Bad Services Over priced Beware of a Chris and Adrian Bad customer service Went for a oil change when I left my car was smoking and vandalized Very unprofessional behavior read more

*******Alert!!!! ****** Please do not go to this location. Very unprofessional and inexperienced. They will leave screwdrivers in your engine, damage your dipstick and to top it all off, the splash guard was not placed back. This has been reported to Management and corporate. Many, many, many calls later, and surprisingly, every time I call to speak to the manager he is never there. I need answers and I need my vehicle parts replaced as there was nothing wrong with my vehicle in the first place. I just took it for an oil change. 1. If this location is a training school, customers should be made aware and have service at their own risk. 2. If this location is stealing parts to sell on the side, maybe they should be investigated. Please be very careful! I dont want others going through what I went. I will also make people aware of this location through other means and will also be filing a complaint to the BBB if nothing gets resolved. I have witnesses, receipts and pictures. ****CAUTION***** read more

Bought a used car went to do my oil change , and holy fuck the fact that I had to use a breaker bar too loosen my drain plug is diabolical. Be aware over tightening drain bolt can strip your threads. And there is no reason the oil filer should be over tighten as well should just be snugged. Shame on you Ivan read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Auto Repair Near Me - Alhambra, California

Jiffy Lube is my go to oil change in town or when I'm out of town. Fast, convenient, and reliable! I had no idea until a year ago that Jiffy Lube offers free oil top-offs. It's been a lifesaver for my 10 year old Kia Optima that burns oils at ridiculous speed. I've been going to the Alhambra location for several years, and the service is always friendly. I also appreciate the helpful suggestions on additives to slow down oil consumption. Excellent service every time! read more

PROS - Walk ins accepted (went first thing in the morning, they open at 8am) - They are able to do an oil change service for my car (a Mini R60) and I didn't have to drive to the dealer in Duarte, or the Euro-car specialty shops around. - They let you hang out in your car. - the crew were pretty friendly (including a mechanic stationed at the lower level beneath the car who greeted me hello) - they reset the warning messages on your dash lol - I was in and out in about 15-20mins. I did have to spend over $100 but it was expected for a european car. Also my car is oil-thirsty and uses 5 bottles of oil. My car ran a lot smoother after that. Thanks Jiffy Lube Alhambra! read more

J. GOLDBACH - I appreciate your sales approach and educating me about my car's maintenance. Someone who takes the time to educate others is someone who cares about their community. So thank you for caring and your genuine customer service! read more

First time using Jiffy Lube and it was a good experience. I have a Jeep so you can't really mess things up. I need an oil change every 5k miles. I paid only for labor since I brought my own oil and filter. My filter is $10 at autozone. I get two 5 quarts of Kirkland 5w-30 for $40 which makes it out to $20 for one oil change. So total is like $80 bucks per oil change including labor which isn't bad since you don't have to dispose the oil yourself. Why do I bring my own filter and oil? I'm personally not a fan of pennzoil BUT if you frequently change your oil, it doesn't make much of a difference anyway. I use to only get Mobil 1 or Liqui Moly and I would continue if I had a European car but Kirkland is just fine. I like to use the OEM Mopar oil filter. I've used the Mobil 1 filter but it was expensive. My advice: whenever Costco or Sam's Club has a sale on engine oil and you're due for an oil change within a few months, buy the engine oil. Overall solid experience. Would recommend. read more

They do not honor the coupons they send in the mail or any other coupon if you bring your own oil ! Not sure why they started denying them when they have took them in the past ! The guy at the front was rude telling me the coupon says signature service and no where in the coupon does it say signature service ! They just lost my business for 10 dollars I will not be returning!!! read more

This review is for Isaac: I got an oil change today and Isaac is awesome! He was very friendly and professional and he was able to answer all my questions! Thanks Isaac for the awesome customer service! read more

the oil change itself was fine, they stripped my oil filter cap on my toyota and it is now stuck on

AC Service Only I went to a neighboring Jiffy Lube for AC service; however, majority of branches within a 5-10 mile radius either did not have the AC Service Machine or was inoperable. I had called 3-4 different locations before finding this branch where they were able to complete the job. Prior to service, my AC was blowing warm air despite MAX setting. After service, my AC is blowing like it's new again. Price is for complete AC evacuation and recharge. They got my vehicle in and out within 45 minutes. read more

Oil change, check fluid, filters, battery test, this service team were very efficient, conveyed exactly my needs, understood my request, explained their extra offer and price found it to be acceptable and authorized the charges and service be performed. Within what seemed 15min. service to my auto was ready and charges paid and were on my way. Well done it as you say a "jiffy lube". read more

5 stars for the service team members. 0 stars for corporate. I came to JiffyLube in need of oil change. The service was better than I expected and they've improved several processes since my last visit (over 4 years ago). Now, you don't even need to leave your car for them to provide maintenance! I got to pretend I was a speed racer as the members bounced around the car inspecting various metrics. It's a 5 star review because I don't have complaints. They found that my filter needed to be fixed and suggested it. After they showed me the additional pricing, I agreed and they went about their business. However, this review is also for the corporate team who is in charge of coordinating with Yelp for their coupons. Get your act together. My review is not the only review to point out that the coupon no longer works at this location. In fact, the code provided by Yelp is not worth $26. It's worth $20. So why am I writing a negative review for corporate when it's only $6? Because this mistake forces your service members to apologize to customers on a daily basis. That is unacceptable. They are out in the hot summer sun handling grease and hot metal. The least you can do is make sure the coupons are redeemable in the correct manner. The lady who rung me up apologized repeatedly. She told me that the $26 coupon code stopped working around July and that the best she can do for me was give me the $20 discount. I told her it's not a big deal, it's only $6. She replied "I know but I understand that $6 is a lot for some people. So I'm so sorry". The company has failed its employees when the employee must apologize for something that is outside of their control. Corporate, while you sit in your air conditioned offices checking your revenue, can I ask that you also use that time to support the people who are sweating in the 90+ degree heat with only a paper cup to drink water from? It's really not that hard. read more

My go-to mechanic unfortunately closed during the pandemic, and I have been going to Jiffy Lube for my car's oil change service during the last couple of years... 4 stars!!!! So easy and so convenient since there are no appointments necessary to get an oil change. You just drive up and line up with the other cars waiting for service. No need to leave your car; you stay in your car and one of the staff members will carefully guide you when it's your turn to drive your car to the oil change service area. During my last trip, it was pretty busy but there were three bays open and the branch seemingly fully staffed, so it only took me about 30 minutes from start to finish. Definitely used the time in the car to check out the Yelp feeds of friends to check out their delicious finds. Hoping that Jiffy Lube will keep these routines even after post-COVID. Don't forget to check the Jiffy Lube website for discount coupons as well Yelp for Check-In offers. The coupon I found online was better than the Yelp Check-In, but this will depend on the type of oil change service. My old trusty car needs high mileage oil. This Jiffy Lube branch is on Fremont Ave, but the entrance is actually located on Valley Blvd alongside the drive thru at Jack in the Box. Vehicles exit on Fremont after the oil change service. Why just 4 stars? Spent much less for oil changes at my old mechanic, but appreciate the convenience that Jiffy Lube offers. read more
