I'm writing this review because I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash. I arrived at 9:30 AM, and I was told my car would be ready in about four hours. However, the work itself only seemed to take 2 hrs hours. While waiting, I observed that my car was mostly just washed, lightly buffed on the exterior, and had some conditioner applied inside. After that, the car was left sitting there for long periods of time, making it seem like work was still being done when nobody was actually working on it. For $225, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Honestly, the results looked more like a basic $45 car wash. This is not my first time coming here, and unfortunately I have not been satisfied with the service. My advice to the owner is to please keep a closer eye on the employees and the quality of work being provided. Customers are paying good money and expect honest, professional service. read more

Awful. I got the basic wash and interior vacuum which is supposed to include a wipe down of interior surfaces. After I got home I noticed multiple spots where the car was not dried properly, so there are water stains all over the exterior, including one very prominent drip on the passenger side door. The center counsel that contains the cup holders was open when I got in the car, which was odd because they didn't clean inside. When I closed the top of the counsel it had a gummy substance on it that was not there before. After tip I spent nearly $60. Complete waste of money. When I called to complain they didn't answer the phone, and the message said the vm was full. I will never go back here, ever. read more

So I don't have anything bad to say about this place. Just wish it was more detailed. Service is great. Guys working are super nice. Just wish it was a better clean. I mean the only thing that bothers me with hand wash locations, or just car wash businesses is the lack of detail and the rush. I just feel like many of these places can improve if they just payed more attention to the process of actually cleaning. When im paying for a car wash I assume the car is going to be cleaned. Pollen spots, dust, residue from carbon build up, and any excess water left behind from the wash. Especially when im choosing the highest option they got, I expect great service. Plus I always tip well. But still upon returning to my vehicle I noticed many places on the vehicle that still needed to be touched up. Plenty of pollen spots left. Inner portions of the side view mirrors left untouched. This is an issue that I am finding in many hand wash locations. Many of the workers want to rush through the vehicles and work on numbers, I totally understand. More cars, more tips. But if they actually put in the time cleaning every single vehicle in a way where it shows their expertise. You would have a higher rate of return possibly having customers request certain people to clean their vehicle. All because of the quality of their service. Like I mentioned nothing bad to mention here, they were quick and did not let the vehicle sit around too long. Just wish it was more efficient. But all in all decent. read more

First time coming to this place. Picked package 2 with an additional of $10 for an SUV. They have a small office with a/c which helped a bit on a very hot day. Staff were very respectful and another customer mentioned that she always come to this spot because they clean well. I have observed they are quick and efficient. I notice they pay attention to tiny details and I am happy and did not regret my decision in choosing them. My car is squeaky clean! read more

The price was $45 for a hand-wash and interior cleaning (included vacuuming, washing the floor mats, cleaning window, dash, etc.) They did a great job I. They tried to upsell me from the start. I just held my ground and said I wanted the $35 wash. The car I was bringing in had a lot of scratches and dings anyway. I only wanted to wash off the dirt and wipe down the inside. Didn't need anything beyond that. The #2 wash I got included mat wash and vacuum. They did a quick wipe of the windows too and cleaned the rims/tires. There were like 4-5 guys working on the car so they finished quickly (15 min or so). My advice is just to know what you want and stick firmly to that; don't let them talk you into more add-ons if you don't want them. They did an excellent job!!! read more

Came in for a car wash and hoping they could help me with my harsh water spots that have been sitting there for a few months now. They were all so knowledgeable and took the time to show me different options that they can do. At first, they seemed realistic that they could only take some off but not all, but they detailed my car without extra charge to remove all of the harsh water spots. This happened last time too- but since it's close to me I thought I'd give a second chance. Back window is also still filthy. For the first year of having a new car, I was getting it washed pretty regularly--at least once a month. My last apartment had a covered garage so the washes were always worth it to me. I've tried pretty much every hand wash with decent reviews in my area, and I decided to only write a review for this one because they do the best and most comprehensive job by far. My car was spotless inside and out after both visits to this establishment, and the prices are competitive. The only thing I didn't like was that it seemed that both times someone may have used a non-microfiber towel to wipe my car down, as this was the first and last place I've taken my car to be washed, and after both times there were fine, surface-level scratches in the paint that weren't there before. It just matters to me because it's my first new car and I was purposely avoiding automated car washes to put off the inevitability of scratched paint. If your car is a couple years old and you aren't still treating it like you bought it yesterday, this place is still the best hand wash by far for quality of work and price. read more

Upon arrival, there appeared to be 2 cars ahead of us. We decided we'd wait to get the 1969 Camaro washed. There was shade available along the gate and they also set up a few umbrellas with chairs for patrons to wait. We waited at the gate. Shortly after, we decided to walk down to grab a tea (0.7 miles away). We hung out there for a bit and then walked back. When we returned the car wasn't finished yet; it was now in the area where they were wiping down cars/windows. So we sat under one of the umbrellas to wait. The car is in our complete view. We saw an employee yanking on the door handle to try to open the door. He was yanking so hard! The door wouldn't open because he didn't press the (clearly visible) button on the handle while trying to open the door ‍. For whatever reason, they needed to turn on the car (it wasn't moved again). While waiting under the umbrella, the employees waved us over because for some reason they were having trouble turning the car off and removing the key (even though they did it just fine once before). We went over to assist. We also noticed some streaks on the car; figured they were still working on it. We went back to our seat and shortly after we realized why we saw streaks on the paint. An employee was spraying Windex on the paint (the chemicals aren't good for the paint). Went over to stop them. The Windex on the paint left splotch and streak stains (it's also just sitting out in the sun)!! They tried to do a quick wipe with the same cloth, but it wouldn't go away. We said they need wax to remove it and they said it's our paint so we have to. Then they claimed they didn't do it even though we saw the employee spray windex on the vehicle. Overall, 1.5 hours, $40, and we left extremely dissatisfied. Would not return--rather go down the street to Lux Auto Wash. read more

I showed up today on a Sunday 1/12/25 around 1:40pm, and a car pulled in on the second drive through heading south on Dalia street. He let one car through and then angrily waived me off to go enter on the other entrance when cars were being exited on the Colorado side. Price is $45 for exterior and interior cleaning. Which is a bit high, takes about 30 minutes for the car to get done. Only 2 booths for the car washers to wash your car so there might be a wait on the weekends. Overall it's a bit pricey for a basic hand wash not wow'ed just average imo. read more

Came on a Friday around 10AM. Told the guy we wanted package number 2 which is priced at $35. He told us it was going to be a long wait maybe 2 hours. We didn't mind, we were going to go to Trader Joe's. He then opened our car door, saw dog hair and said to come back at 2PM. We come back at 2 PM and we requested package number 2 priced at $35 to the same man. He tells us to choose between the $35 package, which includes vacuuming, or to do more detailing to get rid of the dog hair for $70. We say we just want the vacuuming. Then he says he can't give us the car half clean so he has to charge us the $70. Of course we are skeptical of this, and then he tells us, he doesn't have space for us that day. I reminded him that he told us to come back at 2. He says he told us to check back at 2 and to come back the next day and he'll give us a discount. What a waste of a day. I've been here before. They've done the $35 package and also charged me a little extra for dog hair. Mind you, never $70. Their pricing has never been consistent whenever they see dog hair. And honestly, having someone else clean your car is nice, but you can go to any of the self service car washes and get the same results for way less. You'll just have to vacuum. I recommend Highland Park Car Wash. They have this little nozzle that gets dog hair out. You can also get unlimited platinum washes for $40 a month. JN Car Wash is so inconsistent in its pricing. I never know how much I'm going to pay. That may be because of the dog hair. That's fine. But wasting my time, unacceptable. There are no good hand car washes in Eagle Rock right now. TL;DR: They overcharged me, broke my usb ports, forgot to put a piece of my car back, left garbage in the trunk, gaslit me, and then called me a "fat b*****" but you can read the full saga below. I brought my car in for a full detailing (#6 package, their most expensive). Everything was a bit haphazard from the beginning -- I called and emailed the day before to see if I had to make an appointment, but no one answered and there was no voicemail setup, so I took my chances and arrived first thing Friday morning. Communication was challenging when discussing pricing and packages, due primarily to a language barrier (and that's on me -- it's the east side of LA and I have no excuse not to speak Spanish!). I decided to get the most expensive package -- it was my birthday and I wanted to treat myself -- but the pricing still didn't make sense. The package cost $195 with a $5 upcharge for station wagons. They charged me $205 and it wasn't clear to me why, but I decided not to squabble over $5. I was told it should take about 4 hours, and they'd call me if it was ready early. I hadn't heard back so I just showed up 4.5 hours later, paid and left in my car. Immediately upon exiting, I went to charge my phone and discovered neither of the two USB ports were working, as they had been consistently for four years and that very morning when I dropped off the vehicle. I turned around to discuss this with the car wash staff. They shuffled me between 3-4 different staff before telling me I had to come back in an hour when the boss was back from lunch. An hour later, I came back, now my 4th time at this place for the day. The manager I spoke to was very unprofessional. He aggressively denied any responsibility. I explained how frustrating this experience had been with the lack of communication and overcharging. He latched onto that and tried to convince me that $205 was actually a discount because they have to charge $15 for a basic wash in order to detail it, even though that is not written anywhere on their signage nor was it explained to me upon purchasing the package. He spoke over me and policed my tone -- something I'm sure does not happen to male clientele. Eventually he said I could go to the Subaru dealership and have it assessed, but didn't commit to covering the cost of the repair. Instead of offering a solution or apologizing, he escalated things to a nasty argument. I left in frustration with no solution and no contact information. Upon arriving home, I went to put some things back into my trunk that I'd removed in advance of the detailing, only to discover they hadn't put back the lining of my trunk and had left a wet, dirty rag sitting on my spare tire. I then had to go back to the car wash for the fifth time. Before I could even ask for the missing piece of my trunk, the manager came out and started screaming expletives at me. He then, unprompted, said, "You're fat." I responded in shock, "Excuse me?" to which he continued, "Get the f*** out of here you fat b*****." Luckily I have a friend who is a mechanic and can repair this for me at cost for $200. What should have been a $200 treat for myself has now cost me $405, I can't use my Carplay for a week, I spent an entire day driving in circles and wasting gas due to their incompetence, and was left with a damaged vehicle and insult to my body that left me sobbing for an hour. read more
