She was patient, helpful, and personable! She gave tours, told us our options, and was thorough while I was signing. She made paperwork not bad at all since we were chatting as she was getting all the paperwork done. She was helpful explaining between the units. Once things were signed, she helped clean our unit and even wiped down the sides for us. She said she sprayed the unit with her own special concoction to help repel bugs naturally. Courtney made this process so easy and spending some time with her today was the definite highlight of my storage space saga today!

I really had my heart set on a drive-up unit because I know myself well enough to know I'd eventually get frustrated lugging all my belongings onto a cart and rolling everything through the hallways to my unit. Right from the beginning, I received a message from their team, Melissa and the communication was incredibly prompt, friendly, and professional. Mark and Val greeted me when I arrived and Val personally showed me the two storage units I was interested in. Let's put it this way -- their drive-up units are so popular there's actually a waiting list for them. As Val walked me through one of their newly built climate-controlled buildings, it honestly felt like Fort Knox with how secure and well-maintained everything was. The property was spotless, modern, organized, and gave me a really safe feeling knowing belongings would be protected there. Even though I ended up needing something different for convenience purposes, I still wanted to recognize the great customer service and positive experience I had here. You can tell they genuinely care about the property and the people renting from them. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Silver Creek Storage to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and professionally run storage facility. They currently have awesome promotions rates for 2 - 4 months!!!

The general manager was extremely rude and very accusatory throughout the interaction. Overall, the customer service and professionalism could have been handled much better. Overall, I would not recommend Prime Storage to anyone. The staffing is very inconsistent, and there have been times where staff did not show up, leaving customers stuck outside the gate. When concerns are brought up, it feels like all you hear are excuses instead of solutions. The overall experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.
