Came on a weekday afternoon. Place had some customers, but wasn't busy. Got the Granphene wash for $39.99. Not too sure what the difference was between the levels. Saw the cheapest wash was around $15. The attendant was really nice and helpful. He gave us some dash wipes, pushed some buttons, and asked us to drive forward. Before entering the wash, another attendant helped ensure our car was in the correct position and we had our car on neutral. The entire car washing process was like 2 minutes. We then drove to the vacuum area. Our car was really dirty when it went in the wash. Car came out clean, but there were spots that were dirty. They were selling microfiber clothes for $1 each. Had to use our own cleaning spray to spot clean the car. We were able to vacuum the car in peace and took our time doing so. Liked that there were empty trash cans in each vacuum space. We used their restroom and it was super clean. Make sure to ask for the restroom code first. Overall, the whole experience was pleasant. Felt pricing was a little high. Might be worth it to get their monthly subscription. read more

Please do every car owner a favor and add, High pressure water at the very beginning of the car wash. No matter what package you get, your car will get scratches on it, because there is no step of removing dirt, grime, etc. from the vehicle at the beginning. The soapy liquid followed by the spinning-rubber-flappy-mechanism is a recipe to leave scratches on your car. You need to fix this. It is not even worth going back for the rest of my paid month I swear. High pressure water at the beginning, to knock off all the grime, changes all of this. How did you miss this???? Excellent customer service and high quality wash! I got a wash last Saturday and then it happened to rain later in the day, so my car was dirty again. I called customer service and then the manager personally called me within an hour to let me know that he always wants to keep his customers happy so he allowed me to come back on Sunday to get another wash for free! This is top tier customer service. The wash quality is pretty good as well, it left my car pretty clean. However my one suggestion would be for this place to offer a towel station for customers to wipe their cars after as I feel the blow dryer was not very effective and my car was a little wet. I've been to other car washes and people love it when they offer towels to borrow after the wash, I think if they added that here it would be the best car wash in the city easy. read more

A single speedwash is typically $15 but they have a monthly special speedwash package for the remaining 2026 of unlimited washes for $17.76 a month. There are two other higher tiers of washes that offer more in the package and price is a bit more. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no wait, the wash took only about five minutes, and they even provide free self-service vacuum stations. Imagine being able to drive your car through a wash 2 times a day. That's is approximately 60 car wash a month for 50 bucks. Meaning 1.20 a wash(exterior only/Graphene package). What a deal. No hate here. Just want to say thank you for the amazing deal! So there are 3 options here. $15 speed wash that is a one time deal, second is the ceramic wash and the promotion is 2 months at 19.99 then 39.99 per month. Last is the graphene option at 19.99 for the first two months then 49.99. Not sure if this will apply after the holidays but it's going on now in December 2025. So I won't sugar coat it too much but it's an amazing deal. Go to any speed wash at minimum you are going to spend 12-15 bucks. Imagine doing it once a week that's atleast 48-60 dollars. Why not pay 50 bucks and just go 2-3 times a week on your way home from work? That's what I do! Keeps the car nice and clean! Now there is just one downfall which I need to address. The "spot free rinse" is not spot free. Now it's either the residue of the soap or the wax that leaves slight water marks over the vehicle. Which of you ask me, it's not a big deal but not hard to just dry at the drying station. You get free vacuum use which is also fantastic. So plus over there. Gotta throw this out in the universe, if you do choose the ceramic or graphite option, and don't notice your wheels shining, run it again. The whole entire process takes about 2-3 minutes. With two washes that's 5-6 minutes max. At that point your rims and wheels will be clean. That's what I do! 2 washes every time. All in all the attendants are super nice, and over all it's a very convenient process. So why complain? Price is fair and the wash is decent. read more

I love this place. Unfortunately I could no longer keep my membership because my 2013 BMW with a soft top started to leak. My mechanic said hand washes only. I called to cancel but my membership accidentally continued do to a system error and when I discovered that i was still been charged, I spoke with Joe one of the managers there and he took care of it right away and reversed the charges. I can't say enough about their customer service. Joe's attitude and care about my situation was exceptional. They go the extra mile to make it right with their customers. I only wish they had hand wash and I would have continued my business there. read more

It's fine. I got the card to come try the free wash. I usually go to Fast 5. I love that place and their price points are more than fair. The lowest price here was the one I got at $10, washes went up to $25! I saw it come up on the screen but dude didn't ask me if I wanted to add on the tire shine. Side note, I did. Anyway, the process itself is a car wash. They have a large area to vacuum but I'm spoiled by F5. The water just pools under your car, it's a covered area so no sun to dry the water. There's no air to blow water, no area to clip and vacuum your car mats, and no vending. I asked an employee if I could get armor all and he basically told me if I didn't purchase it when I did the wash, I was sol. And to add insult to injury, the guy next to me lit a cigarette and the smoke was coming my way. Ultimately I ended up back at F5. Went to their vending machines for armor all for tires and dash. They had their usual line which makes more sense now. I appreciate the opportunity to try it but for the reasons listed, I won't be returning. read more

Staff is friendly, price of car wash price is not worth the quality of the service, black sedan paid for the more expensive wash 29.99 and left with brush marks all over the side of my paint looking ugly watermarks all over the trunk and rear bumper, it doesn't dry properly and dirty rims. My car was not even a week dirty. I loved when they pivoted to the monthly car wash. I signed up within the first couple weeks for their plan and even got my wife to sign off to her car. Everything was going great and we loved the service and ease of use. Unfortunately the owners seems to think it's ok to raise the prices on members unexpectedly. they said the signs were posted notifying of the new price but I would assume that the people Who signed up early on were not affected or at least be notified via text or email (they have my info on file). I would even expect those who came out and supported early on would get at least a year at the rate they had sold us on. Nope, none of it... I'll unfortunately be cancelling my membership and finding somewhere a little more convenient for me since I do not live in this area. RIP. read more

What an upgrade!! I'd use the previous car wash at this location for many years, but they automated this location into a shiny new car wash. I arrived early Sunday morning so it wasn't busy yet, and I had a few minutes to speak with the operator. He described the three levels of services provided in their monthly subscription program. Having recently just opened, they were offering a deal for the first month, so I went with the high-end all in package in the past I've always wondered how different one level was from another in this type of car wash. I have to say my car looks great, and I don't know how they do it but my tires look brand new! I just love being able to take my time with the vacuum too, which is included in the price of the wash. I do miss the compressed air nozzle in the previous car wash that would blast the water out of the seems of the car. With the subscription, I can return as many times as I'd like to wash my car. Daily. Hourly! Once the introductory month lapses, I won't be able to afford the highest level of wash service, so we'll see how my subscription plays out in the future. For today: a five star experience in a refreshed and revitalized car wash. read more

This was a rather intimidating experience as when you use the express wash line, you really have to have a kind of car that you have to navigate one wheel onto the conveyor belt. You go through tilted up on one side of the vehicle. You had better be prepared for the whole giant squid tentacles of the washing machine coming at you. It is a bit overwhelming. I got in without a hitch (non-member line) and the gentleman at the paying machine greeted me and helped me with the payment. At the end, I drove off the conveyor belt and drove into the vaccum and wipe down area where I used my $1 wiping cloth to get the spots off the car, and to vacuum the interior. I felt this was a seamless experience. I would rather have paid more to a human being and done a less machine-based wash. That was my learning experience. read more

The quality of this car wash service has declined in the last year. Not sure what they changed but soap doesn't get completely rinsed off like when they first opened. Today I went to get my car washed because of a big bird(s) that pooped all over my car. I was just at the car wash on 6/27/26. I went through twice and my car was still soiled from the bird droppings. I scrubbed it off with glass cleaner and a rag. Only when I attempted to go through a third time was I made aware that I could only go 2x a day. I pay for the highest package that is no longer available. The least I could get was a third wash. I am a current member of fast five just a couple blocks to the east of this. As this location is closer to my house, I wanted to give this a try and see if I should switch my monthly membership here. First off, the location is fantastic, it's incredibly spacious, covered in shade, a very pleasant place, where fast five is very crowded and congested typically. The quality of the wash was about the exact same as fast five; pretty good. You know what these places offer. The vacuums were top-notch though... Extremely good suction, which is so key in places like this. But, what really put it over the top, and what WILL end up being the deciding factor that makes me switch my membership over, was their employee that took my payment, named Eric. He was just such an extremely nice, positive guy; explained a few things to me, and you could tell he actually genuinely cared about whether or not I switched my membership over here. Which is so odd, considering he's likely just an hourly employee...but went so far above and beyond. I hope the owners know that they have a future management quality individual here, and give him a raise as soon as possible. I'll be seeing a lot more of you guys soon! read more

My car was pretty dirty and I don't think I realized how dirty until after going through and realizing that my car was not clean and dirt had pooled in certain areas. I asked to go through again and the gentlemen said yes. But after a second wash it was not much different. It looks like the top roller doesn't even touch the trunk on my Car and the water doesn't hit there either. I can get it off with a towel but I don't want to buy 10 rags to clean my whole car. We have become regular customers pretty much since they reopened after their big improvement/remodel into a super drive through self-service option operation. We've found the best deal for us is a regular wash of 5 washes for the $49 I think. I'm happier here than with our prior drive through place over on Colorado and Sierra Madre, which was okay-ish but always had a long line and didn't clean our cars as well because it's a shorter cleaning sequence. This place has a longer cleaning sequence and we appreciate that we can immediately pull into a vacuum area space - never had to wait. The people who work there have always been nice. read more

This is a drive thru (while you sit in your car) and also offers free self serve vacuum stations. It's a pretty standard drive thru just like all the other ones you see, nothing extra or fancy here. The basic cheap wash is $15, which I feel for a standard drive thru wash is pretty pricey considering all the other ones in the area are half that price ($8-10). The only nice thing about this place is that it's never busy, hardly ever a line, and the vacuum stations are plentiful so you there's always one available. read more

Price: this is the most expensive drive-thru car wash I've gotten. The most basic wash is $15. The wash: I'm impressed by how clean my car is after, that means their wash is thorough and powerful enough to get off all the dirt oak saps that have settled on my car. Conclusion: if you don't mind spending the extra $2-3 on a drive thru car wash, you'll get a very good wash without having to wipe off some dirt that's hard to get off.
