Irving is the most meticulous person I think I've ever met. My brand new Land Cruiser had been sitting under a tree while I was traveling and accumulated a ton of sap and bird droppings that literally stained the paint from baking in the sun. I had it detailed by someone who didn't have the proper materials and they could barely get any of it out. On time and excellent and thoughrough car wash. Inside and out was one of the best its been in awhile. SUPER solid mobile detailing crew. I use the bi-monthly to monthly details, which keeps my garage queen and my outside (under a tree on DG) parked daily looking new. Irving and crew make my daily look as good as my garage trophy...lol. They do get busy and are a business, so I get some of the reviews below but any time there has been any kind of scheduling change, it has been dealt with professionally on their end and my cars ALWAYS look stellar. A few of my other 20+ year car friends use Elitee as well. So does one of my friends before he shows his 2 show cars. I've used this mobile detailing service four times -- and while one visit was great and another decent, the overall pattern of inconsistency and poor communication and customer service has been exhausting. * First appointment: Fantastic. On time, solid work, great experience. * Second appointment: They completely forgot. No call, no show, no heads-up. I had to follow up just to get an explanation. No real apology other than they would reschedule me. * Third appointment: Pretty good. Showed up and did the job. * Fourth appointment: A mess -- and I have text messages to back it up. They scheduled my appointment for 10:00am and texted saying they were going to be late and to plan on 11am. I texted at 11:07am asking where they were and they replied by saying the detailer would arrive in "15 minutes or less." That would've been fine -- except he never showed up. I kept asking for updates, and instead of owning the delay, they kept minimizing it or blaming the condition of the previous vehicle. The owner made excuses without doing anything to remedy wasting an entire hour of my time. Yes, they did say they were running late -- but they failed to communicate the actual extent of the delay, and made no effort to keep me in the loop unless I chased them down for answers. I sat outside for nearly an hour with vague responses like "he's on the way" or "we can reschedule if you want," which completely ignores how much time they already wasted. Then he LIED about showing up at all. He said he showed up at my hotel but neither myself, security, or valet ever saw him or his vehicle. Then he said it was my fault for asking him to even come to the hotel in the first place. (I'm guessing this was his way of admitting he was lying? Unclear). After four appointments, including one completely forgotten and another severely delayed with misleading communication, I'm done. This business doesn't respect your time and doesn't take accountability when they mess up. Save yourself the frustration and hire someone who treats clients professionally and communicates honestly. Mobile detailers are a dime a dozen! read more

He came in the following day and has spent all day working on both of our cars. Marcos was on time and did an outstanding job making both of the cars look amazing. I am obsessed and impressed. First and foremost starting out they are always on time and today even early. We have done a few washes before and today I got a full detail of interior and exterior of my car. They put a whole tent . And even took photos for me! And maaaaaaaan, not only does it smell A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! And it looks so clean. My seats are nice and washed. I called Elite Mobile for an engine bay steam cleaning. They showed up on time and were professional. After they finished I started my vehicle and it was running rough and misfiring which was concerning as I just had major work done. I drove to the market and we barely made it home. Honda has diagnosed all 6 engine coils wet and damaged. The company refuses to accept any responsibility for the damage. read more
