Today, I stopped by to purchase a small 6x6 inch of protective film I needed. After saying he needed to "ask the owner", he came back and said it would be $25. While I was happy to pay something, we're talking about what is literally a piece of leftover scrap PPF film. I had $10 but was so offended, I just left and ordered it on Amazon for $9. Sucks when you try to support local businesses since I live just a couple blocks away but you're met with this type of sales attitude.

On the inside, you can purchase car cleaning supplies which was really cool. After the detail, my car looked nearly new! There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. Luke at StreamDrive was able to accommodate my current situation and offered to swing by and see the condition of my car in-person and provide the quote. By default, that's 5-stars "above and beyond" service. I want to recommend his business to people for life! My Honda C-RV needed prep for resale. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. No gap left untouched, unlike a drive-thru detailing service. I'm getting return on investment and then some because I'm now able to sell at top dollar private party fair market value.

The car came out looking really good, and it's clear they take pride in the actual detailing. That said, I had a frustrating experience with pricing that I think needs to be called out. When the technician arrived, we walked the car together and I was given an agreed upon price. After the wash was completed, I was then told the car wasn't properly evaluated and the price would be higher because it "took longer than expected" - not due to anything unforeseen. I don't think that's acceptable. Pricing should be clear and agreed upon before any work begins -- not adjusted once the job is already complete. In this situation, it was never communicated that the price may be adjusted. It puts the customer in a difficult position and takes away from an otherwise positive experience. Again, the end result was great, which is why I'm not rating lower. But the pricing process needs to be more upfront and transparent. I'd recommend double confirming a firm price before they start to avoid any surprises.

Part of the Ceramic Pro package includes paint correction, and they absolutely nailed it. The finish on my car came out incredible, deep, clean, and better than I expected. The tint was just as perfect. There's a reason this place has a perfect Yelp score. They've earned it.

There's a ton of mobile detailers, and it's hard to find a good one that actually cares enough to know and explain why he uses the products he uses. He charges an extremely value price for his services. Throughout the years I've used 4-5 different detailers and his prices are by far the lowest. I usually tip 30-45% because it's that low compared to the competition. He also doesn't advise unnecessary services. My car had a ceramic coating that was only supposed to last 2 years but even at 5 years it's still in great condition. He took a look at it when it was 4 years old and mentioned it still has a lot of life left. Again, hope everything is good and he is safe.

After payment, you get dashboard wipes and an air freshener. The wash does an ok job, but to make it squeaky clean, park in a self-service spot to do spot clean and vacuum. There were plenty of spots, but it can get busy so you may have to wait a few minutes during busy hours. I recommend bringing your own microfiber towel to clean the outside of your car, which will make the job much easier. I would come here for a wash again if I am in the area.

Before entering the wash, another attendant helped ensure our car was in the correct position and we had our car on neutral. The entire car washing process was like 2 minutes. We then drove to the vacuum area. Our car was really dirty when it went in the wash. Car came out clean, but there were spots that were dirty. They were selling microfiber clothes for $1 each. Had to use our own cleaning spray to spot clean the car. We were able to vacuum the car in peace and took our time doing so. Liked that there were empty trash cans in each vacuum space. We used their restroom and it was super clean. Make sure to ask for the restroom code first. Overall, the whole experience was pleasant. Felt pricing was a little high. Might be worth it to get their monthly subscription.

These guys were awesome! Fairly priced and really efficient and easy to work with. They took care of both our cars in the same day and worked around my schedule as I needed to take my car in and out a couple times while they were working. It took them several hours since they do such a thorough job and both our cars are as if they were brand new. We have three very sheddy, furry dogs and they somehow managed to even take care of all the dog hair embedded in the carpet floor of my car. read more

I had inquired for a full detail with ceramic coat for my CX-5, and a clay and seal for my civic. I specifically asked to pay with crypto which he happily obliged. We exchanged a few messages and Myke was very prompt and professional in all his messages. His prices, although not the cheapest and not the most expensive, were reasonable. We eventually scheduled for a Monday and he and his helper arrived on time and started on my vehicle. They brought all their supplies needed and even a canopy, Myke was incredibly accommodating and very nice. Real down to earth guy. Mid way through my detail and before the ceramic coat, it started to get windy and ash started falling from one of the wildfires. It was quite unfortunate, but Myke suggested for them to come back tomorrow morning. He offered to rewash the vehicle, and make sure it is in top condition before the coat. They did end up completing the civic the same day though. The next day, Myke came back and re-washed BOTH vehicles (the civic was parked outside and had a light layer of ash) and completed the ceramic coat on my Mazda. If that isn't great service, I don't know what to tell you. Overall, he did a great job on the interior and exterior, everything looked new. He was able to get a lot of droppings, sap, solidified residue removed from my civic and get my Mazda as beautiful as can be. I would recommend his service. When writing a review, I always ask myself--would I hire them again? The answer is yes, hence the 5 star review.

I'm so happy they bring a water tank in their truck because I've had some trouble finding a mobile detailer because they usually need a water/hose outlet to use but my apartment doesn't have one near my parking spot. They were so incredibly helpful especially when my landlord came out mid wash and told us we had to move (I completely forgot to okay it with her first) and they found a work around, packed up, moved, and still finished my car. All of this for only $250 is such a great deal, I've been quoted higher for a fraction of their work. Unrelated HM: My recently adopted dog made a run for it while I was walking him but he zipped past Albert and his son and when they saw me trying to catch my dog his son ran after him and caught him for me. I am so incredibly thankful to him because my dog had gotten out of the apartment gates and if he didn't catch him I would have lost him. He did not inform me that this happened but instead just told me my car was ready and waited for me to notice. My paint is aging on my 2007 FJ cruiser but otherwise in good condition. I was starting to get some moderate bubbling in my clear coat on the hood, but nothing substantial. Edwin voiced no concerns about possible further damage to my paint, or I would have declined his services. I also was still asked to pay for the detailing service after he caused damage to my vehicle. Edwin did not offer to make it right, instead insisting that it was not his fault. He also refused to provide proof of insurance or a billing address for his business. I highly suggest that if you care about your car, you do not give Edwin your business. In response to Edwin's comment: If you had ANY concerns about my paint and the condition you perceived it to be in, you did not share those with my until after the damage was done. Nor did you get me when it happened. You just told me my car was ready and waited to see if I'd notice. Had you told me this was a possibility, I would have told you not to proceed. I also shared the year of my car with you in the Yelp quoting process, and you voiced no concerns then either. I did not decline going to an auto body shop for their opinion, I declined going to your uncle's auto body shop. Your family's business will not be impartial in the matter. I will be going to an auto body shop, and I am happy to share their opinion and the estimated repairs with you. This is why I asked you for your insurance information that you refused to provide. Your business insurance can determine if this is your fault or not and pay for the repairs, should they determine you caused this to happen. Lastly, yes. I did dispute the charge. Because you told me I had to pay you, even though I told you I did not think I should pay after you damaged my car. So of course I reported that services rendered were not as expected. If PayPal has held the money, that is not on me. I don't have it back either.
