I recently had a disappointing experience at another detailing shop where they failed to properly clean my car after a rather unfortunate incident in the passenger seat. There was a lingering smell of vomit in my car that was absolutely unbearable, and to my shock, they left pieces of it in the cracks and crevices of the seat. I was really hoping for a heavy duty detail to rid my car of every trace, so I decided to give Exotic Auto Spa a try because of Harry's responsiveness through messages. He answered all my questions, gave me a respectable quote, and offered a timely appointment. Harry really did an outstanding job. From the moment he arrived, he was very honest and communicative about the process and what needed to be done to meet my asks. He quickly identified where the smell was coming from and got to work. He steamed the interior and deodorized everything, and to my relief, I couldn't smell a thing during the sniff test, and most importantly, there wasn't a trace of the lingering smell even after everything had dried down. Harry is amazing and very communicative throughout the whole process! I had the VIP package (Wash, interior vacuum & wipe down, full car wax/sealant, windows, wheels & tires) + clay bar done on my Mazda 3 hatchback. During the detail, Harry noticed some damage on the roof (From my previous removal of sun damaged vinyl). He went beyond and offered to help me try to correct it with some polishing and did not want to charge me for it. I always hand wash my car myself because my OCD does not like swirls and scratches. Greg and his partner came out bright and early on a cold Tuesday morning to fix up my very sad and very dirty old car. I called Harry and he was able to accomodate my last minute request. He came on time and patiently explained everything about his services and what he would be doing. Although I requested a simple car wash, Harry spent about 1.5 hours meticously washing and cleaning every square inch of each of my cars. By the time he was done, my cars were in immaculate condition. Although he may not be the cheapest, Harry charges a fair and reasonable amount.
