I've had two things from here and both have been phenomenal. First was the Italian sub, it was SO full of ingredients and so delicious. And second was the bacon cheddar fries they were offering over the summer during Pride, also delicious and a HUGE portion. Easy to find, cute spot for tasty food & somewhere to chat with a friend. I found it challenging to navigate the menu offerings, as not everything is listed on a printed version but there are a couple chalkboards where options are 'squeezed' on there, some with prices, some without. I was greeted upon entry & the associate at the counter gave me time to absorb my options but also offered to answer any questions I had. My initial question was if they had onion bagels. They were out of them but she suggested what they did have & I went with a 'French toast' bagel. Next question was if I wanted it toasted with cream cheese or butter OR as a sandwich. I opted for egg, sausage & cheese. They took my name for the order & within 5 or 6 minutes, along with a hot chai tea latte, it was ready to pick up. I sat at a table for two around the corner. The ambiance is relatively open, pink walls, a TV that was off with a remote nearby. Nestled in & amongst historic, old buildings, it was though they worked with what they had. According to my friend, they used to be in Milton & moved to Rochester very recently. I ordered a steak & cheese sub to bring home to my husband. He said they made it perfectly. I called around 5:20 P.M. on 6/5/2026 and this young lady answered the phone and I said I would like to order 2 Steak & Cheese Subs with sautéed onions. She said they had just closed at 5:00, but she was very nice and said she was still there and wouldn't mind making the subs for me. She is such a pleasant young lady and very accommodating. The Steak & Cheese Subs were EXCELLENT!!!, and very reasonably priced. And what an extensive menu. I will definitely be back, and try more things on the menu. read more

Wow! Some friends and I had lunch there yesterday for the first time. We love Potter House and usually go there, but had heard good things and wanted to try something new. We were so impressed! From the bright pink interior, to the impeccable staff, to the amazing food. We had BBQ beef tacos and subs for lunch, which must be the largest sandwiches I've ever seen (turkey, steak and cheese) - I could hardly make a dent and took most of it home. We did not have any, but the owner mentioned the fries are hand-cut. One friend had the 603 Sunrise drink, the other said it was the best iced coffee she'd ever had. I got 3 multicolored bagels to go, as well as tiramisu and carrot cake. Everything was wonderful, thank you! Plenty of parking available on the street. read more

Natasha's Sweets & Eats is a small takeout place/counter serving sweet items and hot foods operating out of a very tight kitchen space. Some sweets sold here include soft serve ice cream, shakes, cannolis, cheesecake, tiramisu, cake, and churros. They also offer salads, BBQ steak tacos, steak subs, Italian subs, and a variety of Red Bull Infusions/Italian Sodas. They share the indoor seating area with New China Pond, so this place is sort of like a mini food hall. After finishing my modest takeout lunch from New China Pond, I was still hungry and went back inside and ordered a Steak & Cheese Sub at the Natasha's counter. However, they were already and almost sold out of several items here including no more cannolis and there was one more sub roll, which was 10 inches instead of the normal 12 inches. They offered to discount the steak & cheese sub with $2 off at $10.99 plus tax instead of $12.99 plus tax. The shaved steak was cooked in a pan on a stove which took a while. The grilled shaved steak was distributed into the thick sub roll and topped with cheese and placed into the oven at 325 degrees for about 5 more minutes before being wrapped up to go. I enjoyed my oven baked steak & cheese sub outside along the riverfront next to the building since it was such a nice day outside. The steak & cheese was pretty good. Hopefully next time, they will have more sweets available for purchase. I will have to get here before lunch time. read more

i ordered from Natashas through door dash when starbucks wasnt accepting orders...as that happens all the time here- I ordered a white chocolate mocha iced, just as i do at starbucks.... Stopped by on a trip up north and 4 of us ordered 2 Italian subs to split. Good location right on the lake with plenty of parking. The subs are big enough to split with another person and Natasha's definitely doesn't lack in the meats and toppings department. One sub left us happy and on our trip with full stomachs.
