Instead, the worker was incredibly nice and took the time to help us send out our packages without rushing us at all. Things got complicated when I realized the worker needed the serial code numbers for the devices I was shipping out, and I had completely left them back home. Since they were just closing, there was absolutely no way I could drive home and make it back in time. Instead of telling me to just come back tomorrow, the employee went completely out of his way to help me. He offered to hold the packages right there at the store for me so I wouldn't have to haul them back. To save me time and gas, he told me I didn't even need to drive back to the store, thank goodness. I could just head home, grab the serial codes, and email them directly to him so he could take care of it for me. Thank you so much for your amazing patience and for truly going the extra mile.
