I reached out after the holidays and was told by staff that they would take my info and have the owner reach out to take care of this issue. I haven't heard anything from anyone. As of now I still haven't received any refund or any kind of retribution for them taking my money for services not provided. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me personally and apologized for the inconvenience. He was quick to help rectify the situation. I was refunded my money with no issues. Thank you for your time and quick response sir. I will definitely be back to visit and try this place again, probably not on a holiday

Service was also okay, nothing special. We to flag down staff to get more bread. Overall, not amazing, not terrible. Decarli fell short of my expectations. There are plenty of other amazing Italian places in Portland that would rather make the trip out for.
