They also inspected the other 3 tires and noticed another tire had a smaller nail but it was easily removed and no patch required. Went in the morning as they opened, had a bit of a wait since they were busy. I had a screw in one of my tires it was close to the edge of the side wall. The gentleman that helped me warned me right away he would try to fix it, but if he couldn't I would need to buy a new tire. Gave pricing up front as well, they charge $5 more for CC. Well he fixed the flat and checked and adjusted the rest of the tires air and reset my tire light. The man immediately says "no we don't carry that size tire". It was not a huge tire. My husband then proceeds to ask if he could patch it, his response was "we don't patch tires here" and walks away. I've been coming to Arcadia Tires for years, and have always had wonderful service. The last few times, however, have been extremely frustrating. After Valvoline incorrectly installed my skid plate following an oil change (the whole plate ultimately came off), I took it to Harry to see if it could be salvaged. He reattached it, but it came loose again a month or so later. I was accused of hitting something because skid plates don't just "come off." Glenn also implied that I must have taken the car back to Valvoline for an oil change, even though the sticker on my car was from months before and I had not returned after they caused the first issue. I said I had neither hit anything nor gone back to Valvoline. I paid for an oil change and for them to reattach the plate. Yesterday, the skid plate detached again. It was again insinuated I must have hit something, and I finally hit a wall with having to defend myself. I asked whether the bolt mounts for the skid plate might have become stripped due to years of Valvoline incorrectly removing/replacing it for oil changes. That's when Glenn told me my skid plate isn't attached with bolts/screws, but clips. This confused me since I had heard the opposite from both Valvoline and the Honda dealership, but I left the car with them to see if they could get to the bottom of the issue. I later received a call saying they had "reattached it better" this time. When I asked for clarification, Glenn explained they actually bolted and screwed it in place rather than just using clips. He AGAIN implied I must have "scraped the clips off somehow" because the Honda Fit is a low-riding car. For what felt like the twentieth time, I explained I had zero incidents and suggested they run an EDR report to confirm my car hadn't sustained any impact. When I went to pick the car up, he reiterated his incredulity that I hadn't been smacking into stuff all over the city. No accountability was taken for the fact that the skid plate probably should have just been screwed AND clipped in from the beginning. They didn't charge me for this last installation, but I'm genuinely bummed to have been essentially called a liar so many times. I have loved the service, convenience, and reliability of this shop and I've been a loyal customer, but felt it wise to leave my experience here so others can make an informed choice. read more

Trust them for your any future auto needs! While we were traveling in LA recently, one tire was thrust by a huge long metal rod and even the trim got cracked with a big hole. It was already after 5:10pm, most tire shop has closed. When we were desperate and called Arcadia Tires, Glenn let us to bring our car in even though his shop was closing in a few minutes. Then Harry and Glenn immediately checked our tire, and stayed extra hour searching the needed tire and trim. But even Tesla dealers in CA do not carry this kind trim and will take a week to find replacement. It will take even longer for Tesla to fix the problem according to their schedule. To our rescue, Harry and Glenn immediately work tirelessly with his local resources and finally got the new tire and the almost new trim for us. They skipped their lunch and replace the whole tire right away so that we can keep our important engagement. All this expedited service with very fair price! While waiting in the shop, we also notice that Harry and Glenn were very kind, patient and honest to help every customers by offering best quality and savings solutions for their needs. If you want your wheel chipped by poor dismounting techniques this is the place to go. It's just too bad. I really liked how well kept the shop is (it's the absolute​ cleanest tire shop I've ever seen) but it's just too bad the owner doesn't treat your vehicle with the same respect. What's even worse is I watched as the owner pulled pieces of chipped paint off the wheel as he remounted it but I didn't want to make a scene (because he seemed like a nice guy) and I thought for sure he would bring it to my attention but he just played dumb and rang me up. The bottom line is it wasn't a big deal. If the problem was brought to​ my attention and he apologized I would still be doing business with him because I do understand that mistakes happen. But when you try to ignore the situation​ and intentionally try to hide it, it says a lot about one's moral compass and business ethics. I'm 9 months pregnant and got a notification about low tire pressure. I couldn't really bend down and fill my own tires when I went to the gas stations and the store clerks were unable to help me unfortunately. I called Arcadia tire and they said to bring the car by even though they were so busy. I took my car and glen helped me fill them all in, and even check it any had nails in them. The owner also helped me reset my notice and I was on my way. They went over their prices for other things. I am definetely coming back to service my car here next time !
