The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. I went to Angelo's for my Apple laptop that got damaged from a fall. I was initially looking at a good $500 repair from most places and knew it was hopeless. But luckily I stumbled upon Angelo's via Google search and to my surprise he fixed my laptop screen like it was brand new all within half the price which other places offered. Angelo was also very humble and kind as he unfortunately sustained an injury prior to that week and I knew my laptop was going to be fixed in at least 2 weeks due to his injury. But Angelo didn't waste any time and somehow fixed my laptop screen with just one hand in a matter of a few days. Though I hope I don't come across anymore computer related issues, I'll gladly go to Angelo for any computer issues I may come across. If I want to keep this relic, I definitely also want to keep Mike, Leon and Glenview Office Equipment.

Each time, the owner said he was not in the office, call me back later. I called back and the owner said he was busy and couldn't tell me about the shredder. This went on and finally, February 2020 I called and the owner said, "I don't know anything about your shredder and anyway, we're not responsible for anything left for more than 90 days. And we've moved." I am so upset, first of all because he never said anything about 90 days when I took the shredder in, and secondly, I called every month to check on the status, and obviously, he never even looked at the shredder. He is not worth a second look. Please be careful before you do any business with this scam artist.

They charged me to break my laptop that was working completely fine & just needed a new fan. I pick it up from them, they didn't replace the fan, the old fan is louder than ever, & the screen now doesn't work. What did these guys do? They then called me telling me to buy a worse laptop from them for $100-off a $900 laptop (the one they broke was $1500). Bunch of guys who have no idea what they're doing & don't care about the customer. Never trust them. TLDR: Charged me $100 to break my laptop
