Out of those 7 places, I was lucky enough to find Oleg, who was: 1) The fastest to respond 2) The most available by far 3) The most pleasant to interact with 4) And most importantly, the best priced He opened up a spot for me the same day, came to look at my computer, then fixed it within one day, all the while being amazingly communicative and patient with all my questions. He went absolutely above and beyond in many ways that would take too long to list here, even allowing me to come to his HOME at night so I could drop off my new SSD. He also did an amazing job with repairing the PC itself, and left it literally even better than it was before the issue occurred. The computer fell back, hitting the floor and popping the glass screen out of the shell (rendering the computer completely unusable). Four hours later, I made it back to Mundelein and brought my computer to the Computer Guys. Three hours after that, the Computer Guys called me to tell me my problem was fixable, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The next morning, I received another call to tell me it was ready for pickup. I got to the shop, verified that my laptop was up and running, and I went on my merry way, fully-functioning computer in hand. In less than 24 hours, my computer went from functional to broken to functional again, and I couldn't have done it (and done it affordably) without the Mundelein Computer Guys.
