I had the tires on our 2017 Prius Prime replaced a few weeks ago. The car has custom wheels and tires. Robert ordered new tires and did a professional installation. I've come here twice: once for alignment adjustment and again to patch a tire. Both times the service was quick and accompanied by courteous service. When I showed up for the patch, Robert helped me without and appointment and took the time to show me the different styles of patches. I came here because my 5-star mechanic said this place does good work. It's located on the back side of the building on Kruse, and better accessible from Myrtle (right across the fire station at the light). I came to switch out my wheels and tires. I got an estimate verbally, and left my car, as I didn't make an appointment. Luckily, another appointment cancelled, I was able to take the slot, and within a few hours, I had a "new" car! I appreciated that all my extras (lug key and extra lug nuts) were placed in a bag, and that the tires that were taken off we're individually wrapped in a plastic bag so it didn't get my car interior dirty. read more

I had a flat tire just one month after getting new tires here. The store that helped me replace the shredded tire showed me that ProWheels and Tires sold me tires from 2019! 2019! No wonder the tire was damaged so easily; rubber doesn't have an indefinite shelf-life. Check your tires, friends! read more

We called to inquire about a tire patch on a Saturday afternoon. They were able to take us even close to closing. Their price was fair and consistent with what was quoted over the phone. Even when there might have been two things to patch on the tire, they charged the same quoted price. I would highly recommend them, but definitely call ahead if you can so they don't have to turn you away. read more

Could not be happier with the service here! Took my Porsche to another big chain place to have some tires mounted and balanced and after leaving it there all day was informed they didn't want to try to mount the tires and couldn't align the car. Called a friend at Monrovia Collision and got a recommendation for Pro Wheels. Fantastic!!! I dropped the car off with the tires for a mount balance and alignment. Car was ready in under 2 hours! My wife showed up here with a flat tire, literally. Probably had no more than 10lbs in it. She was in crutches since she fractured her ankle.. she managed to make it up to see who can help her and she was greeted with "theres 3 cars ahead of you, you can leave your car and pick it up later"... Uhm really? So instead of offering to fill the tire to at least help her out you do nothing? Horrible customer service, no people skills or empathy. 5+ stars for these life savers, even with a bit of a delay (more on that later). I needed tires same day and called something like 15 different tire stores, no exaggeration. These guys were the only ones that had the brand/model/size in stock! There was a bit of a delay rustling then out of their warehouse (which is on-site, a couple doors down), but it took less time than I spent calling all the different tire shops and the time I wasted at American Tire (this experience is it's own review). As a bonus, they even had a better price for the tires than anyone who quoted a price to me! read more

Very honest man! I went in because I thought I had a nail on my tire, but he told me that the reason why my light on my dash was on was because it was low on air. So he added air to all of my tires and made sure they were all at the level that they should be on. Then I asked how much I owed him and he insisted that there was no charge. Called and came to have a possible tire patch done. There was a metal shard on my rear passenger wheel. I was quickly help by a nice gentleman (didn't catch his name) who took out the shard. Turns out, the tire didn't need any patching. I was ready to pay when the gentleman said that there was no charge since he didn't do anything. I was traveling from Stockton Ca heading to City of Hope. I ran over a huge chunk of something in the fast lane that I couldn't avoid hitting. It took a huge chunk out of my tire on my 2017 Accord Sport. This car has 19inch rims and continental tires that are costly. I contacted a guy asked if I could text him a pic of my rim and tire. He gave me his number and I sent him the pics. He thought I could still use the rim and he could get me either a tire like I have ($260) or a Goodyear tire for about $170 mount and balanced. I pulled up in 20 minutes the tech guy was very polite already had the new tires or and ready for me. He finished up with a customer and got to work on my car. He moved the new tire to the back so my front tread matched and wouldn't pull at a high speed. I paid and was grateful to be able to get back to the hospital. This was a really nice guy and the guy that took my call was great as well! read more

If you need alinement or new tires this is the place to go! Casper is a great guy and took very good care of my car. I needed some serious repair after hitting a medium and they did a fantastic and quick job for a very reasonable price. I even got new tires and they where cheaper than the ones I got at Costco. Plus they had them in stock where as Costco didn't and I had to wait a week for them. I will be going back to them again when I need new tires. read more
