I tried contacting Alex again for another detail job and after 3 weeks of leaving several phone messages and trying to contact through Yelp, I had no success. I never heard back and eventually had to find another business to detail my car. I hired Unrivaled Mobile Detailing, another local, family owned business and the results exceeded my expectations. Now I have a new go-to for my detailing needs. read more

Got Alex to come over for a car wash again. What a phenomenal job he did. My car was truly filthy. The tree sap has been on the car forever. By the time Alex was done, my car was all sparkly. Alex and Han did a great job detailing my car at a great price. I'm always an advocate of supporting local businesses, and I appreciate they take pride in what they do. I called in the evening and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. I dropped the car off, and it was done three hours later. Great work. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks, guys! read more

If you care about your car; preserving the layers of your paint and clear coat, preventing swirls, and maintaining a stunning finish, then Alex at Altadena Mobile Detailing is the only place to take your car. Nowhere's else I've visited from LA to Pasadena has taken such a high standard of care and precision with my car. I own one of 2 AMG GTS P71's/ two tone blue/ with carbon fiber, in the greater LA area. One bad car wash could ruin the paint. 200k car could be ruined by taking it to the wrong place. But you don't need to own a fancy car to come here, you just have to want your car looking great. I always walk away with the car looking like it did when I picked it up from the dealership. I drive 31 miles to get my car done here. After my guy on the Sunset Strip sold the business after many years, I had to find someone new. Alex is my go to, and if you care about your car, don't waste time sifting through the 4 options in the area, just go and see Alex. I'll upload photos soon. read more

I've used this service 2x already and I'll be a customer for life. I appreciate this local business with fair pricing. excellent service, and excellent work. I have regular cars that have regained the feeling of stepping into it the first time at the dealership when I first fell in love with them and took them home. The cars are spotless inside and out. Alexander is prompt, easy to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this service. Cheers. read more

Absolutely Amazing. I am very picky about my detailing, as I perform my own weekly maintenance on my Rivian R1S, using my own preferred products (PPF Specific). Alex was patient and professional enough to answer all my (likely annoying) questions and even chatted with multiple times me during his visit. He is a young entrepreneur and dedicated to his craft. If you're on the fence I would recommend pulling the trigger with this amazing professional! You won't be disappointed, only impressed. read more

I was looking for an engine detail on a classic car that did not require paint detail. Altadena mobile detailing was the only response that actually read my request and quoted me for exactly what I needed and not a canned quote for a full detail like all the other responses. Price was right, communication was great and the outcome fantastic. read more

I received as a gift a full detailing of my 2011 Lincoln MKZ. I booked the appointment for 8 am and they were right on time. Hans started on the interior of the car and later in the morning Alex came and finished the car. It was a fabulous job. They were able to handle the fur in the back seat and cleaned up a paint transfer situation on my wheel well. They spent a long time making sure that I was happy with the work they they did on my car and even encouraged me to take a few days to see if I was still happy and if I wasn't to call them back. That is service. I am really happy and will request their service again in the future. It was well worth the price that my husband paid for this service. read more

Alex and his assistant did a great job washing/detailing our car. Their mobile service was incredibly convenient, as well. They showed up at our house promptly, and worked on our car until it looked like new. They obviously take pride in their work, as evidenced by the time they took on the job. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use Alex again. read more

Alex and his team did a wonderful job of bringing my sorely neglected car back from the dead at a point that I was actually considering getting rid of it. With Alex's encouragement and expertise, it now feels like a new car, totally spruced up and worth every penny. I am grateful for Alex's and his team's attention to every inch of both the interior and exterior of the car and for going the extra mile on really stubborn areas. Alex did a stellar job with my VW GTI. It needed a FULL cleaning both inside and out, and they did not disappoint. My car was absolutely sparkling after. They helped explain exactly what I needed and all for a very fair price. The inside had been vacuumed and wiped down. They restored the trim and used a "rinseless wash n wax" method which was what made it so frickin sparkly. He also told me it saves about 15 gallons of water compared to a regular car wash! I was very happy with my choice and will definitely be coming back. Would highly recommend Altadena Mobile Detailing!!! read more

Was in the market for a quick car detail and had the hardest time finding a mobile detailer who could bring water/power with them. Altadena mobile detailing provides both water and power and was available with a morning appointment the next day! Alexander showed up early, was friendly, asked if i had any particular concerns on the car, and did an amazing job. He was even able to work on my car in its parking spot under my apartment building and take off the persistent sap and pollen marks- huge thanks to him, the car looks brand new! read more

Alexander and his helper Hans transformed my 8 year old car into a show room beauty. I got the additional paint enhancement and headlight restoration. I hate to leave a bad review, but I wish I had known what I was getting when hiring Altadena Detailing. On the one hand, they cleaned my car well. On the other hand, they managed to damage my parking sensors while doing the detail, which cost me $495.10 to repair. At first, Alex took full responsibility for damaging the sensors: he said he was going to speak to his insurance company to get them to cover it. He even attempted to fix the sensors--unfortunately with duct tape, which only made the problem worse --but he was soon looking for any reason possible to avoid responsibility. He acknowledged that he damaged the sensors, but he thought that they had already been damaged in an accident. He said he wouldn't take responsibly until I provided maintenance records and the CarFax report. When I provided both of these, he changed his tune and said he had not damaged the car. I asked him whether the insurance company could cover it, but he never replied. So much for the The "million-dollar insurance policy" mentioned on the website, "ensuring that you are covered in the rare event of any unexpected issues." I appreciate that Alex did refund the $225 cost of the cleaning, but even this only came after I send a "demand letter" indicating that I was taking the issue to small claims court. Save yourself a headache and find someone else to detail your car. read more
