Overpriced, basic car wash with clay bar and coat seal that will last up to a year (P&S Velocity Glaze). The amount was $250 and it was just a basic car wash that would easily cost $60. It's in Pasadena so I know they are overcharging in order to pay the monthly rent for the location. The windows had smudges and interior had greasy residue on the gear shifter. Poor workmanship on the "detailing" quality work was not worth $250. It was worth at least $60. It's not worth it... it looks like they use regular tap water due to water spots left on the car... bad service, I would not recommend it, it's a rip off... read more

Came here for an interior detail for a 2015 Toyota Corolla S and got charged 150 for just a basic clean. I wouldn't not recommend to come here because they greatly overcharge and the quality is something you could do by yourself and not worth the value, even though he was kind, and the service was taken care of. It was not taken care of the best way and professionally. I will also note they somehow used 10 miles of gas in my car which is insane because why are they driving 10 miles in my car. Never coming back here again. Yet again, I could do a better job. read more

Came back to get my car and it was super clean and smelled great! I went to go get an engine clean up on top and bottom. The problem is that these folks are careless and don't know what they are doing. I have a LED headlight conversion kit installed in front of my vehicle around the headlights under the hood. These folks did not cover any of the electrical connections so my lights went out. To make it really short, I had to pay for a mechanic to find out that one of the fuses was blown. The water/chemical they put all over the engine created a short in the LED lights circuit so that cost me extra money. The folks here are very nice but the job was done in an unprofessional way. read more

My car was absolutely filthy and full of swirls and scratches, left the car here for a few hours and they brought it back to life, i havent seen my car look this good since the first day i bought it, and this is a black car so you know how hard it is to make it look good. One of my dogs had an "accident" in the back seat while I was on my way to drop them at the vet. I called this detail shop and asked if they could help. Hector was very nice on the phone and when I got there he could see how upset/stressed out I was (since I had to get to work). He told me he'd take care of and he did in about 30 minutes or so. I brought my car here at the end of my lease before the inspector came to evaluate it. Prices were great and lower than most places I had called. I wish I can remember the name of the guy who helped me but he was super sweet and seemed to really care about doing a great job. I couldn't believe how amazing my car looked when I picked it up. I went to these guys this past weekend to get my windows tinted. I got estimates from a few other "5 star" places on Yelp, and they all wanted to charge me 300+. Downtown charged me HALF that! They did a phenomenal job and the windows look great! They also detailed my car for me, and it looks brand spakin new!
