Right from the beginning, I received a message from their team, Melissa and the communication was incredibly prompt, friendly, and professional. Mark and Val greeted me when I arrived and Val personally showed me the two storage units I was interested in. Let's put it this way -- their drive-up units are so popular there's actually a waiting list for them. As Val walked me through one of their newly built climate-controlled buildings, it honestly felt like Fort Knox with how secure and well-maintained everything was. The property was spotless, modern, organized, and gave me a really safe feeling knowing belongings would be protected there. Even though I ended up needing something different for convenience purposes, I still wanted to recognize the great customer service and positive experience I had here. You can tell they genuinely care about the property and the people renting from them. She was patient, helpful, and personable! She gave tours, told us our options, and was thorough while I was signing. She made paperwork not bad at all since we were chatting as she was getting all the paperwork done. She was helpful explaining between the units. Once things were signed, she helped clean our unit and even wiped down the sides for us. She said she sprayed the unit with her own special concoction to help repel bugs naturally. Courtney made this process so easy and spending some time with her today was the definite highlight of my storage space saga today!

Another increase before 1 year comes up. So about a 44% (nearly $185) increase within a year. Starting base price of $420. Now $605. If you just need a very temporary place, this place is fine. If you need a longer term storage, expect huge rate increases. I'll be looking for alternatives since my rate increased so much over such a short period of time and there will probably be similar increases within the next year. Personally, I'd prefer to know a more realistic rate and have realistic increases (5-15%) per year that matches property appreciation. Instead, they bait and increase rate astronomically which causes more moving in and out for us.

Over time, my rent steadily increased to $242.00 per month. Whenever I inquired about the significant increases, I was told by the onsite employee, Brandi, that the higher rate was due to increased rental fees. However, when I went into the office this past weekend to notify staff that I had moved out, I overheard Brandi informing another customer that the exact same unit size was currently being offered at promotional rates between $60.00 and $115.00 per month. When I asked why I was paying $242.00 for the same unit, she laughed and told me, "The trick is to keep moving units around so the rental fee stays low." It would have been helpful--and fair--to have been informed of this option at any point over the last year or two. Instead, I continued paying significantly higher rates while promotional pricing was clearly available. This feels misleading and inconsistent, especially when some customers are made aware of strategies to reduce their costs while long-term, loyal customers are not. Additionally, I experienced ongoing customer service issues, including unanswered calls and messages, limited office availability, and office hours that are not practical for customers who work standard 9-5 schedules. I believe your company should re-evaluate how pricing transparency and customer service are handled at this location. Long-term customers who consistently pay on time should not feel penalized for their loyalty. I would appreciate a review of my account and an explanation regarding the rate discrepancies.
