My car was unfortunately hit and run in the Target parking lot so I had to get the bumper fixed and repainted. Lucky for me, this meant another visit to James to get the bumper recoated with ceramic! As always, very pleasant experience with him - his price for recoating was very affordable and he even checked, re-sprayed, and washed the whole car for me for free. Highly highly recommend taking your car to him!!

James is the best. I messaged him to help undo ceramic coating that I got done a week prior by someone else who left swirl marks all over my brand new car and did a poor job. He offered to do a test spot prior to booking the service, and with the two step paint correction the paint on the car looked much better. He changed towels constantly ensuring that the towel in hand was never dirty to ruin the car. He also does car washes, details, etc etc. Definitely will be back and also will recommend family and friends. Thank you!

That said, Doc Auto Spa got my car looking as good as new with some fresh sealant to hopefully keep it that way for a long time to come. Very happy to have found them. James did a fantastic job ceramic coated my car. He first did a complete wash and detail of my car. Fix minor swirl marks by buffing the out. He paid close attention to every detail and made sure all areas of the car is covered. He even followed up with me after a couple of days with text message and an email for instructions on how to maintain the ceramic coating. Water now beads off of my car. In fact it rained yesterday while I was driving. I didn't have to use my wipers because rained slid off my windshield. When the rain stopped my car was completely unaffected as if it didn't rain... Including all windows. I didn't have to dry off the car when I got home. Amazing! This is definitely going to save me alot of time when I wash my car in the future. No regrets. Glad I decided to go with these guys. read more

I haven't gotten a detail on my car for a while (years) . I work from home and my car sits outside regularly . My car has been under a few trees and it got dirty . It was under a tree for last 4 months . It build up a lot of dirt. On The paint you can feel the layer of dirt . I paid extra to use the clay bar , and it was worth it . My car needed it. After the detail, my the paint on my car feels nice . James did a fantastic job. The exterior , interior and wheels were cleaned amazingly well I uploaded a few photos to show the finished product. Amazing attention to detail!!!! These guys are Great. This is not a jaded company that only cares about the money and give you a half ass job , oh and also if you don't want to deal with shady used car salesman type people then go to these guys. They are very relatable. Doc auto spa are two brothers who actually put time and attention to the job and care about doing a good job. I got a ceramic job done on my 2018 GTI and it looks clean as fuck . Also they cleaned my parents previously stolen car to look and smell like new . They made the job and transaction easy and comforting especially to my parents. I will only recommend and use Doc auto spa from now on . James was amazing! Outstanding communication and exceptional customer service. My car was VERY dirty before I had it detailed. Afterward, it felt like I was driving a new car again. James at Doc was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I was getting my Tesla delivered on Saturday and really concerned about driving it around without additional protection and ceramic coating. I had called a few places, and then stumbled on a random youtube video of James' work. I reached out to him and he responded in a hour or so. Laying out ALL the pricing options he has to offer (everyone else just tried to push me into the hire price without transparency). James even got me in on Memorial day to make sure I was taken care of. I did the 5 year option. It turned out AMAZING. The care was already nice, but the brightness and sheen after is something else. Also, water just beads right off. No water stains, no residue. I have also noticed how much less dust accumulates. 100% recommend James. He has a clean workplace. He is incredibly pleasant and polite and even gave me referrals to a friend that could fix a minor road rash issue. You will be 100% satisfied in going with James! He even asked before I left if I saw any issues in the work that he could fix, and if I noticed anything just give him a call/text. And he has checked in since, proactively. read more

I received a full mobile detail inside and out of the vehicle, including a wax. I had stains throughout my interior and JCB was able to remove them all. My Subaru Forester looks as incredible as the day I bought it, quite possibly even better. Nice work all around. Established in 2020.

Doc Auto Spa started middle of 2020, but detailing was something I was doing before as a hobby. I really enjoyed working on cars on the side, and over time friends, family, and referrals started keeping me busier than I expected. Eventually it got to the point where I realized I could turn this into a full-time business. I decided to leave my regular full time job and made detailing my career. Since then, the focus has been simple—do great work, take care of customers, and try to just perfect the craft as I go.

When I told him my issue, he gave me options. Caleb recommended the Hyper coat dressing. Look at the photos. Yes, high shine which is was they are looking for my upcoming job. I dropped my car off at 12:30pm, Carlos gave me a lift home, and Ian texted that they were done about 5:15pm. I love that they take their time; they are so thorough and will take extra time on places you want, like I said my interior door leather needed some TLC. It now looks amazing. You honestly will love the service and results. Ian also provides different treatments, like if you have a lot of dog hair or a funky smell you want gone. There are levels of the detail services, and I got the most expensive (it's been a while) and it was less than almost every other place I looked at. Depending on the package, they vacuum the inside, wipe down the interior, and do a classic exterior wash. My package was supposed to come with an air freshener but I didn't get one and forgot to ask before leaving. The carpet was vacuumed well inside the vehicle, I do feel the seats could have gotten more attention. There was still some dust and dirt left on my glove box. The tires were polished and shiny. The hub caps needed more attention, some dirt and grime was left behind. My biggest dissatisfaction was the exterior wash, which is why I came here in the first place. I picked a mid tier package, to hopefully get a little more attention to detail, especially since my car was pretty dirty, but maybe I needed to pick something a bit more expensive. There was still a lot of dust and dirt on all sides of the vehicle. The front bumper had some bugs and tree sap that were not removed. My door jams still had some dirt. There was tree sap left on the roof of my car as well. The bugs and tree sap I can understand, as that can be quite difficult to remove, but the dirt left over was a bit confusing to me. I'd compare the quality of the exterior wash to a drive thru car wash with a bit more attention to detail. Overall, I'd say the result was just "ok" at best. I think I would come back to try a more expensive package to see if I get some better results. I am thankful for the wash though, my car needed it, but I think I had higher expectations that just weren't met.

Where do I begin? I cannot thank James enough for his great work. He took my 89 Camaro's 32 year old original paint job and made it look like new again. Not only is he great at his craft he is also a great person! From the moment we began communication he showed me that he truly cares about his customers. He responded very quickly to each of my texts and answered all of my concerns. He even walked me through his process and showed me up close what to expect. He did a one step paint correction and brought the shine back brighter than I ever expected. He also let me pick up my car late in evening when most people are in bed!!
