Just had my car detailed and met with Oscar. He was very attentive and friendly. My car came out amazing -- Everything was excellent.

I took my 2023 BMW 430i to Showroom Detail expecting a real professional detail, but what I got felt more like an overpriced car wash. The car may be fairly new, but I wanted to keep it in excellent condition--unfortunately, this place did the opposite. To their credit, the manager was nice and offered to redo the job. He did try again, but the fact that it needed a second pass says everything. They also left visible water spots all over, and worse, I later found blotchy stains on my leather seats. I rarely look at the back seats, so I didn't even notice the damage until about a month later. It's clear they used the wrong products or didn't wipe them off properly--something that should never happen at a so-called "detail" shop. I am in shock. When I pay for a full detail, I don't expect to find oil residue, water stains, and product damage afterward. read more

I changed my mind about Showroom. In line with the migraton in the detailing industy to ceramic coatings, Showroom did not change with the times. They still focus on using wax. Nothing wrong with that but its not how folks detail cars these days. And their prices have risen too much, more than that of competitors. I also felt they are somewhat dismissive of Groupon offers. A decent detailing service at first sight, but with some MAJOR issues. Here's why: To begin, the customer service was excellent! Super friendly, accommodating, and explained when I should return for the completion of the service. I also appreciated that there was a waiting space inside, but it was honestly just employees - at least when I was there, and I wanted to take care of work elsewhere anyways, so I left. When I came back three hours later, I was a little surprised to be confronted with employees in the waiting area when I just wanted to wait and relax until it was ready, but like I said, it was mostly only employees actually in the waiting room. Nevertheless, they quickly told me the car was ready when I told them I was just waiting for my car and didn't need any assistance (I was worried they would rush things too much, which I believe came to be true). So they brought the car out and...granted, they did put covers over the driver's seat and mats to protect them, but the car was clearly *just* finished being worked on and the interior was soaking wet. It took me DAYS to get the moisture and subsequent stench out of the car. Is this usual for car detailing services?? My interior was soaking WET and the car STANK for weeks.... Aside from that, they didn't even get stains from tree sap and other things off of the exterior of the car. The interior too, there were water marks EVERYWHERE and minor stains on my windshield were still there. Now, I'm not an expert on car detailing, but I thought issues like those would be taken care of?? I'm not going to lie, I was honestly really disappointed overall, considering that it cost nearly $300. I don't think I would use this service again, so I can't in good conscience recommend it to other people. read more

Brought my car in for a full detail, and honestly they did such a nice job. I had a few scratches that always caught my eye, but when I got the car back, you could barely even tell they were there. Took my car in for a detail. Got a call about 2 hrs later which was quicker than the expected time but when I got the car back I noticed many flaws. Windshield had dry water marks as if they just used the wipers to dry it off. Door jambs were dirty. Floor mats were also dirty. Even between the seats and center console was dirty. Considering I paid $250 (including tip) for a sedan I'm unsatisfied with the quality of service. EDIT: In response to the owner, I understand what the package I chose includes but again it is a DETAIL so I would assume that the workers would have attention to detail and VACUUM( which is included) between the crevices of the vehicle and clean the door jams and not leave stains on the exterior of the windshield and at least wipe down the floor mats as they are rubber instead of fabric and do not need to be shampooed. If it was "enough" time to complete the services I would've hoped that they would do them right, but instead it just feels as if they rushed through it read more

I walked by the Showroom Auto Detail location today and noticed that their gate was open but that their signage was no longer up on the gate it building. After looking a bit close I noticed that their signage building was completely empty, suggesting that they may have closed the business. Does anyone know the status of this place. Came here for a basic detail/ wash. When I got inside the car I noticed some hair and crumbs still around the floor mats. So I decided to check underneath the floor mats and lo and behold they had even vacuumed underneath the floor mats. I went back and asked them to please vacuum underneath the floor mats and sides of the seats. My car has 3 rows and I noticed that they didn't even vacuum the 3rd row. Overall I would not go back and rather invest in the time and equipment to do it myself. read more

Based on my pleasant interaction on the phone to book an appointment for a full detail (wash, clay bar, wax), I was hoping for a positive experience at Showroom Auto Detail. They have very recently hiked their prices by a whopping 20% (Level 3 detail used to be $200 and now it is $240) and even the signs in their waiting room still show the old pricing. As such, I was hoping that I'll get real "professionals" working on my car that are getting paid above the market average for their expertise. Anyway, I dropped off my car and nearly 3 hours later I got a call to come pick up it up with the receptionist making a comment that the car looks fantastic and that they close at 3 (who closes at 3?) Upon arrival to pick up the car, I was underwhelmed as a few spots that I had hoped would be "buffed" had not been. The reception lady commented that the experts working on the car were being super careful not to damage the paint. Anyway, I picked up the car as they were about to close and got back to my place, 2 miles away. Upon closer inspection, there was no effort put into properly wiping the car as it still had halos of the wax on the sides. The front wheel arches were left muddy and same for the mud guards under the front bumper (easy to clean those so I guess someone did not pay attention). The exhaust tips had not been even wiped clean not to mention polished clean. And, to top things off, the car (which had just been finished supposedly) had some sort of misty sap on the flat surfaces (hood, roof, trunk lid) which indicates it was parked under a tree perhaps for an hour or more. Additionally, the rear windows had lots of water spots from inside (someone must have rolled the windows down after washing I guess) and the interior was literally untouched as they were a couple of marks that would certainly been cleaned had someone attempted to clean it. Anyway, $252 later (they charge 5% convenience fee for cc use which is also ridiculous) and 1/2 day later, I believe I have to have the work redone to get to a finish that I was hoping Showroom was going to deliver today. As a result, I recommend to stir away from this business unless you like to overpay and then have the work redone afterwards again. read more

I needed my headlight lenses polished. My call was answered immediately and after explaining what I was looking for, I was asked to bring my car by to confirm that their service would improve the brightness. The manager, who had answered my call, welcomed me and walked out to my car with one of his team. They conferred and agreed that they could restore the lenses. The price was reasonable and the team member set to work. Within 20 minutes the lenses looked like new and I was back on the road. I found Showroom Auto Detail on Groupon during Father's Day and was there today for a full vehicle detail for my F-150. The result is surprisingly disappointing. They not only missed many obvious spots and even left a whole compartment not cleaned at all. As you can see in the photos uploaded with this review. There are multiple spots on the windshield that still has spots, even directly on the driver's side. They didn't brush down the stitches between two surfaces, still leaving dust in the crevice (see photo). There is also an obvious large spot on the passenger side panel that is easily removable but missed (see photo) and even the floor mat was still dirty (see photo). The cost of $255 is great for a full detail of a pickup truck but the service received is simply a car wash+leather oil which is very disappointing. I'm going to be honest I was a little skeptical as to how they would really clean my vehicle. I know a lot of detailing places pay special attention to luxury & sport cars (neither of which is mine lol ). However, they had good reviews and decided why not! They did a phenomenal job!!! My car was really going through it, I'm not going to lie. However, when I got it back, it was good as new! Like literally I probably could have taken it to the dealer and asked for an appraisal lol. Carlos, one of the workers even had one of the guys remove a stain from my seat free of charge. Since I didn't get service package for deep cleaning of the seats. I chose the #2 Showroom Express Hand Wax ($120), and it stated that it would take about 1 to 1.5 hrs to get it back. When I first arrived Carlos asked how soon I needed it and I stated the time that they had on their website. It took them an hour or so to get it back to me and I was thoroughly impressed. Definitely coming back here! Also went ahead and had my car checked out by a couple of friends who used to wash cars and they were impressed with their work! After searching and contacting many places, I was happy to choose this business because of their reviews and honest communication. I brought my Camry in mainly to have back seats cleaned of grease and ended up going with the Full Detail package. They did a good job on the interior but the exterior was not too great. It is very unfortunate because I had better expectations. As you can see in the pictures provided, there are areas on the exterior that were missed - results were not much better than a basic $25 car wash. Either they failed to detail the exterior or their attention to detail is not better than a standard wash and wax. *Update, August 12th* I usually take my car to get cleaned and washed every Monday, it gives me the sense of starting the week clean and fresh. I called Showroom Auto Detail and the call was answered by Oscar, the same Oscar who had pleasantly assisted me on my first visit. First off, thank you to Jackie, Oscar, and Mauricio for everything and for my positive experience!! I took my Prius C here today and let me tell you when they really saved and turned around how bad my prius looked, i mean like my Prius was so bad before (and it didnt even look as bad when i dropped it off today only cause it finally got a quick pre-wash from the rain a few days ago) that my friends and coworkers would say "what happened to your car?" Or "that motherf***r needs a car wash" or "you need to wash your car, from the entireeee inside to the entireee outside" to "wash your car!!" as im driving away Lol like even i felt bad for my poor car.. i felt like it made me seem like someone who just has their life all over the place. Jackie is so awesome and made this whole experience for me so seamless and smooth. Oscar was also very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions about my car and they all led me in the right direction and Oscar also was able to guide me to people I could go to for other types of work that I need to do on my car, whether its body shop stuff or mechanic stuff. Mauricio was the one who washed my car today, and he did a great job (pics included below). On top of that, when I asked about certain parts of my car, they helped tell me what the things were that I needed replaced asap or else it would continue to mess up my car (i.e. my windshield wipers scratching my windshield because the rubber is starting to come off etc), how often to get it rewaxed to prevent corrosion (about every 5 months if you guys are also wondering) , etc. Last but not least, one of my most favorite things about this place that compelled me to write this review was how fair and consistent and honest they are about their pricing and their advice to you. Ive been to places that have tried to upcharge me an arm and a leg for having a very dirty car. But Oscar and Jackie and his team are consistent with their pricing and what they charge you is what they will charge everyone else for the same service, they stick with that and they stick with what is advertised, and that is something i REALLY respected and appreciated. I also appreciated the attitude of really looking out for their customers when Oscar would advise me to make sure i get estimates from any of the other places before they try to fix my car and the honest advice and answers he would give me about the different things people use on their car for prevention and the prices and whether it would be suitable for certain situations, etc. I am VERY happy with my experience with Showroom today for all of these reasons, and because of all of these things I will be taking my car to them in the future and not back to any of those other old places that had tried to upcharge me because of my car being dirty, which is the whole point right? Not only did Showroom NOT do this to me, they ALSO did a 100x more of a better job on my car than all those other places too, and for a lower price than them because, like i said, they stick with what they say and they are fair. Have been a regular customer since 2021, Monique and Oscar are always helpful and willing to notate special requests. Every time I drop of the car, they ask about any areas that need special attention. The entire staff understands what they need to do on each vehicle, without question. Heck, I see customers come in to eat their lunch while the car is being detailed. It's comfortable and inviting in the guest area, kinda like being at your favorite restaurant. Sooooo... my lovely daughter, who drives as poorly as her daddy, decided to gently scrape the right front of the car against a post or a wall or something white. I know it was white because that was the long wide paint color smear on her black Audi Q5. Been there, done that. The only thing to do is to hope that a detailer can get it out, because I had no intention of getting it repainted. Enter Showroom Auto Detailer, and Oscar.
