I wish they had the newer leather recliner seats, but my seat was still comfortable enough. One thing I did notice last night though is that the parking lot was super dark, and I really hope they get the lights working again soon because it did feel a bit unsafe walking out. Overall, it's a reliable go to theater that I keep coming back to.
