The wrap itself was toasted to a perfect brown crisp on the outside, yet retaining softness underneath, where it encapsulated the ranch-like sauce where it mixed with the sliced lettuce, carrots, onions and tomatoes to give it a well rounded, mixed, creamy flavor of the vegetables. The lamb meat itself was the primary vehicle of salt and spice (with emphasis on the garlic), yet never being dry. All this being considered, the wrap never fell apart, and held together the entire journey. I made the mistake of ordering the lamp wrap my first go here, because the next occasion I came here, I got the chicken shawarma bowl. Although the rice, sauce, chicken and vegetables all inherited the same flavor profile as the wrap, the bowl fell wildly below my expectations as it was impossible to get a truly full bite of every single thing utilizing a small fork.
