Todays experience was beyond my expectations!!! After finding out I had a nail in my tire, they offered to see me after 5pm when I got out of work. I went and all staff was so helpful and took my car back right away. We didn't mind waiting for the repair since everyone was so friendly. I noticed the man at the register(assuming he is the owner) was talking with every client that walked in the door. I loved this! And it showed me that this shop cares about building relationships with their customers. we did wait a bit longer then I would have hoped but it was worth it! At the end when I offered to pay the charge the owner said it was "on the house!" What?! I can not express how much of a blessing this act of kindness was!!! We gave the man who worked in my car a generous tip since we expected to pay. I have been going here for the past 12 years. I found them because I use to work across the street. The two main people I deal with are Henry and Tareq. Both are excellent... On every dealing with these guys, you can tell that they care about what I want and need. They ask great questions and are truly concerned with what the customer wants. They never try to "upsell" you on other items. There were a time where I thought I needed a new tire and they simply said that they can repair it. Had a nail in the tire overnight. Went to them just before they opened at 8am. He checked out the tire and quoted 25 dollars. After authorizing service, my car was in the bay within 1 minute with the wheel off shortly afterwards. I was in and out within 25 minutes. They even checked the tire pressure of the other tires without me asking, which was nice. I don't know what other services they offer, but I highly recommend them for tire work. read more

Saw good Yelp reviews. I had a nail in one of the back tires and figured it could be plugged. They immediately pulled off the tire and besides the nail, the tire had worn thin and was balding on the inner rim. We checked and one other tire looked this way. They replaced both quickly and the tires were reasonably priced. The manager/owner explained the warranty and suggested getting the tires balanced to avoid the tire issue. Came here because of a screw in my tire. Because the screw was near the shoulder of the tire, it's a borderline replacement case, but I was offered a patch on the chance it would hold because it's a relatively new tire. No telling me that I definitely need a new tire without looking. I'm sitting here waiting for service to be completed, and I'm already impressed with the genuine helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Heard the guy offer to help a lady put on windshield wipers just because. He greets everyone with a smile and free coffee. If I ever have tire issues again, I'm definitely coming back here. I called ahead to receive a quote for a tire repair (there was a nail in my tire). I received a fair quote (I did my research) and they told me they could take care of me right away, so I drove straight there. They told me it would take about 30 minutes, so we waited. As a bonus, the air conditioning was refreshingly great for a summer day, but we didn't get to enjoy it for too long because they finished the job in less than the estimated time. I had a crack in my rim and needed it fixed pretty quickly as the crack was causing it to lose air quite frequently.
