I used to support this small mobile car wash and had several good experiences early on, but over the past year the service and communication have declined significantly. I often had to chase them just to confirm appointments. Most recently, I was told they would confirm a weekend appointment, but after multiple follow-ups I was told there was no availability. As a loyal customer, that was very disappointing. It also seems they prioritize larger or multiple-car jobs, leaving single-car customers waiting or without scheduling options. They damaged my car and when I reached out, became ghosts and refuse to respond now despite weeks of me reaching out for a response. Now I am having to file a lawsuit. I do NOT recommend them. Do not use them. It is going to cost me thousands to replace the electronics in my brand new car. I've also had an issue multiple times in the past with their responsiveness. Dennis and his team washed three of our cars and did a great job! They took their time and they didn't rush the wash like others would. I will be using them on monthly basis moving forward. I haven't given my car a proper vacuum and wash in a long time with all the recent LA rain. The whole process was super easy. You text the number to schedule your appointment. Dennis and the team will arrive at your house! They were even 10 minutes early! The whole wash took about 30 minutes, and I was very pleased with the finish. My car was clean and the team took great attention to detail - even wiped down my sticky and gross cup holders!! The price is more than a regular cheap car wash ($30) but the extra ten to 15 dollars are more than worth it ($40 plus tip). Dennis Baca canceled my appt 2hr before it was time for his guys to show up. When i texted him to get another appointment he didn't even bother to return my text. I helped him grow his business, which ironically ruined customer service. I can't even get him to give me an answer via text on when the next availability is. Dennis, Brenda, and the Baca team were great to deal with - super responsive on Yelp and then text. They quickly scheduled me for an appointment to do two of my cars, and they were very flexible in accommodating my shifting schedule leading up to the day. When the time came, they showed up RIGHT on time and knocked out both cars in about an hour total with a team of two, and they carry all of their equipment including water and power onboard. They really took their time and did an awesome job inside and out, with a more thorough and careful cleaning for not much more than the typical commercial washes charge. I was a bit skeptical that maybe all the positive reviewers were offered a discount on future services or something, because most everyone had a great experience, but I can confirm I'm not doing this for a deal and I absolutely will use them again, and very soon! read more

I have a tiny car and was given a great quote with no hidden fees or add ons, I almost thought it was too good to be true but the guys cleaned my car so well and somehow vacuumed very tight spots that I could never get to. Wow! What a great experience. Two gentlemen showed up within an hour of my call. I requested a deeper inside cleaning because I have two kids, they left if sparkling clean inside and out. This wasn't a run of the mill wash, they took out every crumb from every nook and cranny and left it looking like new. Their prices were VERY fair for their level of service and detail.
