They don't take appointments- everything is first come first serve and they're happy for you to leave your car there overnight if it's waiting for a service. My car was returned to me in the same condition I brought it in - clean and reliable. They did exactly as I asked - put the rear tires in the front and the new tires in the rear and to align it. They also ordered tires for me because they didn't have it in stock. The guy working in the front is super nice and chill. I actually tried to go to costco before this but couldn't get an appointment until 2 weeks out. But Tire Central was available on the same day with comparable prices. Prices are very fair, transparent, and they get the job done. Alignment was $90. Each tire was about $200. And then a few more dollars for the servicing. I will definitely be back here for any tire needs in the future!

I actually called this place, order tires, and it was suppose to be ready the next day. I ordered because the prices are competitive, if not, a little less expensive compared to other tire companies. My mistake was I never bought the tires here, still thinking it was the other place. I felt really bad. The owner actually called me asking if I was still purchasing their tires a couple days later. Yes, I was confused. I bought the tires from the other location thinking it was the same place. To make a crazy confusion short, I told the owner that I'll purchase my next set from him. Before my next set came, I happened to puncture one tire from my old set, and was not able to patch it. So I went straight to Central Tire Service, keeping my word to purchase from them the next time. Service was superb. They found me another tire that works perfectly. The price was reasonable and they also rotated my other three tires. They finished very quickly, and I was a happy camper. They're nice there who'll give you good service.
