The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. I was told at the purchase of my display replacement I would have the ability to bring it back and get it repaired for free if it ever failed. I brought it back and the owner fought with me for weeks saying it was a software issue and the screen was fine. He tried to charge me for a reflash of the computer. I went to pick it up and the computer was horribly put back together by the owner, not even sealed. His employee had to put it back together properly for him. At home my dad went to go reflash my Mac and it wasn't even possible due to the broken display fail and going black within seconds of opening the computer. So after the 4 weeks of him fighting us saying it wasn't his company's screen that was failing, I can tell you it is exactly the screen the is broken. There are lines in the display and clearly not a software problem at all! My dad ordered a screen and replaced it himself.
