I recently ran into a very difficult problem on my home computer with Windows 10. The operating system had crashed and would not allow the system to boot in any way or be reinstalled. I called Asap PC Service for the first time as they are located in my geographical area. Andrey came up with a good solution and worked tirelessly at our home to repair the pc and save the data. I chose the on-site option for confidentiality though he advised this could be more costly if there was some down time while files were copying, etc. He helped us with other Windows and Apple laptops while he was on site also. In the end the computer did have to be taken off-site to completely rebuild the operating system from scratch but Andrey gave me a break on all the labor hours it took to do the repair. I am pleased to continue ASAP's unbroken string of five-star ratings. I have used them twice, once to remove a particularly nasty virus, and once after my hard drive totally failed. In both cases they completely resolved the problem, and even fully recovered files on my hard drive that I feared were lost. Andrey is great to work with. He promptly returns calls, does what he says he will do, comes when he says he will come, finishes the job when (or before) he says he will, and charges what he said he will, with no surprises. He is really a knowledgeable tech guy, but speaks plain English to "the rest of us", and makes sure you understand what he is doing, and why. His prices are extremely fair and reasonable, and his turnaround time is always very fast. He comes to your home or business to pick up the equipment, and delivers it back when he is finished. We called upon ASAP PC Service to send a technician out for a failing computer and while they were only to be an "extension" to the internal IT staff we have, Andrey was able to provide great options/ideas during the repair process. Unfortunately, because of security measures on the drive we weren't able to let Andrey repair the computer and it must be shipped back to our home office. If ever (read: when) a situation arises again that we need an on-site technician dispatched in the area I will definitely be calling Andrey and his team first. Just got my laptop fixed. Took less than 12 hours to get my laptop back. Amazing service. I try to save money everywhere I go and after doing a lot of price comparisons, I ended up saving over 67% that I wouldn't spent at ASAP's nearby competitors. Kind of crazy actually that I got my laptop back the next day and only paid that much.
