Half of a Bacon Cheddar Biscuit with cinnamon maple butter
    Laura D.

Worth. The. Wait! We waited about 30 min. This was our first time here. The dining room is big with high ceilings, it was a little loud but that's because it was a packed Sunday morning on a rainy day. I had the best breakfast that I've ever had in my life! We started with bacon cheddar biscuits- I've never had a starter/appetizer at breakfast, but I'm so glad we did because it was soooo good!! It came with maple cinnamon butter and was served as two biscuits-definitely shareable. My omelette was really good and cooked perfectly. I forgot to take a picture of my husband's food, but he had an omelette as well. He had home fries and a grilled English muffin and I had hashbrowns and rye toast. I had enough left over to make a second meal out of it, and I did. Next time we go, and there will definitely be a next time, I'm going to try the pancakes.

Always a great experience. I have well over 100 check-ins and have been a regular customer since they opened. Always a smiling and pleasant staff. I have never had a meal that was just "ok", very generous portions with unique flavors and combinations. They offer a great option of a call ahead waitlist. Add your name 30 minutes or less before arrival. Matty was my server today and was very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tried a new summer item The Tex Mex Bowl. Great flavors with a good balance. While Saturday mornings tend to get a bit loud at times, I found that today was pleasantly mid range noise. I really like all the upgrades and beautification of the outside made in the fall and spring.

I ordered an omelet to go and waited for it while they made it. I didn't love the texture of the eggs and the taste was eh. I was a little disappointed that while waiting for our order I couldn't get a mug of coffee-only in a Togo cup and at the price of a large coffee youre better off getting one from Dunkin' Donuts. The toast was very good and easily the best part of the meal. The homefries were good but a little on the greasy side.

Today was the first time I tried a sandwich item at Tucker's, and it did not disappoint. The cranberry cape sandwich had perfectly crisp bacon and focaccia bun, and the cranberry aioli was scrumptious. The chicken breast was a little dry though. I upgraded to the chill mac, which was super comforting and yum, but it was a little absurd to me to see a $1.35 upcharge for a lil sprinkle of cheese, when the chili mac already cost almost 5 dollars more to upgrade from the usual sides.

You can really taste how fresh and local everything is - such good quality ingredients. This place was extremely busy on a Sunday morning, as expected. My food was a bit cold. THE COFFEE IS AMAZING. I came the next day for a takeout coffee. So many fun syrups, flavors, and cold foams to try. Loveeeee this place!!!

I love Tuckers for breakfast. Everything i get is delicious. I got a breakfast sandwich and it was perfect. Perfectly cooked egg, just the right amount of cheese, nice sausage patty on a perfectly toasted muffin. The candied bacon is delish. My friend got the French toast which was fluffy and nicely dusted. Place was clean with a nice server!

Food was very good, service was excellent we had Addy who was very nice and attentive

The ceiling was dripping on me the entire time I was there. Not impressed. The food tasted amazing though, as always. I got the Hash and Cheese omelet, which is my most favorite item on the menu. Service was great, but a bit slow for the amount of people in the building. Overall, I recommend, but Tuckers, please look at your ceiling.

The food is delicious, which is why it is always sooo busy. I don't even try to come on a weekend anymore for that reason.

From a young age, Ben took an interest in cooking and often helped his mother around the kitchen. He graduated from the culinary program at Lakes Region Community College in 2010. He relocated to Portsmouth, known for its bustling restaurant scene, and began working under chef Julie Cutting Kelly at Brazo Restaurant. Once Kelly left to open Cure Restaurant, Ben took over as head chef. He would continue to work at various Portsmouth restaurants over the years. In 2018, Ben and Sarah purchased and opened their own food truck on Islington Street which they dubbed "Wrap Shack". After finding success with the truck, the couple decided to open their own brick & mortar eatery in nearby Rye. The menu at ParkD features a variety of chef plates, sandwiches, tacos, salads, soups and various appetizers. The drink menu also features an eclectic selection of craft beer, cider, wine, cocktails and mocktails. My family and I stopped for lunch at ParkD this past summer while we were on our way to Maine for a summer getaway. We were looking for a good lunch spot in Rye, and ParkD came highly recommended on Yelp. We really liked the vibe at the cozy eatery. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. After looking over the menu, I had the "Pork Belly Grilled Cheese" (fontina, gouda, gruyere cheese blend, fried pork belly, arugula, tuscan white, wine/ chips), my wife had the "Fried Cheese" (Mexican fried cheese, arugula, tomato, pickled onion & cilantro, chipotle aioli, ciabatta, w/ sweet potato fries), our older son had the "Tay's Tenders" (w/ fries), and our younger son had the "Kids Mac & Cheese" (w/ chips). I loved how my sandwich was an excellent balance between the crispiness from the bread and pork belly and the gooeyness from the delicious cheese blend. My wife and I both thought that our sandwiches packed a lot of flavor from the ingredients. I washed my sandwich down with a draft pour of the locally-produced Great Rhythm Brewing's "Squeeze" (IPA). We barely heard a peep from our sons, so they must have really liked their food. We're happy that we discovered ParkD and we highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area!

I thought they would have a bunch of soups but they only had three soups, chicken noodle soup, spicy and mild beef chili soup, and a vegetable soup. I was hoping they had a corn chowder or tomato bisque soup but they only had the 3 choices. I definitely wasn't feeling the Chili soup so I had to decide between the chicken noodle or vegetable. I went with the safer choice of the chicken noodle soup. The soup was very full of fresh ingredients and tasty. I got the large soup which came with a choice of two pieces of bread or 4 packs of oyster crackers. I went with the crackers and I needed it to add to soup to make me full. I bought the largest soup which was 32 oz and it put me back $15+ which was a lot more expensive then I expected but I think the price point is needed for them to survive as the place wasn't extremely busy even though it was lunch time. Service was good too and guy at the counter explained what they had and didn't have. They also do protein bowls as well which I decided not to do. Overall, the soup was good, price was little high, and I was little disappointed they didn't have what I was hoping for but overall pretty good.
