This place is the worst. I told myself I would never come back here, but I needed a wash immediately and was driving by, so pulled in. I hoped it would not be that busy, but when I drove in, I saw a long line of cars just sitting in the back. It looks like a used car lot back there. Unfortunately, you cannot see how many cars are waiting from the street. Once you're on the property, it's difficult to get out, especially if someone has pulled in behind you. I do not know how this place operates. Not enough staff to wash and dry cars. There are long periods of time when no cars are exiting the wash area. What is going on? You will be here for more than an hour, for a basic car wash. They don't even do a good job. If I have to wait an hour plus, my car better look showroom clean, but there are always still dirty areas. Give me a hose and let me wash my car myself. The manager/owner, whatever he is, is an a-hole. He' always has a surly attitude, with zero customer service skills. it is obvious he does not care about his customers at all. I have heard him argue with customers multiple times. I just heard him tell a customer to take his car to a gas station with an express wash if he wants a quick wash, when that customer complained about how long it was taking. Here's a tip, take your car up the street to Arroyo Car Wash, or even Pasadena Auto Wash on Del Mar. Either will charge you more, but you will get a better wash and your car back in 30 - 40 minutes, depending on how busy it is. I should have listened to that voice in my head and done the same. People giving this place 5 stars are delusional. I would give it negative stars if possible. I have been here for an hour and 5 minutes and not a drop of water has hit my car yet. I was honest and told him I would pay more than a regular wash so I can get the inside cleaned a bit better than usual since I had a drink spill in my cup holder last week. I even pointed out a spot near the back seat which I really needed cleaned. I'm not sure why I paid $100 (managers special) instead of $21.99. Do not recommend. My car wasn't even vacuumed properly. The wait was really long, but I guess it does take time to hand wash a vehicle. Inside front window has smear marks because it wasn't wiped all the way either. Unfortunately this is not the first time this is happened here, I came about six months ago and figured I would give them a break because of Covid, but it still sucks. I also had a car detailed here once and they did a terrible job for $140, unfortunately I live near here and it's the closest car wash to me. This has been my go to spot for my last few years in Pasadena and I've always been blown away at the thorough job they do. For a reasonable value, I always get my car back entirely vacuumed and spotless. They even did a fantastic job when I showed up with rusty splotches from a leak in my parking garage! After I complained once about their being several spots on the car, I asked the worker and manager there if they could clean the spots and window once again considering there had been stains all over. Manager said he would have the car get washed once again and still they failed to dry and clean little miscellaneous spots on the car. Instead, said I needed to pay for the more expensive wash when I paid for $30 dollar one. Idk which wash would help dry it better but this place overall is horrible. DISHONEST! Have gone here for a couple years and always a good job. But now I learn they Will damage your car, admit to it, then not reimburse you. Paid in advance for a Multi-wash card so was a frequent customer. During a wash the employee broke the metal tab to my rear defroster. They said they would fix it. Weeks go by and no phone call. Manager claims he lost my number. So I gave it to him again; he said"I'll have to check with my brother" (??). Another two weeks go by so I had a glass company repair it. I gave him the invoice and he said "you should've called my brother"(!!!) And also claimed to not have my number (again). Now they won't reimburse me for the cost. The basic wash does not include vacuum & I was initially told that the entire process would take 20minutes and it ended up taking nearly an hour. I wouldn't mind this, if I actually got what I paid for. I paid for the wash that includes a wash, wax & cleaning inside. I was in a bit of a rush & just looking at my car upon completion I could see that there were many dirty spots on the outside that I was able to rub off with my bare hand & absolutely no evidence of any wax. As far as the interior, it was even worse. Small wrappers and little papers that end up getting lost in the car were still there, all of my items were scattered throughout the car, my dash still had marks from coffee and the only evidence of a vacuum cleaning was slightly the carpet. I ended up having to go behind them and clean it myself. You may as well take your car to one of those self car washing locations because you're going to end up cleaning your car yourself anyway. read more

Genuinely in awe how poor the detail i received here was. I initially asked for a leather condition for the interior and was upsold (my fault for agreeing to it) to one of their higher tier "detailing" packages. We landed on the $200 version in where they would fully detail, clay bar, interior dress, and wax the car. The interior was fine but the exterior looks like it was barely washed. Understandably they have a lot of cars to get through so there should be some expectation of minor misses, but the paint and glass look like it was just rained on, then poorly waxed. Multiple spots of wax that weren't buffed off, water spots that weren't wiped, dirt and grime still everywhere, and the wheels were most likely barely wiped down. Having gotten the cheapest package before (it wasn't great but can't complain for a sub $40 wash) there are exactly zero discernible differences aside from the interior dressing. Advice to all to find a better detailer, it was an unreal waste of $200 read more

The manager said that it was rust on the car body and offered to remove the stains for... $200 (!!). I refused by ordering a regular wash ($27) and noticed that the worker didn't even touch these stains, apparently at the manager's prompting. I came home and removed the stains in... 5 minutes using simple laundry detergent. Be careful! read more

Had some detailing done on one of my car doors (deep scratch), and the team here went above and beyond. I paid for the door to get buffed and repainted, and they not only did that but cleaned the interior AND exterior of my car thoroughly. I didn't pay for that service, but they were kind enough to throw that in, on top of the great work. Extremely upset. My husband just took my car to get washed and detailed. When they asked what scent he wanted, my husband said no scent. The guy said "no pick one it's free." Then, my husband he said no my wife is extremely sensitive no scent. What do they do. They spray the car down with vanilla. As a business, please respect people's boundaries and their wishes. Despite being quoted $8 for cleaning the rubber mats, the final price was changed to $10 on the paper I asked why and he said because it's an SUV. Even after paying $47, the quality of service was subpar as the mats were not thoroughly cleaned and there were still crumbs left in the car. The doors and trunk were also left uncleaned.
