Horchata Cold Brew Oat Latte
Gabriela S.

I don't drink Peet's often but I stopped here on a whim and really enjoyed the seasonal option, a Horchata Cold Brew Oat Latte. The sweet cinnamon is perfectly balanced with the creamy oat milk. I enjoyed this icy cool drink on a hot weather day. The seating area was clean and not super crowded on a saturday afternoon.

Not a friendly place at least with customers. The three workers ignored me and were busy chatting among themselves. No hi, no welcome, but did ask what can I get you once I interrupted them saying I would like to order a coffee. After I ordered they went back to chatting. After waiting five minutes and not getting my black coffee I went back and interrupted them again asking how long until the black coffee will be ready. I did get an oh sorry response and was given the coffee. I do enjoy Peet's Coffee but probably won't visit this location again.

Ice chai latte, chocolate pumpkin loaf, and lemon poppyseed loaf

Coming from the Bay Area, I was glad to find a Peet's location in the area. We were shopping and was surprised to locate this on New Year's Eve. We needed some pastries and an iced chai latte. The chocolate pumpkin and lemon poppyseed loaves were delicious. I mobile ordered through my Peet's app. It was quick service from the parking lot to going inside. My order was ready within 10 minutes. The store had a quiet bustle. Everyone enjoying their beverages or pastries.

Mellow afternoon coffee stop with a quiet atmosphere and friendly service. I like the decaf americano, it's very balanced.

First time at Peet's Coffee- met Shauno the cashier/barista who is a coffee aficionado - explained the varieties of coffee!! I opted for the iced black tie with coconut coffee!!! The coffee has a cold brew sweetened with coconut flavored condensed milk and half and half.. i appreciated the strong taste of the cold brew with a surprising sip of creamy coconut flavor through the straw!! I enjoyed this coffee and will be definitely coming back for another cup!!

I like to get coffee here on Sundays before I go to work. All the drinks taste so good and the hot cocoa is one of my favorites! The crispy ham sandwich is my favorite snack to grab. I like to order a different drink each time so I'm always in for a surprise.. great place for a coffee

Múltiple coffees later, but looking for more

On a lazy Sunday afternoon this was a good place to catch up with a friend about a trip overseas and make an Amazon return at Whole Foods. The place was quiet, but not empty and the staff made sure things went pretty smooth on their end. The snacks looked yummy, we weren't buying today. The only ding is that the bathroom could have looked a bit more tidy - not terrible but out of character with the "business side" of the operation.

My last espresso drink at Petes coffee... Forever.

The people are fairly nice... But that's not why I come to a coffee house. I have been weaned on Italian roast espresso since I was first in college. I used to get really good coffee here but in the last three years, it has been so weak as to be unpalatable. I keep asking for strong espresso drinks and I still keep getting milky soup back. This is my last visit. I can't see you spending more than five dollars for a cup of milk soup. Learn how to make better espresso!

Simple, easy, strong, and so good! 2 shots expresso, oatmilk, 2 pumps simple syrup over a lot of ice!

Jordan is such a sweet gal. Love coming in here and seeing her big smile, friendly and superb customer service!! Peet's managers need to invest and hire more employees like her attitude and personality! :-) I use to go to the Manhattan Beach location because it's the near me, but I'll drive out of my way to come to this location. Employees are more friendlier here. My order is easy. 2 shots expresso, oat milk, 2 pumps simple syrup, and a large cup of ice. Easy, strong, delicious! The crispy ham and cheese are out of this world delicious! Peet's run out most of the day if you go later in the day. I kind of don't want to share that secret. Lol!

Peet's is a well-known chain here in California. I've seen them in airports and in SF, but never tried any of their stuff before. We came on on Friday morning and they didn't seem busy. Albeit this location doesn't have a drive thru so that could be why they weren't all that busy. A few customers were sitting inside though. The staff was nice. They seemed a bit more laidback than at Starbucks. Drinks don't come out as fast, but it doesn't seem like customers are in a rush. My sister and I both tried the brown sugar oatmilk latte. One of their newer drinks on the menu. It wasn't overly sweet which was nice, but the espresso was just okay. Pretty light if you ask me. My older sis got an iced Yuzu tea. Very refreshing! I'd definitely come back to order that! Im not sure how prices compare to Starbucks but it felt kinda pricey. This coffee shop shares walls with other businesses so there's tons of parking in their huge shared lot.

Love the newly remodeled store and the great drinks. The former manager was wildly wonderfully friendly and we always felt like we were visiting "back home" when we came in. This team is not rude but definitely not the same warm and friendly vibes from the past few years. This location has great easy parking including handicap spots nearby. It's next to Whole Foods and near a Trader Joe's and a couple banks, so it makes for easy multitasking.

Been coming here since they opened. My wife makes us visit every new coffee shop in the South Bay…read moreas she loves to try all the new things she sees on Tiktok. While some of them are okay, we always ALWAYS end up coming back to Corridor Flow the next week. Yes there might be a chic looking cafe with some fancy fad drink or a roaster just opened up their new industrial styled flagship store. But look forward to copious amounts of sugar covering up the taste of badly roasted beans or concrete blocks used as chairs and grossly high water to bean ratios. It should be a crime to sell over a 15:1 ratio. So why do we keep coming back to Corridor. Obv the coffee is great. The normal drip blend is something all coffee shops in the southbay should look to as an example. They used to use stereoscope beans which is known to be one of the best local roasters, and probably have a partnership with them because the roast is still exceptional. The coffee is flavorful, great mouthfeel, NOT watered down, just enough complexity to keep you curious but not so intense it is not longer balanced. If you actually like coffee, real coffee. This is the spot. It's like a slightly lighter cup of handsome coffee and a way better bang for the buck than blue bottle. They are constant supporters of artists and small businesses in the community, they have awesome style, like seriously their branding is legit. There are plugs everywhere. Like everywhere. Even in the back shaded patio. It's a great spot for getting work done. They even have an entire back area coworking space with private phone booths, printers, and all sorts of business supplies. The business is family owned and run. I forgot the owners names but the guy is an amazing individual and constantly is walking around connecting with people in the shop. I recently complimented someone on their style and the owner happened to be sitting across from me working, and then complimented me for being aware, present, and noticing things that made other people smile. This guy literally complimented me on complimenting others. Dude is meta af. The community is great and this is a big plus. This coffeeshop tends to attract just really honest and good-hearted people. I've met so many cool people here that are passionate about pursuing great things and moving humanity forward. In this time and day where there is so much hate and animosity, this is one of those very rare places where people can connect again. There is seriously no other coffee shop like it. It's comfortable. It's perfect for first dates, casual lunches, catching up with old friends, taking the kids somewhere (they have a dedicated children's section), grabbing a great cup togo (thank you for that dedicated pickup parking spot). and of course, getting work done. We've introduced at LEAST 30 people to this hidden gem over the years, and almost every single one of them says this is the best coffee shop they've ever been to. Yes parking sucks. But it's worth it. I looked around for parking for almost 20 minutes a couple months ago. Blame the city, not the coffee shop. They basically shut off public parking for the whole street opposite of the shop. I hope you guys open up another location someday. I know it's hard to expand in this day and age, but you guys seriously have a fantastic formula. Bravo friends. Cheers.

Corridor Flown is a nice upgrade to all the local coffee shops in the area. It's nice to see that…read moresomething with passion and love for coffee and customers has opened. The shop has a huge lounge where you can relax, do some work, meet up with friends, or get the creative juices flowing. Decor is great they have a lot of local art, with a lot of slice of life hand drawn portraits by a local artist along with a small coroner of buyable showcased art. The coffees are very artisanal, thinks not the run of the mill black cup of coffee with sweetener pumps so be prepaid to pay a premium but very and fair affordable price. Coffee is well made and very balanced with flavors nothing overpowers the entire drink. I had the G.O.A.T, RIP Kobe, and the wifey had the Calamansi Tonic. Both refreshing. Staff was amazing made me laugh immediately, great way to start the day!

I ordered the strawberry cream croissant, and it was absolutely amazing. It was light, airy, and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. The pastry itself was perfectly flaky and buttery every bite was delicious. I can definitely see why this place is such a big hit! I also tried the iced condensed coffee. It was definitely strong, but also incredibly creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. It paired perfectly with the croissant. Another plus is that they have plenty of parking and lots of seating, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee and dessert. Few key notes: * There's a small free private parking lot and it is almost never 100% full even during busy hours. * While the bakery closes at 7 PM, come before lunch hours to get the full selection of baked goods and refrigerated sandwich options; otherwise, many of these items sell out before closing time. * Plenty of indoor tables, but no outdoor seating. * S-tier items: strawberry croissant, sticky bun, steamed pork bun. * A-tier items: half turkey avocado sandwich, pork katsu sandwich box, matcha cake * B-tier items: almond croissant, drip coffee. This is a nice grab-and-go spot for anyone who is looking for a quick bite and quality baked goods. Personally, this is not an ideal first-date spot or a place for really good coffee - stick with places like Corridor Flow just few blocks away.

Fresh, they eat more like a pastry--super moist, rich without being heavy, and none of that dry crumble. Chocolate (Valrhona) is the one--deep, smooth, perfectly tender. The vegan strawberry matcha is a sleeper hit--the strawberry glaze smells like a field of ripe berries and actually makes you pause before the first bite, with the matcha keeping it grounded. They only had two raised that day, but both delivered. Vanilla was soft and airy, and the huckleberry had that bright tart-sweet glaze with zero fake flavor. Only note: don't over-order.
