They dont have enough employess at the rohnert park location, which in turn make the people late to work in the moring, i recommend huring more people, as a lot of people dont have time to wait in the moring, good customer service just poor attention to cusomter retentuon from making the people wait longer then they should. read more

Stopped by to pick up a couple of hot chocolate's before taking my daughter to school. This is by far the worst hot chocolate I have ever had. Mine tasted like flavored water and my daughters tasted like you were drinking dirt...it was very gritty and both drinks left a filmy feel in your mouth. Also when you ask for a drink to be at kids temp. I don't expect it to burn my child's mouth as she goes to drink it....So I tried it and it was clearly made "extra hot". The large drink that was ordered "extra hot" was made at a kids temp, while the child's size that should have been at a kids temp was extra!!!!! I call the store and the manager tells me that they will give me a couple of free drink coupons....are you serious? This was my first time going to Peet's...and it was my last!!!!! read more

I stopped by before work the other day and there were about 4 people waiting for their drinks. Pretty normal. I ordered a large plain iced tea. I guess they forgot about me, because everyone who ordered after me got their drinks first. I was waiting there for at least 20 minutes. I was then the only one left in the store waiting. The barista asked me what i was waiting for and got my drink in less than 10 seconds. When i received my tea, there was some type of mold floating around in the cup. I was late to work (not their fault but still irritating) with moldy tea. I usually like their drinks but I'm kind of sketched out to go back! read more

Every time I have gone to this location they have been spot on with their cappuccinos and really friendly service. I enjoy having those roosters outside as well as an added entertainment bonus! I haven't had peets for a few years but I gave it a shot since I was doing some homework with a friend there. It was quite busy but it was a Saturday. The employees were very friendly one girl was at the register while the one behind her would ask customers if they'd be getting anything to eat and she'd get it started right away. I found it very useful that they did that! It made the wait go by really fast! The only downside was the parking lot was very small and a bit hard to find parking during busy hours. It was pretty neat and kind of amusing how they had roosters around the place. read more

What stands out from this Peet's location is the outstanding customer service! Specifically Del and KC (the others are great too) really make an effort to make your experience at Peet's a pleasant one! Besides the customer service, the employee's have great suggestions for drinks (for us non coffee drinkers). Also, compared to other coffee locations, the furniture looks cleaner. Overall, it is apparent that the culture at this Peer's is focused on making the customer happy! read more

I have been to this location about 6 times and even skip going to the Starbucks drive-thru because I prefer Peet's coffee. This spot holds up Peet's consistent awesome service and quality food and drink. People can stay awhile or grab and go. Even if it is busy the staff is helpful and the wait never long. There was one employee that made me my first soy latte (had to go dairy free) and I was floored! How did they make this combo of soy milk and espresso so delicious? Drugs? Magic? Who cares!!! I'm sold and much less afraid of soy lattes now knowing I can always depend on Peet's! My only "complaint" would be the parking lot, which doesn't really have to do with Peet's. The saving grace about the parking lot is the roosters and chickens that mill aimlessly about in the morning as you park in the Walgreen's parking lot because the spaces in front of Peet's are always full. read more

Love this location. The people are mostly pleasant, the drinks are well made, and the atmosphere are interesting! You'll never know what you'll find at this peets. There can wild chickens running around outside and the cutest guide dogs in training inside. Staff is friendly and a rather clean environment. That said, limited pastries and some of the ladies forget the coffee orders. During the weekday morning and even after the rush the staff can be really slow. I will continue to go until I find another place. 2 stars, well, because it's Peets. It is good quality coffee. However this Peet's has got to get it together on training their employees. My last four visits resulted in messed up order experience and one of those "please give us a second chance" cards. I am amassing those cards. I go back for another chance. I like Peets. I think they can do this. Example: I ordered a pound of Italian roast, which they quickly rang up with a one-time discount. Server asked me to wait which I politely did for about 20 minutes while they waited on all others in line behind me. Then the server told me they were out of Italian roast. He could only refund my money with cash, and sorry the discount is used and you can't use it again. Other time, paid for a latte, waited for 10 minutes...order never went through 10 feet away to the barista. got gingerbread instead of a blueberry muffin I asked for. They are committed to taking your money quickly, but not so much on delivering on the product. Manager is always very apologetic, but come on Peet's just get it together and live up to the quality that your customers expect from you. Train your employees. read more

I'm normally a supporter of "small family businesses" but, in Cotati I don't know of any good coffee shops around and if I'm desperately need of some caffeine, this is my go to spot. I don't know how many times I've been upset about the fact that they close at 7pm! Yes, 7pm! Everyone complains about the fact that they close early and they have done nothing to change it. I leave work for a quick coffee run yesterday and showed up 7:02 and they refused to allow me to purchase a small black coffee lol. The sun was out, there were multiple people, just like myself in the parking lot that were pretty disappointed. You really need to consider closing an hour later, at least during the summer! read more

I like the products but the supervisor seemed to have her boyfriend and 2 of his friends visiting for hours and they were very obnoxious. One of them was blasting loud music on his laptop soon after we sat down in the back corner. I had my briefcase laptop and notes ready to do work. He left his laptop on and walked away to chat with the supervisor and they were obviously friends. Even with headphones on the music was still really loud. I ended up moving away from them to another table and the one guy said "sorry I'll try and be more quiet next time". Why not this time? Maybe it had something to do with the supervisor allowing this type of stuff to happen. She was standing there with the 3 guys chatting away. When we moved to another table they all started laughing including her. Me and my friend felt like we were invading someone's living room, instead a place to buy coffee and get some work done. It was an uncomfortable situation and very bizarre. Nobody practiced common sense or respect for others being that this is a public place. read more

Jen and the weekday crew ROCK. This store falls apart without her - soooo the upside is that when she is here it is dialed in. Labor laws probably prevent her from being there. 24/7. The coffee is always good. I am always greeted by name when I come in and feel like these guys are my pals. The only thing that chases me away- the freaking WiFi is predictably HORRIBLE. I have stopped going regularly because I can't connect and get work done. This is a bigger deal than maybe Peet's Corporate thinks. I come in every couple of weeks as opposed to every day now just to see if its fixed. Not even with the new protocol for login seems to be correct. If you (Peets) don't invest in a better WiFi then I won't invest in your store. I come to have coffee and work. If I am connected I stay longer which = SPEND more. read more
