Julio and Johnny took on the job of redoing the complete interior (seats, panels, carpeting, headliner and more) of my 1961 Facel Vega HK500 (Google it) and handled it with class and aplomb. We were dealing with covering every inch of the interior with specially treated Connolly leather and English Wilton wool carpet (like a Rolls Royce), a diamond-stitched headliner and following exact factory patterns. This project was for me a very large investment in time and money but although expensive by anyone's definition, Julio's labor was a bargain (cash talks) only outshone by his talent. Julio's work is masterful (to see him work is memorizing) and his attention to detail is the sign of a true craftsman. I would HIGHLY recommend him even for the most intricate project.

My 20-year-old vehicle needed a headliner replacement, so I asked my local dealer whether they…read moreprovided that service. Unfortunately, they did not and could not recommend a company. I then turned to Yelp to find a business in my area and came across The Prestige Companies Auto Upholstery. From the very beginning, The Prestige Companies Auto Upholstery demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service. I called and spoke with Matt, who asked me to send enough photographs for him to prepare an estimate by text. When I asked whether he needed to see the vehicle in person, Matt explained that he could provide the estimate from the photographs. This saved me time, and I received the estimate within about an hour. I was also pleased that the company was located nearby and able to service my vehicle. When I dropped off my vehicle, I worked with Matt to find a headliner material in the same color as the original. I also had a new wrap for my leather steering wheel, which was coming apart. In addition, I asked Matt to examine the leather cover on the driver's seat bottom, which was cracked and had foam falling apart. Matt said he would discuss the issue with his dad who was the owner. Matt called me within two days of dropping off the vehicle to provide an update. There had been a hiccup while they searched for the right leather, but when I explained that the vehicle had custom leather installed more than 20 years ago, Matt reassured me by saying, "Don't worry, we got you." I picked up my vehicle today and was very impressed with the work. The replacement headliner looked much better than the one originally installed by the manufacturer. The steering wheel wrap looked good, and the driver's leather seat was done well. Matt also told me that they had rebuilt the foam in the driver's seat. When I drove out of the lot, I could immediately feel that the driver's seat provided much more support. I am truly happy with all the work completed by The Prestige Companies Auto Upholstery. It is especially nice to work with a local business that serves its community. If you need auto upholstery work, do not wait any longer to contact Matt at The Prestige Companies Auto Upholstery.
