Came for a quick take out dinner on the way home from appointments. Store wasn't busy so service was fast...ordered Spring Rolls, Crab Wontons, Lo Mein Chicken, and the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken. Everything was fresh made upon ordering and was still hot when we got home. Everything was good as we typically experience here and service was fine. No pictures this time around... read more

Can't give zero starts. Just got stomach poisoning from this place. It was so disgusting. The chicken was dry. Tasteless. And made me ill

I ordered the Salmon Poke Bowl at 3:56 and by 4:36 I still did not get my order. They assured me, my food is being made and that it will be out. I couldn't wait any longer and got a refund. No apologies, no nothing. I don't even think they were even making it. Possibly the worst service I've ever received. Never again and they still charged me for my drink, terrible. read more

Arrived about 2pm, waited less than five minutes behind two parties to order. The staff were welcoming and informative, easily answered a few questions I had. The restaurant was clean and a casual vibe with pop music playing. I decided to try a Salmon Poke Bowl. Food was ready in about five minutes. It was delicious and fresh tasting. I'm very surprised at the low ratings as I have never had a negative experience at this location. Cool fact, this is the Original Pei Wei! Enjoy! Recommend for a quick healthy meal at a reasonable price! read more

Food was okay. The issue is that I got charged twice/ 2 transactions for the same order/same amount. Never again!

I always go to the airport Pei Wei and happy there is one here in Chandler. The service was good. The food was fresh and hot and came out quickly. We had the firecracker and orange chicken, both delicious. The noodles were a little bland but the fried rice was good. The firecracker pot stickers are also a must! read more

The worst greeting I have experienced in a looong time! The cashier treated us as though we showed up at her house after hours!! We arrived at 7:40pm and chairs were put away like it was closing time! Which was 9:00pm by the way... I won't ever be back!! read more

Let me start by saying that I used to love going to Pei Wei.... Because I thought the food was great and the service is fantastic. However, my last two trips were horrendous. The food is awful boiled chicken breaded chicken with no chicken meat in there. A lot of rice a lot of noodles and not very much substance other than that no vegetables and the meat is very sparse. The taste was blah and after my last trip, I said I would never go back. This time I mean, I will never go back. read more

Went in for a quick lunch at 1130, place only had 1 occupied table so very quiet. 3 of us not a large party Awful service. The cashier greeted us with a flat "welcome in " ordered and proceed to try and find a clean table. Had to ask for a table to be cleaned Our food came out in stages with 1 entree coming out before the starter. And the last entree after everyone one else was finished eating asked for a to go box and was told they are with the sodas. Ummm thanks? For $56 dollar lunch I expect a friendly and clean environment Food was actually tasty so I believe they have a good product and very poor management! read more

I always enjoy my meals at this location on Ray Road. Today the female cook Gabby cooked some delicious good food. She cooked my spicy kung pao shrimp perfectly!!! She's focused and quiet. I always order the same thing and she's cooked it the best. I want to tell the public I have a positive experience. ... Not just a complaint. This payways really aim to please the customer. If you ever have a complaint they will try to resolve it. Now that's good management. read more

We are fans of PF Changs, so when we learned the Pei Wei is sort of the fast casual version, we were excited to try it out. You order at the counter, then your food is brought to your table. Drinks are self-serve, as are utensils, etc. We ordered the lettuce chicken wraps and Mongolian steak. Both were tasty and portion sizes were generous. The food was delicious and satisfying-especially for the price. I noticed that they are also doing wings, which we didn't try since we were here for some specific dishes. That seems like an odd menu item, but maybe they need to branch out to increase market share? The staff were interacting with each other in a rather unprofessional manner. I couldn't tell if they were teasing or truly belittling each other, but there were some moments that felt uncomfortable to witness. Perhaps some additional training on how to behave in front of guests, including not being on your cell phone, might be appropriate. read more

Orange chicken, generous sized egg rolls and I'm in heaven! It was a Friday night and I just wanted something quick but delicious to take home. There was no one inside, no line to deal with, the service was quick and the food was freshly made and delicious. read more

Came to Pro Wei for a quick sit down lunch. It's fast casual, and hits the spot. I got the Mongolian Steak. Pod sized portion, if I have any complaint - a little more steak please. They don't have any lunch specials, which would be a nice option. Entree with a carb wonton, side of veggies or something. For my purposes, it was exactly what I expected and was looking for. read more

Don't eat here unless you want food poisoning. The chicken was raw. Raw pieces of the teriyaki chicken. The crab wontons were doughy and the crab tasted off or rotten. Thai donuts were raw doughy in the center. Barely gave enough dipping sauce to coat the inside of the container. I feel horrible and worry I'm going to have food poisoning from raw undercooked chicken and rotten crab. The employees were not friendly or nice. Long wait for raw food. Very disappointed and will never eat here again. read more

Blown away by the Crispy Teriyaki Tofu and hope it remains on the menu as this was the perfect meal to order thru ubereats to my office. I'll definitely be ordering again, and I will try to dine in to see the service and location. read more

We were beyond disappointed with the food and the service at this location. we ordered several items off the menu to each item was equally as disgusting as the next. The food, overall, gets an F, because your eggrolls should not taste like the propane used to heat up the wok, and neither should the chicken lo mein. The wonton soup and the sour soup were disgusting, and the taste was completely off. The service at this location also gets an F. our server was very inconsistent, bringing out items of food, one by one, and in the wrong containers. When we asked him why he brought our soup out in a plastic container, and rest food regular bowls he responded by saying "that's just the way the cook did it." Overall, this location gets an F. I would highly encourage anyone looking for Asian food to look elsewhere, because there are other restaurants that will serve you better, and take great pride in the food that they make, unfortunately this location falls far short of that. During our visit, it was obvious, that the staff had no supervision. There was no management in the restaurant to ensure that the quality of the food remained consistent, and that the service remained consistent. We regretted spending the money at this location, but the lesson has been learned, and we will never return to this location, and we will highly encourage anyone to stay away. read more

Pei Wei has always been a favorite of mine. This is not my normal location. I normally get the Pei Wei Spicy Chicken. I am not sure that they carry this as a menu item anymore but this restaurant did make it for me. Ordering online is always easy. Pickup was easy but the cashier line was crowded. This location is nice for dinning in as plenty of seating and bigger inside than appears. Parking is available and even have express parking for pick-up. We ordered the seasonal donuts and those were good fresh but not reheated. I would give this experience 3.5 as the portions were smaller than normal. read more

This was the greatest restaurant experience of my life! I can not express with words how beautifully satisfied I was with this establishment's service, food, and dining experience. Every server made me and my friends feel like family. If you want some fine dining, some peak Chinese inspired cuisine, etc. please, please, please (Sabrina Carpenter reference) come to Pei Wei. This was nearly an out of body experience. I had an existential awakening dining on my honey chicken, and I am forever grateful for the experience Pei Wei has developed for Ahwatukeeans alike. Also, it had ambiance as per what went well. Ambiance. It was ambient. read more

Fast and quality. Not sure what else the poor reviews are expecting out of a Pei Wei.

After I had a great time at the PW in Mesa on Val Vista(Baseline)I was excited to try this one out. Staff & Manager is fully on point and I had my lunch in under 10 minutes. I had the New Thai Basil Cashew Chicken. It tasted great and I really appreciated the large amount of juicy white meat in brown rice. The value is excellent-alot of food for under $15. Premises is clean and comfy, however I did takeout. That's 2/2 in the winning food column. read more

Great food and specials. Food always fresh and staff is excellent. Restaurant has a nice atmosphere and always very clean.

We had dinner here on Monday evening and it surprisingly wasn't too busy. There were five in my group and so it took us time to decide what we all wanted to eat. We ordered: One chicken pad Thai extra spice One shrimp fried rice One orange chicken with white rice One kids lo mein One general chicken tso with white rice Our total was about $60. We got our drinks, and looked for a table. All the tables were filthy. Not one was clean so no biggie we cleaned it up ourselves. Our food didn't take too long to arrive but the dishes all arrived at different times. The chicken pad thai has always been a favorite for us at pei wei but this one was a no. We asked for it to be extra spicy and instead what we got was extra sweet. Definitely not how we remember it tasting. The orange chicken was good but it seemed like I don't get enough chicken. The portion was off. Also some pieces had no chicken in them, it was plain breading. The general tso is really good, but again, there were only like 6 pieces of chicken in that whole dish. We did get like 15 peppers in there though.. The white rice was also very dry. Not sure how long it had been sitting out or when it had been made. It was definitely not fresh though.. Our server was friendly and he made sure to greet everyone who walked in and left. read more
