I have a custom built desktop pc that's a few years old and one morning it failed to start. It ended up being a hard drive failure. I dropped my cpu off with these guys and from start to finish the communication we had was awesome. I literally called them 10+ times and they were nearly always available or returned my call immediately. The price was fair for the work completed, he made sure my new windows software was installed and up and running before he returned it. Turn around time was great. I dropped it off on a Friday and got it back that Sunday, and he even blew out the 3 years of dust and pet dander that had accumulated inside of it. Choose these guys if you want to work with an honest professional, pay a fair price, and get a fast turn around.
